Our stay in Suite Novotel was great, the family room was spacious, the layout great thought out, for a short stay you can also 4. in this hotel a great time experience. The staff was very friendly, the night, there was a small breakfast and if you wanted, could one early shortacting an extensive breakfast to book. The children until 16 years were free and you could until 11:00 o'clock breakfast, very pleasant. read more

Really very spacious rooms, many inclusive extras, pleasant staff and good facilities. Small deficiency : at the breakfast is very busy (although it 13 Euro costs) and in the bar there was cocktail's only until 0 o'clock, although the bar until 1 o'clock open and it also all other drinks?! read more

The medium sized star hotel is modern and cozily furnished. The location is absolutely great, the breakfast good and the spacious rooms very clean and tastefully decorated. During my stay was a truly mixed audience in the hotel: many (international) business but also some families with children. Only the senior guests i hardly ever seen. There are great free tools in the hotel like a mini breakfast, internet, phone calls in the inland, a 10-one-minute massage (thursday evening) and if you stay longer than 4 nights in the hotel there is even a free rental car ( vollgetankter smart). Since ... i in business because of the itb in Berlin i can the value for money judge badly, since my employer all costs has taken over. read more

    My huge and modern room on the first floor was very nice and functional. There is a tv, a large table, 2 phones (calls in the inland are is free of charge), a safe, a microwave and a kettle. Coffee and tea free of charge available and every day refilled. Furthermore there is a free bottle of water in the minibar. The bed although it is very large but unfortunately extremely uncomfortable. It is supposed be healthy on a hard mattress to sleep but that was already nearly unacceptable. The modern bathroom has both a shower, as well as with a large bathtub. Of course, there is a hair dryer, as well as numerous small extras such as lotions, peeling, shower cap, badetablette, nail file, cotton balls and a makeup remover cloth. The toilet is extra. That the bathroom plastic is i was not in the slightest disturbed. Therefore, the whole probably also much easier to clean. The rooms seem very well be insulated, as it was the whole time extremely quiet and i have no noise from the neighboring rooms heared. The cleanliness my room was absolutely great and the free wi-fi worked great!

    Breakfast in the hotel costs 13 Euro. In comparison to the breakfast buffet in other hotels was here the choice was very poor, but for the price completely okay. There were rolls, toast and croissants, as well as meats and cheeses, Nutella, honey, different kinds of jam, yogurt and actimel. Furthermore fresh fruit and vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers ), hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage and schinkenwürfel offered. There is also a good the offer for different cornflakes and cereals. One will be full anyway! However, if you in the morning really want to dine (for example with salmon, fresh waffles, cakes, pancakes and so on.) The disappointed there. However as mentioned, you can for the price of course not expect. The quality of the offered food was in my opinion good. The bread rolls were for example very crispy. It is only to complain about, that the scrambled eggs partly cold and actimel was empty. The atmosphere in the relatively small breakfast area was unfortunately somewhat hectic and noisy, since it was already relatively early in the morning quite crowded. For the guests the not in the hotel want to eat breakfast, there were still free in the lobby small muffins and hot drinks.

    The staff at the hotel was very friendly, attentive and helpful. %blank% the check in, as well as the check-out was quick and all my questions were competently and courteous response. Also the cleanliness in the hotel overall, as well as in the room there was absolutely nothing to fault.

    I filled up every morning for about 1 hour the gym of the hotel used. This is relatively small and only has a cross trainer the terrible squeaks and a standfahrrad, as well as a machine for lifting weights. Great, however, that the room really 24 hours the day is available and there is a television, towels and a water dispenser there.

    The hotel is very central and nevertheless peaceful located. The name of the hotel is admittedly a bit misleading since it isn't directly on the Potsdamer Platz is. Nevertheless one needs there straight times around 7 minutes away on foot and directly in front of the hotel there is a metro stop. Quite nearby there is also numerous restaurants (for example an italian, mexican, sushi) and a supermarket.

Ideal hotel for families and a visit in Berlin. Also smaller children are welcome, the rooms are perfect for a 4-headed family. We would book the hotel anytime again. Over the subway (hitchhiker capacity) one is to jerk-twitch in allen sights, but even walk would be possible. The breakfast was much bigger than expected. The atmosphere very pleasant. read more

Centrally located hotel, ideal for sightseeing and with optimal transport connections. The rooms are very spacious and thoroughly equipped (for laptop enough room in the in-room safe, fridge/mini-bar, kettle with tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, steam iron etc..). For cleanliness is completely respected, even less visible spots. The staff were very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. read more

The very centrally situated hotel offers about 220 spacious rooms with or without breakfast at. Our junior suite on the 7. floor was, as the whole hotel, very spacious and clean. The view was a 'number'. We had only booked the night, but for 12,00 Euro the breakfast there. The underground car park is for 12,00 Euro a night also okay. The guests came from all over the world. Every thursday there is a free massage of 10 minutes, great service. The ironing room is around the hour for every guest open. If we 4 nights had booked ..., we would even for 4 hours a with a full complement of fuel smart as rental car get. Wireless internet is in the entire place. read more

    The breakfast was simple, but of good quality. Also shortly before end, it was 10:50 a. m., was refilled! Next to different bread and bread rolls there was to cheese, ham, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, quark, fruit salad, honey and various jams, fresh fruits, yogurt and much more. Coffee or other drinks full. In the evening convinced Sebastian with tasty cocktails. A few nuts were immediately offered, thanks! For people hurried there was a special service, coffee to go-gratis!

