As always it was super nice in the hotel alpensonne. I have a beautiful birthday table with a small cakes get, was a beautiful guests, i was very pleased. The food was again wonderful, everything very delicious. We will come again. read more

The hotel looks very well kept. The reception was nice, the offer matches brochure exactly. Nothing was exaggerated. We had a room on the ground floor with an outdoor terrace. The room was okay, unfortunately creaky the beds a bit noisy. The terrace was good, sun for the whole day. Unfortunately there was the sichtschutzhecke no view to the outside. On the upper floors could you from the balconies more view. But since we too many the time outside of the hotel spent, bothered us the lack of view not. The hand and bath towels were changed daily. read more

    The room is very well equipped. It is not too big, but for the two of us it was adequate. As already mentioned creaky the beds a bit noisy, everything was ok apart from that

    The service is the big plus in this hotel. Starting with the reservations for breakfast and dinner, to the friendly service by the service staff, everything was very good. Especially considerate, always friendly and helpful I would like mrs ardiana halalij mention which. The hotel can be pleased, that it has such efficient forces has. The offer with the half-board is varied and performance of the kitchen very good. There was almost no reason something here to complain about. Only the day of rest at the thursday was for us something new. The we had not yet seen, that in a hotel on one day in the week the gastronomy break from. One must on the day then in the place, in order to the dinner drives. But you can live with that.

    The hotel offers a halls -swimming pool with a sunbathing lawn, a wärmekabine and a outside sauna at. A fitness room is also lived. We have however not use it, since we for hiking came and no time remained. Regarded we however. It is to summarize very well maintained and good equipped state.

    I enjoyed the food in the restaurant - the chef ( also the owner) gets 5 stars in my book. Thursday evenings when the staff takes off (apparently a normal procedure in the area) there are quite a few great restaurants in the center.

    Short driving distance to the local attractions. In the winter there's a beginners ski slope and a ski school right in front of the hotel. The scenery is beautiful- one can enjoy it in the evening from the terrace or from inside the restaurant. The center is walking distance and there are many opportunities for excursions in the area.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. The personal speech was there and our child felt all around well. Also the furnishings for example baby crib, bathrobe, toys we were from the hotel provided. Especially the dinner we could completely relaxed enjoy, since Adriana with him lots of fun. The staff were very flexible, if one had a wish. But also the activities around the hotel are very varied and you can in any weather something undertake. For a relaxing hotel you can definitely recommend this hotel. read more

Here is one from the first hour on guest with all attention. It wasn't missing anything. Both the breakfast, as well as the 5-course dinner menu leaves nothing to be desired. We were welcomed, in the hotel it is missing at nothing. Food & beverage, everything great., exactly like the bath -, as well as the sauna. Also Bill pool and table tennis we spent an evening played. We had our Honeymoon there. The apartment was very large with tall ceelings and was very NICE. Bed sheets and towels were folded and changed every day. All of the employees were very kind and the food was delicious. Everything was amazing! We are planning on going back this October. read more

We were too fourth in the hotel and we were very satisfied. However there was a small drawback. The bathroom is very, very small. You can't enter it together. Unfortunately we missed in the room furniture with drawers. The water of the pool could have been a bit warmer. Also the main course in the evening were sometimes a bit long and the time. Otherwise, we can recommend this hotel most warmly. We had in any case with the family a nice stay. ps n. wireless Internet is unfortunately not in all rooms. It was a very relaxing get-away. However if you so warmly welcome the holiday was so nice. I am with the good, varied meals nachn spoiled all-you-can-eat. Whether soups, sauces, salads and other dishes are, I'm me every time right, it always tasted excellent. Thanks to the kitchen. The service is always friendly and read every request from the guests eyes. Thank you, I wish to sound Adriane and Patricia for their friendly and kind waitress, carry on Sunday one thing to losbringen! There were some guests who apparently did not have enough time in the vacation time awaiting to ..., for example, the breakfast to be served, no you are standing with your Kaffeekänchen in hand in front of the entrance to the kitchen and put pressure on the service. People, had to wait a little, the service has only two hands. Thank you! This house makes everything possible to the guest have a great holiday, Sies make even so, and they are a good guest house. read more

A week holiday we spend in this beautiful, cosy hotel. The warm welcome left right on a great, relaxing vacation close. %blank% the breakfast buffet, as well as the restaurantverpflegung are very good. The menu is very diverse and offers something for everyone. The spa is wonderful. Indoor pool with a counter current system and direct access to the lawn, spa room, hüttensauna, infra-red cabin. Everything is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very friendly and gives gladly tips for leisure. All in all a super nice and relaxing vacation in a friendly, easy going atmosphere. Nice family run hotel in a good atmosphere. Very nice room according to the resort. Very nice I found the welcome plate of fruit and sweets, also a bathrobe was ready. Very good we really liked the pool including heat bank. The breakfast buffet is very varied and leaves nothing to be desired. We were very surprised about the nice amenities and friendliness in this three star hotel. We were all around comfortable and would definitely come back, but with child. read more
