The hotel lies directly at the 21. street in South Beach only approximately 300 meters from the beach. Location is great, as you on foot very fast all sights (beach, Ocean Drive, shopping street) to reach can.
The staff is friendly and courteous.
The rooms are unfortunately somewhat outdated and noisy. Unfortunately in Miami South Beach not an isolated incident, we wish to have also not complain.
Beware: room to the rear (opposite. Multi-storey car park) are definitely not recommendable. Here is the whole night something going on! By the bad isolation, a lot of noise. Other rooms are fine. ... Generally the rooms are very large and with the usual large king size beds auzsgestattet.
For a stay up to 3-4 days completely okay. read more

To stay reasonable as a holiday hotel not suitable, because no infrastructure. (restaurant, bar, pool, garden, and so on)
The parking should be dealt with better and not simply with 30 Dollar per day are offered.
Parking for the hotel guests cheaper. For example offset to the used hour. read more

We stayed for 2 nights passing through here. For this completely fine, conveniently located - 100 meters to the bus station, and proximity to the beach - approximately 250 meters. Breakfast you could get, also scrambled egg or Croissant, was nothing special, from ok. Our room was rather dark, the bathroom very big and handicapped accessible. In short: for a short break we would book the hotel again, for a longer beach vacation not really. read more

The South Beach hotel is a rather small hotel. The hotel itself is OK. By luck, we had a studio (room type) received, although this is not booked. It was brilliant-large and super equipped.
Also the proximity to the beach was great, but we won't again in September/ October would fly.
At the beach you hardly 15 minutes work without into the water head. The beach is very clean, the water was on some days a little seaweed dirty (at this beach section).
One is in about 10 to 15 minutes on Ocean Drive and in 5 to 7 minutes ... at the Lincoln Road. There are some shops, stores and the bank (American bank).
From the airport Internation Miami one is with the taxi about minutes at the hotel ( costs per drive 32 $).
You should for Miami a Spanischwörterbuch pack (only a small tip!). read more

5 minutes to the beach on foot and 25 minutes to the ocean drive.

The value for money is absolutely okay., good location near the beach, as well as shops and restaurants within walking distance easy to reach, very friendly staff, small, but good breakfast available. We were only one night locally, is however also quite for a longer stay recommendable. read more

The hotel is in a perfect location! Beach located just a street away, the condition section on the 21. Street is very pleasant, further south on the lummus park at the beach see-and-see-are rather important. Bars, restaurants there are everywere very good in the corner. Grocerys are in South beach rather rsr.
Had a beautiful suite with kitchenette and spacious bathroom with jacuzzi.
Breakfast when desired freshly prepared. Omelets, sandwiches or croissants were delicious.
Wi-Fi was in the room available.
Entire staff, especially concierge, helpful and friendly.

The hotel is very recommendable. The beach is only one block away and the shopping area isn't far away. The staff, in particular the staff at breakfast, is very friendly. Only drawback perhaps the parking spaces. In front of the hotel liked it a few parking spaces. The time of parking is but maximum 10 hours( in case I still believe, more is in any case not). If you park for the Maximalzeit it costs $17. The hotel offers also valet parking to, is however lot more expensive. I would again at any time the South beach hotel book. read more

Were on our 18 day trip three nights in South Beach, very nice small hotel in the middle of South Beach, highly recommended, two minutes to the beach, ten minutes to the ocean drive and the art deco district (within walking distance). The Miami International Airport 15 minutes with the car was great for late arrival. Guest parking on the street or the parking lot 1 minute walk away. Ten hour 15 dollars but you get cheaper as far as we had seen not. In the morning are often buses to the sawgrass mill. Driven to collect and guests, even ... the service but we didn't use it. read more

For a Hotel in Miami beach is a small and modest rather Hotel. Also the decor of the rooms are modest: it had no air conditioning, no fridge and no free parking-> alternatively there is valet parking for 30 $or parking on the meter for 1.50 $ramp at the moment with ten hours. Free Wi-Fi was available in the room. To the beach it was about 500 meters above a main street, the Main shopping street (Lincoln Road) is about 800 meter is however in walking distance. As a stopover for any one night in Miami beach was a ... quite good time, for a longer stay. read more

We had a very pleasant stay the south beach hotel. To the beach it is just two minutes' walk away, the spectacular ocean drive about ten minutes walk. The hotel is included in the price breakfast, which precipitates from a smaller selection. The rooms are very nicely furnished and quite spacious. The only negative are the doors of the rooms, as they were always very loud neighbors and the a bit of a walk back and forth annoying. We can highly recommend the hotel and would again at any time. Ps: parking is $30 per day. read more

The hotel is a renovated art deco hotel, really super nice. It is located in a side street so it was quiet in the night and the peace and quiet to sleep. There are only about 300 meters walk to the beach of south beach. There was an amazing and a kiosk, to buying of drinks.
The girl at the front desk needs to be the friendly dealing with guests. If you do not want to his job, then you should leave the. Didn't work.
Breakfast was not included but we could sit outside in the morning and a continental ... breakfast for reasonable price. The waitress was very, very nice and friendly. So it goes!
Parking: smooth sixth does not have its own parking spaces. You could for 30 $a day! The parking garage around the corner to use. The front desk there would then be called and someone would have come along and the car picked up and also brought back if necessary. In front of the hotel parking meters for 1.50 $an hour. We have a large car park on the opposite side of the road at the Beach used. Of the nine o'clock until three in the morning o'clock in the night it is also liable to pay the costs however we got ourselves a ten hour ticket for 15 $and the car parked at night there, we had for those half the price of our parking space. In south beach, there is apparently no free parking spaces. Everywhere it will be charged. read more

We stayed 2 nights when package when flight. Easy to get to from the airport by bus to get there. After two days our rental car picked up few blocks away as the car during our visit and also need parking charge was excessive. Also it is very convenient to all the attractions in Miami Beach (Art Deco, Lincoln Street ) Although it on other web sites showed to good reviews, it's most likely not been reviewed the right hotel South Beach, there are countless times again. In our case was the carpets were quite dirty, the rest was okay ... so halfway - had room 109 limited so I would recommend it. read more

The front desk was always friendly and very helpful staff. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed. Why the maid would ask if we could ask for room service every day, I don't understand - but it was (as requested) cleaned every day. The location is very good. Bus stop almost opposite. Supermarket nearby and just a few steps away from the beach. read more
