Almost always Russian

Everything abundant. Always something the matter

95% of the guests spoke Russian, as well as the entertainers and the staff. The architecture of the hotel was very attractive and pleasant. The food was great and tasteful. The room already a bit worn. The sea was lovely clean, however rough pebble beach, without shoes very unpleasant at the walk,

Directly at the beach. On foot Kemer easy to reach.

The rooms are unfortunately a little worn, but it still goes reasonable. Like that as we on other pictures could see, see the rooms almost all the same. It surprises me, the images is where kettle in the room were, we would have also liked, just in the morning if one was times in former times was awake, you could get a coffee before the breakfast,. In good 5 star hotels, so what actually standard, in orange county unfortunately not. The shower was broken, i had to make with a usb cable tie up, from the cleaning staff, the no saw, and since the shower at the shower rod bound was, could also none really the bathroom so properly cleaned and the at 10 days stay. Toilet paper and what else the bathroom was regularly refilled and was okay. The air conditioning was advertised with always ready for use. Is not. At night they abgesachaltet. Since then only a laues lüftchen from the hotel. We personally it was always too warm in the room, so we had the large windows (balcony door) opened. It works the air conditioning not any more. But it was still pleasant to sleep with an open window as with climate not cooled. There was then also the disadvantage of large areas to see. Until today we had always small hotels in Turkey the small air conditioning on the rooms had, you could blow as and when you wanted, but these in orange county unfortunately not. The mini bar was in all-inclusive plus replenished daily, but not with 1.5 liter bottle of water, but always small nuremberger sausages, but then 4 piece of it. Generally is enough the mini bar from, but if you much thirst had, was it already scarcely.

The gastronomy is as mentioned above on mega-hotel offers non-stop this. There was actually always something to eat and drink. Only when it rains is really quick everything cleared and the receivables quickly covered and disabled. We found not nice, we almost all our drinks outside. We are not the large kneipengänger, therefore we preferred by the pool or the many outdoor tables set. Also there one noticed quickly if you a few notes easily made, got quick his drinks, which every normal tourists otherwise self service. In the evenings we never saw something, however, we have not asked and certainly not the whole hotel explored on foot.

The staff tried friendly and helpful to be. However one notices also there really quick if the friendliness and the attentions of the staff include. For me clearly the russian side. This partly their drinks brought to the table, it flow during the meals again and again dollar bills, and it is the service perhaps for the, the constantly a few notes in the bag have good. For the general public is therefore little about. As usual in Turkey the dishes and silverware were quickly cleared, sometimes one still the last bites in the mouth. The foreign language skills were okay, some understood a few words of german, english was otherwise always. The cleaning of the rooms is in my opinion the size shortcoming in the orange county. Promises the reception area on every 3 days new bedding which has been made, but if you like a day where we during the day a storm had, in the room is if the service is, and then makes the door on. Is otherwise no more the room make. It was just so serene, although we then hours away were. The next day was still horrible. There was the bedding is only carelessly on the together sheets ripped off. The blankets looked half from the purchases out, the window has not been closed, although it had rained, no trash. So we have really 2 days not in a made room lived. This is for a supposedly star hotel actually not at all. We didn't have complaints, because the front desk mostly very full when we were out and went in. So we can say about it nothing. Once i had noted the battery from mini safe empty cometic would, as i was told, i should rather from the room from call, so that you are right in the room the staff there is. I have then just chill.

The pool is very big... But also very cold. There was a sign on it, 28 degrees wassertenparatur and 32 degrees outside. However the water never had more than perhaps 15-17 degrees. But it's very refreshing and cooled very quickly. The pool cold can tell you very quickly, as there were hardly any tourists swam. The pool area was well used, the number of people in the water? Think a maximum of 5% of which there have. Then there was to our annoyance water Volleyball, unfortunately always exactly where we preferred to lie. Normal was the mostly at 11:00 o'clock in the morning, then it was quiet again, but on some days was the afternoon once again loosely. There were then (sorry if i say so) 10 russian men (children) and played after herzensfreude water Volleyball. Which was totally ok, but sometimes in a very loud tone (children, though adults) to the people on the edge was no consideration. It shot, the ball flew at the head and so on so remained one then rather the flight. To read was not, it sometimes from, as if the playing extra from the side into the water jumping and a book or newspapers to ruined, although everywhere at the edge was' jump forbidden ' but they do not really a, and the entertainers found the rather funny than was something said or done. Also here we were not particularly complained, but it was from the hotel staff and none has from time which said.

Since we the last years often in Kemer were, we knew the orange county only from the outside. This year it should then work that we guests are. The hotel is really great, the construction, the style, super made. Unfortunately, the optics it is not what it promises. In particular the issue of stars we do not agree with this. For the complex i would said 5 stars, for the kitchen 4 stars, but for the service and the friendliness maximum three stars, and that is still hochbewertet.

The location in Kemer is wonderful. You sit by the pool and looks directly on the mountains from the Taurus, just amazing. We have from the hotel very many pictures, many pictures look, as pictured. It is as already above described, a great sight the revival amsterdam to see. The beach is direct at the end of the hotel, also there is the pier and the water sports one could experience. The shopping in Kemer are almost no limits, certainly, each 2. load the same things, but there are nice salesmen and also really very bad, the only designed their trash as expensive as possible for sale. Unfortunately the vacationers from the east the prices broken, so that you are better off bazaar or in Antalya even buy should. Only for russians, a pity... We found Kemer always a very beautiful and nice town. The touch has however already long lost and from time to time worse. Therefore it is also our last Kemer be on holiday.

