With a few small limitations, you could say, that the vacation it was well worth it.
tunesienurlaube we book for 5 years. Certainly there are differences in the quality and the price-performance -proportion the different hotel.
However one must say, that it every year is becoming worse and worse.
This hotel was ideal for us, since no loud music, or evening dancing the general peace disturbed.
The hotel is to 80% of a rather older passengers booked, which makes very pleasant made.
The biggest shortcoming, is again the beach. The standboys sit love the whole long day, instead of the ... area of the chairs and the way to the beach, from trash to eliminate.
However that is the way things are in Tunisia. read more

We had an altogether great vacation, the small points of criticism were.
The rooms were nice and big and were cleaned properly, the broken tv was after complaint immediately replaced. Unfortunately was the air conditioning at the time already turned off, so that at night in the room temperatures of> 25 °C previously. Also the rooms are somewhat outdated, but since one only for sleeping in the room can hang out, one can ignore that.
The hotel complex is clean and tidy, the beach however could be a little more tlc.
The food in the restaurant was reasonable, variety was ... available. The dishes was unfortunately very fettlastig, so that some prepared food in grease swam and I did not try it were.
The all inclusive-drinks were sometimes delicious, partly but not to enjoy, was always on it, if you prepared.
A point of criticism were some waiter, the a listless impression and this the guests opposite clearly sprayed. Other however were really very pleasant.
If you are not on every detail, and on some details eye, the hotel is recommendable. read more

We have in this hotel from the first minute very comfortable, the staff starting from the reception, luggage carriers, waiter in restaurant, bar, pool bar and at the beach, cleaning crew and all remaining hotel employees were very friendly and has always a kind word on the lips. Particularly the animation team around Tarek and cici have always good mood entertainment provided, the food was great. Unfortunately is a week in this hotel too short. We would gladly come again. read more

Wellness and massages are not recommendable, not trained staff. ( way too expensive) deadlines are not complied with.
Fruit was very one-sided, bananas there was only from the waiter secretly, apart from that only apples, pears, jar in floury form. Rat in the dining room.
Fish gave it only as tails or restverwertung.
Food was too many cold.
Animations were very loud, sleep was impossible.
Beach was very dirty, kamelscheiße, cigarette ends and much more
Washbasin and badewannenwasser walked really bad from. read more

The hotel with all the bells and whistles is very good recommendable. The entertainment team is however took some getting used to. The cooperation was not ideal. Only three persons from this team were really friendly. The others are more beschäftgt, as you looks and arrival...
To we could however also well do without. Wether breakfast, lunch or dinner: rich choice and very tasty! The cooks were always a joke, which the atmosphere very relaxed designed. We were with two couples 10 days and I can only say: great hotel! read more

We were traveling late at night in the hotel and were given a dark not air-conditioned room on the ground floor. We didn't dare the patio door open, einbruchgefahr, so the front desk. The next morning they promised us at the front desk, so we a better room get, we should at 9 o'clock there report. At 11 o'clock they had it ready for us. We asked for, whether we in the room an airco get, but one said to us, the was broken. Later we asked with the staff go to and one said to us, in the low ... season is the always turned off, from cost reasons. At 37 degrees an impertinence, there were all the guests agreed! We also with a another couple chat, the 3. time this house are traveling around and the were more than shocked. They received after 4-experienced change no room, not a durchleckende cover had. In the morning you had to always at the front desk call and ask, that cleaned. There were then toilettenrollen has in the ceiling stuck. The same procedure every night! All these problems are in the years previously not occurred, even if they were regular in the Iberostar hotels and are totally appalled at the conditions in this hotel.
The sanitary plants in two rooms were mildewed, rusty with verdigris, disgusting. The bath tubs very worn, must urgently be replaced. The towels were changed daily, but were everything but know! At the beach does not bathe was possible, everywhere extremely much seaweed in the sand and in the water. We had a swim and at the beach very pleased. Unfortunately have the staff at the beach not much motivation, at least a small area to rooms.
In the morning around 9, a girl to the pool and threw a half bucket chlorine into the water, the one afterwards hours is not able to swim, was clear. Small children could not bathe and we also had burning eyes and itchy skin of which. That was impossible. Besides it was at the hi 8 fundamental principles unbearable without bathing. This is the main reason, to on vacation to drive.
For the food we observed the waiters and had the impression, without much baksheesh as nothing at all. We have daily €5, -, then it was the soups were not enjoyable, water with and undefinable content, every day! We were happy, because one day was a grill was always offered. A halved tonne, on the, directly on the coal the gillrost attention. The meat burned, it was not enjoyable. The salad bar after the dinner covered and so again the next morning again, as the previous night, were offered. The tomatoes and fruit were dried out, not enjoyable. The bread by the vortag lay also the next morning then dried out since. From about 8:30 it was then replaced, without gloves made the of the staff. Also burnt several times the toaster, as worried any drum, the guests then always fire called, before nothing happened. Plug out again purely and after for a couple of minutes burned it again, it was every morning!
On the day of departure we gave the beach towels and got 20 Dirham, instead of our 10 Euro per towel when anmiete. This we could of course not spend more. Our given 10€ we also received after asking not back, that was a sauerrei! Because Dirham you shouldn't run!
I am for over 20 years several weeks every year vacation in Kenya and in Turkey. In Tunisia i am the 3. time. Also the war was, we knew and restrictions set. A lot you could easily change can, but the mood at the staff was bad. I have never seen so much trouble and so much lost holiday pleasures experienced. To top it all the hotel boss rude to us and other guests opposite:' if you don't return, will other! ' a renovation is urgently necessary and a new management makes sense. The staff it would be very to be. The hotel boss was impossible, overburdened. read more

