A completely great holiday as from the picture book. The staff were despite end of the season very friendly and accommodating. The whole hotel including the beach very tidy and clean. read more

A very lovely vacation. Nice people. Nice hotel. Delicious food, something for everyone. Nice animation. Unfortunately somewhat unprepared, there for one person too few a bed covered and family room (2 room) is for 4 people but quite small. read more

Except for the very poor beach( trashy), which wasn't cleaned, the hotel is definitely recommendable. Very nice garden with access to the beach. Pool area also okay. read more

The hotel is very nice and tidy. Our room with a direct access to the pool was really super nice, bright and very spacious. The pool is good and the garden also very nice. The beach is right in 1 minute. The beach is clean and the sea also very nice, the chairs at the beach quite old and the cushions sometimes very dirty. The so-called fitness center is in the 1st floor in the bar, it consists of a few weights, and a step machine, and a treadmill, the only zubestimmten times can use, that is really a joke. ... The restaurant is from 19 o'clock packed full and very, very loud. We were always so from 8:30 P. M. food, because it was clearly pleasant and silent. The food is very ok. The breakfast now we found not very tasty, stayed at the second day Nutella concerned, so that we had, the us tasted. At the beach there is an a la carte lunch a restaurant, this is very nice and also very tasty. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. read more

The value for money is good. The food has us so not at all tasty, some without any taste every day almost the same. Over room you can't complain was completely enough. The section of the beach is very small and no sun screens the combined work. Water sports at the beach very expensive but you could bargain a bit. In the area there is nothing at all los. Nevertheless it was a lovely vacation, however it's not so that we go back to read more

A super not to big hotel, we stayed in the old building in the family room. The cleanliness in the hotel room has us so convinced, that we not at all that sad were we in the old building were placed. Otherwise spends one the time only for sleeping and get ready in the hotel room. There were many Bulgarians, Dutch and English in the hotel, therefore one comes with English only further :-) The weather was in this period very pleasant. read more

The hotel and the entire area are not so big, so no long ways needed to reach. The beach borders directly at the garden at. During our stay we had in the morning until about 10 hours not a problem yet free chairs to get, there were often also for the whole day not all loungers occupied ( end of September). The selection of dishes was varied. Many waiter can a few words German, apart from that you get along only with English. Also at the front desk we only once a woman, who could speak German. However the staff ... were too many very helpful and friendly. The room was not very thoroughly cleaned and bed sheets partly not at all changed. All in all it was a very nice holiday for relaxing, value for money great! read more

Overall a great holiday, hotel complex was very clean inside and out, well located if you require a nice quiet family holiday but within a short bus ride to town if required.     The food was of a good standard and always very well presented but the options available to young children was very limited. It tended not to be geared to British guest, whilst it is good to experiance other types of food it would be nice to have some more familiar foods on offer.

    Good general service provided, restaurant and bar staff were especially friendly as were the staff from the Spa. The maid service was very good always leaving the rooms spotlessly clean.

    The pool area was well maintained and provided lots of entertainment. The sports offered around the pool and at the beach were good. The evening entertainment was adequate however the animation team showed not much interest in families, apart from the mini disco there wasn't much laid on for the children through out the day.( to busy trying to impress the girls)

    At the rooms is nothing to complain about, except, that you not very big are, however enough. The safe is in the closet on the floor appropriate and costs 1 euros per day. We voted against a payment a upgrade for a family room get, which then for 2 persons was adequate, only for a family with 2 children totally inadequate. Alone the possibilities the accommodation for the stuff is not enough. Bathroom spacious and modern. Balcony with 2 uncomfortable chairs and a table ausgestsattet.

    Several restaurants. In the main restaurant on the terrace quiet eat. In the 'dining room' was very busy and noisy. Beautiful buffet, very much salads and an extensive warm buffet, like also a large desserts buffet. Very adjacent to the local kitchen. All nicely prepared and delicious. After a week everything repeated.

The beach is very narrow and vollgebaut with chairs and neglected. The beach Club next door has to the hotel, is however subject to a charge.

