Hotel Ibis Utrecht^{(3 stars)}

We have various rooms on a hotel portal booked. Unfortunately were of 5 room only 4 in the hotel booked, from which reasons also always. It was a pity that we as guests to the problem to worry about. The employees at the reception was unfortunately not very helpful. Also, that when booking a room with bed setting reserved was lost. There are loud the hotel only cots are bed setting, what a 7-year-old child is simply too small. Also here there was no reasonable solution of the front desk employee. We had to the zimmeraufteilungen new arrangements, which absolutely ... is not satisfactory. Everything around but correct. read more
