Begin by expressing my overall impression: very good! However the Polaris 2
(that means. Not the, old building, comfortable Polaris 1 named and the nearby, Polaris 1. These variations i have not tested)
Location: excellent (in 2. range and perhaps 100 metres from the promenade)
The front desk convinced at the check-in with friendliness and skills. The lobby surprised me pleasantly. Impressive, really imperial generous as the brochure mentioned!)
There are approximately 15-20 parking available. Some numerous trees is still in preparation.
Parking costs 7€ per day!
Swimming pool is wonderful. Big enough and great style. 31 degrees should be ... for all be sufficient. Also the hot tub wowed me and my children. Price 6 €adults and 5 € per child and day.
The attached restaurant in the evening and in the morning taken into account. In my eyes excellent and in the equally nice quiet furnished.
Our room was probably an apartment number 607 on the 6 floor ( guess about 50 square meters, with 1 separate bedroom, huge bed and a hinged couch. You could also sleep well)
Large windows, therefore everything bright which was good, since the furniture rather rustic impression and experiences in the krkonoöe or in Bayern remember left. However not mistake! It seemed comfortable, very clean and spacious. The bathroom with shower and bidet mistake, gave a new and high-quality impression. Note: no hair dryer! In the living room we had a table with 4 chairs in order to comfortably maps to write or simply together their cards on the table.
Prices and transaction: as everywhere is worthwhile a price comparison. They must themselves decide, whether a technical advice on travel agent at the same prices go is, as the walk over the internet. Important for this hotel to mention, value for money is easter holidays safe alright ( 2 nights with fr 168 €for 1 adults + 2 children of 4 and 10 years including fr)

We took a diet, for who the hotel specializing in. The service during the diet was inadequate, it was not asked how it is, at the beginning of a fünfminütiges conversation with a doctor. Except weigh and measure blood pressure were still two treatments enacts, but itself pay had. No zwischenresonanz and no abschlussuntersuchung. Four times swimming pool was included, the rest you had to pay. Staff except for some very rude, even the managers had it not necessary to regards. One received only insufficient or not any info. Very terrible was the constant construction noises. Drilling and hammering, even ... during the lunch time. All together was the diet for us successfully, but which belonged left much to be desired. The construction of the hotel has 10 years protracted; apparently depending on, if times money in the till was. In the old building the construction further.
The audience -nothing against old people-in the medium-sized average of 65 to 75 years after the high season arrived.
Angriest was, that the credit card bill was wrong, and ultimately double the amount had been charged. 2 months i had with a lot of stress in the bank afterwards race. The boss of Polaris jc wrote always which good correction, which after payee than lie turned out.

We had a beautiful short break, the we prior to place around 2 days extend could. The Centrum. -and close to the beach of the hotel is also especially for the price seniors good. For a short break good. Especially pleasant is the location, as you in 2. Row clearly more peace than directly on the promenade. The breakfast is good, but could be improved, for example the fruit. We were already before years Polaris. After the reconstruction is the front desk new, a elevator installed, a pool available. Unfortunately is the pool only at a charge usable. A downside. Hotel complex good, room reasonable. Unfortunately allowed the pool not be used. Parking costs superelevated. Breakfast went, dinner very bad and unimaginative. Monotonous soup, then potatoes with Sße with a stü and CK meat on the plate brought to the table. Dessert very monotonous. Half board is not recommendable.

The hotel is still converted in the tour operator not mentioned was, disturbed me only somewhat most of the time because I am outside of the hotel were had. The service is my view robe realm staff dependently, times acceptable and rather bad. On customer's requests is not taken into consideration, promised services not provided ( possibility to store the own bicycle, by e-mail before undertaken) and you have the feeling the one as a guest not welcome (could also which tour operator you booked, Jawa do not seem to like ). For the food there was breakfast and dinner ... always the same, almost no selection and not very tasty. Lunch partly OK and then again enjoyable ( soups were mostly better than the main course ).
The pool is very nice (20 euros the week extra) only I can in the best will not understand why so smooth tiles with extreme danger of slipping was shifted are (a server is always there water up). Disturbing for relaxed swimming was the large picture windows to lobby ( a few plants closets the view just a ).
I would like to say that in these hotel much potential is available, what simply not used. Optically everything very nicely done and when the renovation is finished also in the whole hotel. But friendliness of the staff and the food must clearly be better.
Zakopane is quite nice, a few nice things for tourists available( Wi-Fi for free on the beach promenade, many opportunities to sit there, beautiful beach with good laid out way on the dune, nice Kurpark). Potential is here available.
Unfortunately I can't understand the you 1 euro city Tax per day pays and then the paths to the beach with trash from the last summer is gesäumt, the you just can't do that. For me the only times for a few years, perhaps it is in 10 years everything OK. read more

Already 3 times we have in the hotel Polaris vacation done! This time over new year's Eve. Disappointed we were so far never! We had this time a comfort room facing the courtyard booked, since the traffic in Zakopane and have been not disappointed. We had a great quiet with open door sleep.
the service in the hotel was, as usual, outstanding! As well as the treatments!
everything staff was extremely nice and friendly! Meanwhile the hotel has a fully new swimming pool-a real Highlight.
we have again next year to go and look forward today on it! read more

German Speaking Staff at the front desk. Spacious rooms, modern and tastefully equipped with large balcony and a small kitchenette. Relatively new hotel, centrally located and yet quiet. Good breakfast buffet with varied range of dishes. Hot dishes like scrambled eggs, sausage, omelets and pancakes were freshly prepared on demand and without extra charge prepared. read more

POLARIS is a very clean, renovated hotel in a great location with easy access to centre traffic connections. Great for things to do and beach holiday as the beach about 200 meters. From the hotel. In Swinoujscie October was very quiet and not more than than cure or wellness place to recommend. The staff of the hotel is German and very friendly. Our room was cleaned every day. We would love to come back here. read more

Hotel POLARIS is located in the center from Swinoujscie, about 200 meters from the promenade. Many good and cheap restaurants in the area and cheap shopping. The hotel is nice and newly renovated. When we were there, the pool was open in the hotel. Our room was fine: large, well furnished and had a balcony. The bathroom had a good shower. The breakfast (in the price) was also sufficient wide. The staff are friendly and helpful and partly spoke German. As wellness stay hotel POLARIS is highly recommended. read more

On the whole, the hotel is okay, there was nothing to complain about. We had booked with half board five next. The staff is not friendly! The restaurant staff seemed indifferent, rude, the food was mostly without words on the table. You could communicate with most, because nothing was understood or not wanted to be understood, which I rather think. The breakfast buffet was fine, although the rolls were not so great. Instead of real coffee one should adjust oneself on malt coffee. The dinner consisted of a three course menu: first course was always (!) soup, main course usually ... cooked meat in the sauce, overall very unimaginative, tasted no revelation, but okay. The soup always tasted very good. At check out I was told by the lady at the front desk, because I only ten minutes before the key Auscheckende did, it didn't need to be. I stay not a lot of good memories of the hotel, except for the fact that the location was great and we Swinoujscie and the Baltic Sea have really enjoyed. read more

The breakfast was on the whole OK. We booked half board: the promised choice menu did not give it unfortunately: dessert and side dishes were already in the afternoon on the tables, the food was not enjoyable anymore. It was overcooked and not seasoned in a nursing home. The appearance was mockery of all descriptions. By the third day we only ate out. read more