We were on the 4. floor. The room was big and well equipped. Everything you need, was available. A large bed, a large closet, mini bar in the sideboard and komodentisch with mirror. Armchairs and coffee table. Bathroom as described. To have all photos. However it gives here small mängelpunkte. Small stains on the wood and wear. Well, with 5 stars is it was a little annoying. Tv was rubbish! We had 4 channels to see (ARD, ZDF, ProSieben, Sat.1). A shame. Otherwise all in all good room and good facilities!

So here i must praise genuinly. The food was wonderful. There was not only much food, but also a large variety, every evening, different national dishes and it was delicious. The fresh salads, desserts delicious. Buffet breakfast plentiful and delicious. Actually one could from 7 to 21 o'clock eat. There was a main restaurant and a few à la carte restaurants, which we didn't make use of. Lunch individual bistros with various offers. In the afternoon sweets and cakes. Well something for everyone. To drink one could also the whole day; beer, soft drinks, as well as coffee and tea. I found personally also very nice. For special cocktails you had to are charged. But first i thought it was not particularly bad and secondly, they were priced okay (3 €).

Friendliness... Yes... They strove. Since you are now unfortunately no german and very bad english, the communication was difficult, but it was... Somehow. The waiters at the meal times were so busy, that sometimes the plates were still during the food cleared. Twice i had to him say. I found it rather funny. Room cleaning: of course, that was limit-high. I think a turkish standard no german! The ladies have roughly mopped and plowed and have a few corners overlooked. I was most the bathroom disturbed. And yes... The towels have really strange smell but they were clean. Additional service there was, but we didn't use it.

Entertainment was the whole day present. What i liked was, the boys and girls were nice and not pushy. Not this typical clubverhalten. You could also with which to sit and funny stuff talk, of course, english with hands and feet. So we must all employees to learn \u263a Beach was clean, however too small for this number of guests. You have to be there early, a good place to get. Umbrellas and chairs were free. The towels to borrow were rather funny. A little worn and simple. If you have your own with adopted, one is not also immediately punished. Accustom one must really to the pebble beach. The i knew in this form do not.

The complex was very big and really nicely decorated. Especially on details and decor respected. The condition is ok, clearly there is a few wear and tear. But is that not good? Cleanliness the hotel is top. It runs all day a person with broom rum and empties trash. You have lots of space on the grounds and could also undisturbed somewhere 'around'. What i now also, as previous speakers have, say, are the other nationalities =) so it is really very remarkable. We were 4 german by hundreds of guests. Russia, Ukraine and other eastern countries. Also dutch. They were all actually behaved... But: one noticed, that they have been a bit better and other manners have learned \u263a

The beach was right on the hotel. Distance to the airport the collector about 1 hour, one can bear. Shopping was great, few minutes the road down... Just typical small shops with lots of stuff. But it was fun and we were successful. Also excursions, you could also many book. Surprisingly was, that the people in the stores better german, as the staff at the hotel \u263a

We had a spacious room in the main building. Which has all the usual facilities had. Since we didn't spend much in the room anyway, that wasn't very important for us but we were very satisfied.

There is included the disco circa 7 bars the one to choose from. The food in the main restaurant was always very diverse and deliciously prepared. Furthermore one had also the possibility in the à-la-carte restaurant to meals, what we own erfahrund and the experience the other guests very delicious felt. The tables were always quickly cleared and newly restocked, so we always had a place. We have a long not more so tasty meal...

Personally we found the staff very accommodating. It was tried to every meet for a carefree vacation to experience. The communication was also reasonable, the most could speak German and if not, then you also got along with English. Our room had a very nice view and we did always very clean and shopping. Of course a small tip always helpful... Which we but also very happy to have invested.

An extensive and architecktonisch very nice constructed hotel. This hotel has something for everyone to offer, whether young or old! The staff are well trained and tried very hard its guests every dream of the eyes. I'have been in a very lots of hotels at the Turkish Riviera, but here you had' like at home' felt. Despite the size of the hotel was always paid attention, that the hotel, as well as sanitation and special the rooms clean were. Here once again to thank the housekeeping staff, which always gratifying, as soon as we our room entering have. The audience was rather mixed...

The complex is located directly at the beach and with a wonderful jetty. The view of the taurus is a dream. The distance from the airport is also acceptable, depending on how lots of guests in the bus sit. The transfer took about 1 hour. Since we pleasant time of day arrived, was also the ride very pleasant. Excursions could in the hotel be booked and are also very easy to reach.

The room already a bit worn out, specifically carpet and sofa, but the main point is that toilets, washbasin bath tub, and klo everything new and clean.

Better not at all his, of us 10 points.

Staff are very friendly, ok. No German speaking, but nice.

Water aerobics, aerobics, steps, everything was there, Best party, loungers, umbrella showers in great state.

That is our 12 holiday in Turkey, were mostly in Lara ( Titanic, Miracle, rixus, royal wings, Delphin diva.) but a lot of party, fun and great atmosphere never experienced like here. 50% of the guests are Russia, 30% Kazachstan, 10% Holland, 10% rest :-), but all very nice. So much pretty women we have never seen anything like... The architecture of the hotel was very attractive and pleasant, like in Amsterdam. The food was really great and tasteful. If you really party and fun to have would like, then only here :-) is a party complex as in aura nightclub Antalya or Kemer, genuinely class, with newest music and professional dj.