The hotel need a renovation, the exchange of the towels for the outside area one must have luck, if you get there too late you have to wait some time. The waiters are if there evenings fully is really overburdened, from 7:00 A. M. in the morning you had to really lucky if you at the beach a free spot on the really narrow sun screens catch I would like. After now 6 stays in this hotel we can say that it steadily downhill. Despite all inclusive you will need plenty of money! At every opportunity, the hand anyway and the service directed everywhere the amount of the tips. No tip; no service! Only the cleanliness of the rooms worked without bribery!
The food general and the cocktails can I only with 'bad' judge. Cocktails from the machine and the 'barbecue' there was daily the food from the day before reheated. In the main restaurant amounted also everything was always in so a kind Gulasch. Saw quite use of leftovers from. Cleanliness of the tables was a little to be desired.
The staff were ... very hard-working to be nice, but with criticism they could not at all avoid. With a general Bewertungsumfrage of the hotel on the individual spaces you almost from the staff forced the bestnote to give. With my review 'bad' for the restaurant was I a 10 one-minute outrageous discussion with a waiter a, the me never served. The whole ended with a complaint with his boss.

Old traces of the balcony door were never removed. A pliers would have sufficed to enter!
We made the best of it! Every day at the beach the on the whole clean and really well guarded, sunshine!
Small tip: should still someone there travel! Go right at the beach along. After about 30 minutes you can reach a small hut from wood with a small Schifferboot and Palmschirm. There is the kite surf school of Münchners (Tunisian descent). Hatem, a very nice Guy, made our dissatisfaction with campfire directly at the beach, little reinschnuppern into kite surfing and dreamlike Sunsets again away. Pure hospitality!

Hotel should really urgent be renovated! The staff are friendly if you have a lot of give a tip, otherwise you have to if you are looking for! You never your peace, always action and loud music, only at night it is quiet, but one couldn't open the door, because one the pool the whole night babble hear!
The food is simple only bad. Other one couldn't describe it.
Generally one could say that the hotel maximum 1 star is!
They all want to only money. As if you didn't have enough paid for!
Many lots of pensioners. The all ... summer spend, they will be treated preferentially, since they always tip give.
At relaxing and enjoying was unfortunately not to think!
For a quiet vacation for relaxing with the partner not recommendable! Only quite not, if you have a bit of use of the food sets! read more

The hotel is good condition, here and there could do with some work, but all in all we were very satisfied. Rooms are nice large and clean. Only the tv was getting very old. But who wants to on vacation before the box to hang. The complex general is very clean and in terms of size beautifully manageable unit. The location at the beach, the very well monitored is, is a class for itself. The good thing is the security, hardly dealers there arise and a badger. One has mostly your peace there. Beach is clean and you get almost ... always a pool chair, the same goes for the pool, with its pool bar but what hermacht. Our son we hardly from the pool get. The cleanliness in general was very good, except for the shared toilets, these were partially very dirty and without paper or soap. read more

Nice hotel, directly at the beach. We felt very much at ease. The food was very, very good, for any taste always something, our room had a great view of the sea. Chairs and umbrellas there were enough by the pool and also at the beach, the employees were in all areas even without tip always friendly. We had some concerns because of the lots of negative reviews but we were really positively surprised. It is again and again people, the on vacation nothing better to do has as to the search for what negative to make. read more

Rooms are clearly ageing! Broken furniture!
Pool was in our 2 wöchigem stay Once cleaned!
The whole really all from the staff are on tip from... Without knowing, that this vacation have already paid, we thought that this was a pity! Nothing went without tip!
With 4 from the full hotel staff we have well understood! The four were without tip friendly to us (which we love tip given )
My husband and I our crosses at the neck and were because of its often accosted and wronged... We will not again there fly!

The outside pool area and beach environment could be cleaned more often. Would stay there again vacation. read more

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food could have been a bit more local dishes be. The bed sheets had stains in it which I therefor the bed was decorated. The beach could be cleaner. At the pool wall was deposits (outside) it did not look not so beautiful. The leisure activity options at the hotel were great and the activity staff were super friendly, fun and they have it all. read more
