For a city break I can the hotel to 100% recommend. Very pleasant the soundproofed window, because the tram drove directly in front of the hotel past. The location is absolutely great! Recommendable nonetheless it is, a room in one of the upper floors take, there has one a nice view of the vis a vis. The value for money was excellent, however we had a flat arrangement, in the the hotel automatically was included. For longer I wouldn't recommend it, because the 2 -bed-room already tiny was. From the airport with the bus it is also easy to reach ... ( one goes then from the bus station ' Alberto 1' only 500 meters on foot on the place Massena to ). read more

We were very satisfied! Public transport links is ideal, possibility for shopping and free time are perfect. We would the hotel Univers in Nizza recommend. There is also a good possibility Monako to visit. read more

I have a studio loft roof used because of I longer stay and it was of a great size. There was a small TV, a small Kitchenette, closet with safe, bed and bathroom with toilet, shower and hair dryer. The room tile floor. this was due to the long stay once weekly cleaned. Recently stayed at stay this will also daily cleaned. My parents used during her visit a superior room. This was a bit of high quality and it was daily cleaned. These rooms have carpeted floors.

The location could perfect not be. The hotel lies directly at the big shopping street, a tram station and bus station is directly in front of place and old town it is only a 5-minute walk. the central bus station 'station Bermond ' with connections monaco, Cannes, Antibes... Is within minutes to reach.
