Very pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. The room was very clean and in a very neat condition. Both in the room, as well as in the restaurant were no disturbances from the street to hear, at the hotel lies. Very big breakfast. Great value for money with a majority of a city break. read more

A lovely stay in Bamberg. Price-value for 3 nights with half board were not to beat. When i one evening after card eaten, were only 5 Euro extra costs will be charged-great.

Lovely stay in the golden Adler in hallstadt. We were very satisfied, rooms were big enough, new furniture, safe, fridge - everything available. As Requested a quiet room after the back received. Bath somewhat small, but sufficient. Flat screen and even iron and -board available.
There is an improve Rosengarten in the courtyard and a beer garden.
We booked half board. The breakfast was very good, everything available: bread., rolls, sweet Pastries, different
Cereals, fruits and fruit salad, sausage, cheese and so on egg dishes were freshly prepared. The Omelette was sublime.
For dinner there was a buffet with 2 ... main courses the choice in self-service. We would not do it again, better only breakfast book and à-la-carte eat, what you want. Were but nevertheless given the paid prices over reisenactuell satisfied.
From the hotel can Bamberg great explore, best Bambergcard use, so that you have the possibility to the bus for 3 days to use, runs every 30 minutes in the village center from. Definitely the Weltkulturerbeführung participate,
Interesting. Worth seeing are the cathedral and museum. The residence, the michaelsberg monastery, the Rosengarten and so on nice was also the hike to Altenburg. Especially liked a lot the Schlüß Seehof on the outskirts of Bamberg with Memmelsdorf. Interesting guided tour and beautiful water games each full hour.
The Hotel Esperos Palace is very good the area from Bamberg to explore, unfortunately was only, that the existing vaulted cellar with bar our time had been open. It was missing evenings a bit of entertainment. Hallstadt itself has not lots to offer read more

Clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Despite several negative reviews we could this not confirm. The only thing, that we didn't like so much, it was too narrow and too soft bed. read more

The hotel lies very lonely, you need definitely a car. BEWARE! For the use of the underground garage, 5 Euro per day at, that is in the eBay-coupons not mentioned and also nowhere entered. The rooms are very small, but clean. The breakfast is OK. , eating and drinking besides that in the hotel expensive.
Not worth 4 stars, rather 3, but altogether reasonable. For 79 Euro over eBay bid for 2 nights including breakfast for 2 people, you should not complain. read more

The hotel we have as a starting point for a visit the national garden Festival, as well as of the city Bamberg elective.
It is only a few autokilometer of Bamberg away. Reasonably priced parking spaces in Bamberg there were enough available. Unfortunately is evenings indicated akkuten lack of public parking spaces in front of the hotel.
Hallstadt itself offers as good as nothing.
The trip was on ' Reiseaktuell ' booked, and was a real bargain. Value for money 100%.
The staff were in any case friendly and helpful. Squares in the restaurant were in the morning and evenings ... sufficiently available.
The booked half board was plentiful and tasted excellent, (2 different menus ) the breakfast buffet was top. Except for the rolls, the everything else as crunchy and fresh.
The rooms were in clean pristine condition and directed towards the rear. In the front area, the noise the though leading street disturb.
In light of the cheap price were fulfilled our expectations, the 4 *-status you still have work to do. read more

The hotel close to Bamberg is not bad, which however not on the service applies. A written request for a forgotten item I child I have not even received a reply! If you are looking for a reasonably priced clean accommodation for a city break to Bamberg and environment searches and this hotel added to special price receives is here just perfect. What abselut not like were the par baked rolls, of which always only 2 sorts to the selection, in addition a sort of sliced bread out of the bag. The purchase with one of the in the immediate area lying bakeries would certainly be worth it. The selection of Scnittkäse was with a sort of daily also very lean. read more

Hotel with insufficient traffic connection with bus to Bamberg, especially at the weekend.
Room friendly, with deviation from pulse Flatness on the 2nd floor and many steps. Satellite -tv- telephone available, Wi-Fi only at the front desk. , bathroom small with not interruptible powerful shower in the shower. Quiet at night.
Good breakfast buffet with friendly, however overburdened Server.
Front desk unfriendly, despite booking 2 double 1/2 year advance nebeneinanderliegend possible, but in separate buildings.
=> for a visit to the Bamberg at the weekend either take bikes or another hotel choose. read more

After a long waiting time a double room to get, it has finally in July worked well. We arrived at 12 o'clock at, the room was not ready, which really reasonable was. We were a room shown. When we at 18 o'clock came back the room was taken. We should in the 2nd floor building, since my husband a hip op had this was not possible for us. The our vorgeshenes room compensation. We got then two single room and then had to on the next day again move in a very small room and the two nights.
Breakfast was ... good. Staff at the reception very unfriendly. read more

A good hotel for a city break. Very good bus connection to Bamberg( about 6 kilometer). The bus plan directly depends on in the hotel and also from the reception you are very well informed and with information equipped. The accommodation was in a belonging to the hotel house on the other side of the street. This was not a problem. The rooms were well equipped. The only thing shortcoming was the throug, the in front of the house was appropriate. It could only with violence open. We will this hotel surely again select. read more

Refined hotel with lots of flair, the ideal destination for visiting Bamberg one of the most beautiful Cities Germany
about 10 minutes to the train station in a couple of minutes in Bamberg and further 10 minutes walk to the
Center ( pedestrian precinct)

We were in a separate building outside of the hotel accommodated, directly at a in day and night very busy street and furthermore half-Timbered house. It was extremely loud! In comparison to our explicit request we received no non-smoking rooms and that was supposedly no other room available. Wi-Fi didn't work, bathroom was very small. Breakfast was good, but not the, what a 4 star hotel expected. Dinner was excellent. Not all employees were friendly, but the biggest part already.
In short: stay there are certainly not repeated! read more

We stayed 2 nights booked with breakfast included. On the first evening we have in the hotel eaten, was delicious. On the second evening it says there is only dinner for guests with half board. We were very surprised and annoyed.
The first breakfast was very good. The 2 day one disaster. We had free seats wait and it took forever until a bit restocked, or fruit salad there were not at all more. Apparently have all the guests at once for breakfast, which in a absolute chaos ended.

However issten moderate.
We booked half board, one could advise against, since the Frankish dining is affordable.
The portions were poor, not to be satisfied, there was (3-course) a soup, afterwards a main course and a small dessert, everything enjoyable, but only Kantinequalität and the portions too small.
But one does not have to book. Apart from that good, breakfast buffet more than enough. read more

The hotel is a place you can definitely go to. Unfortunately, it was very badly soundproofed. The front desk is not always staffed and on the day of arrival was very hectic, or many ran around, but nobody was really responsible. The next day it was already better. There are two dining rooms. The food is a very crowded and noisy, if there are a lot of people eating. The second area is located across the street and is much quieter and more pleasant. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The food was well prepared and clean. It would ... be good, if you come by car, as the road to the next bus station is quite far. If you were good on foot, then okay. The fee for the parking garage of six euro I think too high. The park in front of the hotel is very limited. In the bathroom there was a fan, the is a bit odd. It is sometime in the evening and was shortly after seven o'clock in the morning, then again. On request there is a timer. This fan are doing so there is no point, at night if you take a shower and the toilet for longer stay uses. read more

It is evidently a seminar hotel. Has estimated about 50 rooms. The cleanliness was excellent. We had with friends together a weekend when ' Roomnight ' on eBay (double room, 2 persons, 2 nights inclusive breakfast €79, -).
