Altogether a pleasant stay. For dinner I the restaurant only twice visited. The quality of the dishes ( pasta, fish) is not convinced. The room was clean. The granite -tiled bathroom there were some mold stains on the ceiling on the shower. The service was good. Compared to German hotels there is so much staff especially in the restaurant. read more

the hotel has a beautiful Lobby, two elevators, as well as approximately 10 floors with each 20 rooms. the condition is very good and it is clean. I had half board so breakfast and dinner. the guest were a good international mix, and however many Europeans gave. read more

    My room was in a grünton and seemed pleasant cool. there were two separate beds, a table with chairs, closets, telephone, a minibar, as well as in the bathroom additional to bath tub and toilet a bidet. all in all seemed the hotel in good condition and very well maintained. A safe can one for a fee from 2.5 reais per day rent,

    There are both breakfast, as well as dinner in buffet form. the breakfast consists of rolls and various breads, as well as warm dishes. Likewise one could between fresh Fruits, cereals and sweet Particle select. Everything was very appetizing and hygienic prepared and tasted very good. especially delicious I felt the fruit upstrokes (similar marmelade) which is very sweet were. the breakfast is offered already from 6 in the morning. the staff are attentive and friendly. only negative I thought, that the tables somewhat small were, however disturb me not.

    the staff were friendly, some employee seemed however something reserved. English and French, most of the employees at the front desk fluent spoken. The service understands and spoke also English. the cleaning is done every day and was fully reasonable. Towels were every day changed. the hotel offers also excursions to the attractions Rios at, which in my opinion however something too expensive are offered.

    the hotel lies only approximately 3 minutes on foot from Copacabana beach. in the immediate area there are bars and shops, as well as small Newsagents with postcards etc. bus stops are in the immediate area. The subway is however a bit further away. The airport is approximately 35 kilometers away. I felt this hotel as a ideal point for excursions into the area to start, since both the beach, as well as other Attractions very good by bus to reach are. the area seemed to me evenings still very safe and lively.

The bad recommendation rate can not understand I personally. The hotel is clean, breakfast buffet was rich and really good. Of course it is not a new building, but the service and cleanliness are all important than anything else. From there the Copacabana is to reach in a few minutes. For a stop-over pretty good! Conclusion: nothing to complain about! read more

The hotel was booked for us for a quick trip to the Iberostar Bahia after Rio. The staff at the check in spoke only Portuguese and welcomes us has still not once. (As well as the waiters at the bar: no 'Hello', 'no' or 'thank you' request, the cocktails had to read it in the book. We had the feeling to be. unwanted) Before the trip was promised us, that the room up to the collection would be used, however, when we arrived we were given the information, that due to full occupancy the room until 12:00 A.M. ... should be removed! Despite consultation with the travel agent, of the commitment of the hotel, we had to leave the room. The bags were only with a cord tied after in the lobby! The room on the second floor smelled very musty. The bed sheets were only the carpet and clean (hair, etc.) due to the decor was worn and. the room seemed generally 20 years since been renovated to be not more. Safe cost extra (with a 4-star hotel should be! this is included in the price). In the shower were black spots to see. Furthermore, the volume level was hard to stand in this room. Despite the windows closed you had the feeling, right on the main road to sleep! a good night's sleep was not possible in this busy day. On the roof of the hotel is the pool. Also since it defects were: the walls or walls were '' broken to part, inter alia, loose wire hanging around there. The breakfast was OK. The tables were so close together, that people, the sat in the coffeemaker, constantly being jostled or disturbed. Cleanliness on the tables was. the knife dirty, from the surface (rubber) completely to silence. If we the opportunity again to leave on the same day, we would have spent the night in this hotel. A night was tolerable, but several nights I would not want to spend. read more

The hotel is for a tour for two to three cities nights OK. For a longer stay I would take another hotel. The hotel and since then about 20 years old I not renovated. In the first room I had every night allergy, what I would like to quote on dust or back old mattresses. The bathroom is very small, the garage directly in front of the sink gloves SEL, what a direct hand wash. make it impossible for the TV are quite small but still OK. My first room was on the second floor-street side. The horror! Very noisy. ... Meanwhile I have changed the room. Can only recommend a room on the back of the hotel to take. The pool is closed, why also always. The 'gym' is a disgrace! A treadmill and a bike on the hallway!!-Nothing else. A sauna is also out of order. The breakfast is good, nothing to complain about. The front desk could be friendlier. I the choice (unfortunately due to all kinds of things not possible) on each case I would look for another hotel and go! Oh yes, I think for many very important: Internet access in every room cable for free. Skype (Video chat) worked without a problem! read more