The co-operation from the staff was very accommodating, all had good mood, i would particularly like to highlight the barman Sebastian and Annika from the reception. We had after checking in a small something in the room criticized, this was on the first evening between 18:00 and 12:00 p. m. repaired.

    Except the double bed was a further single bed set up. Another, smaller bed was under the bed pulled out are. The furnishing is not ritzy but functional however reasonable (tv with internet access and free film guide, minibar, kettle, free safe and free telephone use to local landlines). We were on the 7. floor and had a nice view in the direction fernsehturm, bundesrat, Berlin Cathedral) It was cleaned daily and the towels exchanged.

    The breakfast is in buffet form enough. Here everything was there, what you need in the morning. For example scrambled eggs, croissants, yogurts, quark, cereal, rolls, hot beverages, juice, cheese, sausage, jam, Nutella. Everyone should find something here. Price : 12 Euro per adult, children do not pay anything. Places were always easy to find. We would have liked, that the tables and used plates etc. Be cleared faster. The window a bit. Some things (for example cups, glasses, yogurt) were for children a bit too high appropriate, so that the parents had to help. Quality of the breakfast but very good.

    The hotel is about 10 minute bus ride from berlin central station. Simply the line m41 at the rear exit of the train station,. Faster, not. Stops of 2 buslinien (m41 and m29) in the immediate vicinity (100 metres). At the same distance S-Bahn-station anhalter road, the for example in 1 station to Potsdamer Platz and 2 stations to Brandenburger Tor leads. On foot one is in scarcely 10 minutes for example on Potsdamer Platz or checkpoint charlie. In 5 minutes on foot there is a 'net' supermarket, where everything can be bought, what you for a long day to food needs. Way there : from the hotel right out, turn left at the next junction, then you can see it already after 200 meters you go to the right on the corner.

I know what a suite is, the rooms suite novotel Potsdamer Platz are double room from good size with extra couch by a raffia curtain separated. Bathroom functional with separate shower and separate toilet. Very silent well working air conditioning. Cleaning of the rooms top, we ate breakfast out. Competent, attentive service, also in case of any problems with the safe immediate help and late check out when vorausansuchen not a problem. S-Bahn station anhalterbahnhof on the doorstep, subway and potzdamerplatz on foot 10 minutes. The italians marinelli just around the corner is usually fully very recommendable. read more

You should feel of the name not tempted, the hotel lies not on Potsdamer platz, you must be approximately 15 minutes from the Potsdamer platz run, around the hotel to reach, but only 1 minutes from the metro stop Anhalter Bahnhof. Check in went smoothly, with the check we had out clearly the feeling to disturb, surly the bill was then pressed and it took until the credit back. The rooms was nicely big with a separate seating area, which the stay yet pleasant made. The bathroom was large enough with separate shower and toilet. Room as bathroom were pikopello ... clean. The overpriced breakfast ( 12,00 ) was a Ibis-standard. The restaurant and the lobby-lounge were in the morning to the breakfast room, very high bar stools and high tables were exactly uncomfortable we deep sofas, before which the tables in the amount adjusted were; for breakfast we were not very comfortable. The audience during our one day long stay consisted of about 80% young people, whether travel alone or in group I can't say. Internet worked almost never? - I would have again the choice, I would in the neighboring Ibis or Ibis budget move in, which however is not called, the I Novotel would not recommend. For a one time vacation the hotel is partially suitable, as a station for city tour absolutely perfect. Lovely stay in Berlin read more

Nice hotel really central location, ideal for sightseeing, business and Berlin marathon. Great reception with public transportation. Excellent value for money near 80 Euro / night / double room including breakfast. read more

The suite Novotel the Hitchhiker street is conveniently located with S-Bahn and metro bus to reach. I am employee a worldwide active it company and we have amongst others with this hotel ( accor hotel chain belonging) a cooperate contract with comanyrates. This firmenrate (night without breakfast) was this night. When I at the front desk on Sunday evening checked in, I was the total amount of the night will be charged to my credit card and the bill will be distributed. I was not even asked, whether I the next morning a breakfast want to enjoy (this could then ... also on the Übernachtungsrechnung stand to have). This has surprised me already very much. The next negative: the hotel offers in the lobby two computer's with a printer, to free up to 20 minutes to the internet can. These servers are but so slow, that you within 20 minutes-this is no exaggeration! - not even on the internet at the GMX server can log, a emails look and a PDF file (online dB ticket) printing out. This is because, the servers often mistake brings. The service this server is more than a disgrace. It would be better, the hotel would recommend this lousy service immediately set. For me, both incidents the occasion, in this hotel not staying here! At the rooms does not exist many to complain about. It is also matter of taste, whether you a big room with a badly and extra toilet-Cell from plastic (no traditional bathroom) and then in the wet area comfortable. I prefer with a three-star hotel a real bathroom and no predefined bathroom. For business trips, the quickly on the internet on the ground to print, is this hotel not suitable. read more