Can this hotel recommend without hesitation, the staff at the hotel speaks however no German there mostly by dutch and English visited. The pools and everything around is clean and tidy, the staff friendly. The rooms in the old building are ok. The food is varied and good. With children you can a nice and relaxing vacation spend, outside of the hotel is not very much, but you are by bus the every 5 minutes goes into town which really recommendable is. read more

A nice hotel with old and new building. On the first day we were in a more expensive room in the new building and had to on the next day in the old building move. Was however not further bad. Room was then small but absolutely sufficient and clean. The view was wonderful. Just like on the hauptfoto: directly on the complex and the sea ( including sunset and the from the room from). The whole complex the outside and inside is distinguished by its cleanliness - there was nothing to complain about! We had booked all inclusive and were ... fully satisfied. Nationalities there were almost all: many dutch and English, but also German, irish, bulgarians, romanians, Poland.! Because we in the late season were there, was the average age very different: young couple, families with small children, middle age and older - mixed. read more

    Room big enough ( one is anyway more outside on). The furniture was ok, the bathroom a bit small, but also enough. Air conditioning and tv available. The mini bar contains unfortunately only water, but there is in the hotel everything all inclusive, therefore it didn't bother. We had a balcony with a table and two chairs and frontal super view of the complex and the sea. Cleanliness: terrific with asterisks!

    Local kitchen and massive choice! Who finds there nothing...! Massive salad- and starters buffet, always lots of different warm courts to the selection. We only the typical pita bread missing. The dessert area a dream:-).

    The staff's hospitality at the front desk could still be improved. Neither a real welcome a 'we hope, it has with us pleasurable' or something similar when checking out. Normally the of course! The waiters was ok, sometimes would have the waiters a little bit more attentive and motivated can be. Positively mentioned should be are our lieblingskoch Turan, the always very friendly and our favorite waiter mahmoud yldiz -always to späs presented (he's still really fun to work). The cleaning ladies have great job. Everything was always clean and in his place. Bed sheets and towels are changed every day. With English one comes everywhere by! Complaints we had no! :-)

    Enough big pool. And if you like it: animation and music the whole day. We wanted rather peace, so we sat at the great directly adjoining sandy beach withdrawn. Beach and water were always clean and it were enough chairs and sun screens available. Long walks on the beach are also possible! Evening entertainment every evening. We have however the outdoor bar preferred! Access to the internet over wi-fi was even in the room ( but slow) possible. Shops in the hotel: a jeweler, a bag shop and a general shop, where the coerced get. Opposite the hotel is a small supermarket and into town it is also not far. Possibilities to do water sports there are at the beach, however way too expensive: 15 minutes jet ski for 35 Euro.

    Transfer to the hotel without stopover about 1 hour. The hotel itself is rather quiet. Only a supermarket and two bars and hairdresser nearby. But it didn't bother us, because all couple minutes Dolmuş dropping (only cost 1.50 Euro), in 10 minuten in Kusadasi-city is. The directly at the beach is great! Trip to ephesus is a must, but very crowded! Jeep safari is recommendable!

Price-performance is okay. Good clean hotel with friendly staff. Only, big downside was from the morning until the evening about 11:00 P. M. In the entire hotel area the stentorian music speaker sounds. Partly was From the speakers only the sound of the bass to hear! Partly One is then at a quieter place outside regular fled. read more

The batihan beach resort consists of new and old building. We stayed in the old building with a view ( approximately 10 meters) on the hotel located opposite, despite gebucheten view of the sea, could the sea but side spot. Size of the room for 3 persons was ok, however is the bathroom very small and not reasonable for 3 persons. Cleanliness in the room was mediocre. Guest structure: very a lot of turks and people from eastern europe, as well as from Belgium Ireland and England. read more

    The main restaurant ( with beautiful terrace) is almost always crowded and very, very loud. At the bars long queues. Food was good, if something variety vorherschen would. Kitchen is very typical of the country and very little on european guests orientated. Meat was alternately from chicken or turkey or always the same fish. Restaurant atmosphere was very uncomfortable. Restaurant by the beach lunch is monotonous and unfriendly, but evenings reasonable.

    Friendliness of the staff is very different. Welcoming at the reception more than unfriendly and unprofessional. No warm welcome, no explanations to the hotel. We felt unwelcome. For me incomprehensibly, that nothing is changed. In the main restaurant were the waiters mostly very nice. With English you can communicate reasonably. The handling of complaints I rate as good. We had problems with the airconditioning, which in only 1 hour were eliminated.

    From the airport to the hotel we needed 90 minutes. The beach is directly at the hotel and is ok. Catastrophic however the free chairs on the beach. The cushions are fully verdreckst, so that one already quite disgusted and cushions, as far as possible beach towels covered. Entertainment possibilities in the area are equal nothing. Shops in the hotel ( bags, hairdresser, jewelry) are really reasonable, but the business with badezeugbedarf is a extremely unfriendly lady businesses, so that I didn't want wegblieb as shopping. Kusadasi with the Dolmuş very easy to reach and also reasonably priced.
