The complex itself is very nice The beach is very small and not very clean if you don't already around 6:00 get up early to a beach chair to reserve then one gets not a good place the food is in my opinion bad no matter wether buffet or the other restaurants read more

The hotel lies very isolated, without a taxi are the beautiful Karibik beaches in the area not reachable. Who value on a nice uncrowded beach and also once something outside of the hotel companies want is with this hotel not good advices, but if you like a great cocktails at the pool bar and with 2 weeks within the huge grounds mineralwater will no doubt feel at home. Extras are expensive. The staff are very accommodating, the service great. Only the food the buffet was quite monotonous, after a couple of days one the appetite passes. Luckily but there is ... still the specialty restaurants. read more

We chose a hotel outside of Playa del Carmen options exclusively drinking and partyfreudigem guests out of the way to go. Unfortunately in this hotel there were about 10% loud so-called 'spring breakers' (they changed all 3-4 days and apply in the swarm.). From 10 hours in the morning until at least 2:30 a. m. at night has very strong celebrated. Why these guests a private house in the huge attachment is veilful us. So suffering many quiescentlooking for guests under these saufgelagen, a shame! The hotel complex is one of the nicest we've ever been to. Flora ... and fauna are a dream. read more

    The rooms on the ground floor and the first 1st floor are not recommendable, because they were very damp, cold (!) And musty are. On the 3. floor (at the top) with direct sun exposure smell the rooms not and are pleasant temperature. Room size and equipment (deluxe-zimmer) are very nice (u. a. flat screen tv, free mini bar with various drinks, the filled up every day will, spacious bathroom, balcony and a generous schranklandschaft (including safe)...). The most rooms have 2 separate beds. We deduct for the soundproofing in the rooms.

    The selection of dishes in the main restaurant (as well as in the snack-bars for snacks) is more than enough and tasty-there is something for every taste. You could really eat everything without any stomach/intestine problems. Deduction is the volume in the large 'dining hall, ' -here would be an outdoor area from advantage. Theme restaurants were not used by us, but were always attracting a lot of visitors (previous reservation required).

    Beautiful pool area (s), but the water was for our taste way too cold, which also in few users reflected. At the pools and in the lagoon is ordered animation, which we did not use however. In general the entertainers not intrusive, only the music at the pool areas was annoying! Chillout music for relaxing would be suitable (in comparison to techno/party music and country...).

    Except for a small lagoon there was no direct beach. If one runs however about minutes in northern direction over stones one comes to some natural (a little trash), lonely beach sections. Playa del Carmen (for shopping) is about 6 kilometers away. Taxi price : 11-13 Dollar. The direct neighborhood to xcaret-park is unique!

Really recommendable hotel with lovely atmosphere and good buffet, small but fine beach with morning animation for lunch at the large pool shifted, alternative offers a quiet pool was. Perfect for adults snorkeling and water lovers with supervision and a small reef right on the hotel. Good and friendly waiters with sufficient english knowledge. 11$ us with the taxi to Playa del Carmen to the next shopping and entertainment. The large area in the middle of the jungle we really liked. read more

That was a great holiday, which we gladly repeat are. The staff were super friendly, the food was tasty, the pools and the beach were never crowded, as it was low season was.     The food was varied and delicious. We had booked all inclusive. The main restaurant was always very busy, but it was not uncomfortable. One was every evening from the waiter to the table brought. In addition, you can go to the à-la-carte restaurants to eat, we have however not used. The cocktails were very, very good. In this hotel everything was really all inclusive.

    There are several pools, so that everyone the correct thereby is. Entertainment and bar, or relax by the pool. The beach is a bit small for the number of guests in the hotel. Otherwise is the beach however very nice.

    The location was really wonderful, no noise or something. One has really your peace. To the beach you will be charged. There are shops directly in the resort plentiful! And the hotel offers varied excursions can, something there for every taste. We can recommend especially, isla contoy and Isla Mujeres two wonderful Karibik islands. And xcärt park is also worth a visit!

First, amazingly laid out, something for everyone, for European standards almost too big (about 760 apartments). This spread on a whole park (shuttle bus locally). The beach is only a small bay and about pathetic, no real sea view possible here. The sights in this corner of Mexico are within 100 kilometer. The xcaret-Parkl is right next door. All in all, a good location, very good service, a little off the beaten path read more

First, we would like to say, we want the hotel wasn't bad, and who first time in Mexico and in this hotel, it is a nice feeling. However, we were the three times in Mexico and were among other things before at the palladium Hotel. Therefore, we have a comparison and thus cuts bad in terms of beach and Occidental buffet. So if you are looking for a Caribbean feeling with palm, is here completely wrong. On the brochure pictures is still doing reasonably well over it but in reality the beach (Chen) a hole in the rock burst a ... little sand and hundreds of beach chairs. Just awful and really has nothing to do with the Caribbean. The buffet is very one-sided and not very large (we have just compared to the palladium hotel is large). We were right in the first super disappointed. The theme restaurants we didn't try, as we were luckily after a day we could change the hotel and thanks to the travel provider a perfect holiday with a great beach experience at the palladium. The cleanliness and the rooms are, as far as I could see, in order. The rooms were great. The pools were, of course, being because of couch, since there is no large beach and the beach chairs and parasol had a kind of curtains to, the disturbing in the wind. We have fortunately not to try. So, like I said, if no comparison and any significant value to the beach, the hotel is not bad to and can enjoy their holiday there. We've stayed here at the palladium or Princibe Gran Bahia was, that I would advise you not to go there. read more

Large area but very well laid out with several pools and beach. Beach chairs were sufficiently available. due to the large distance from the beach, rooms and restaurant, there is a shuttle (golf carts) from early morning-in the evening drives through the complex. Theme restaurants with service at the table (reservation obligatory.) are a good change from the rather boring buffet. We stayed for a week in the main area and 1 week at the " Royal club " the price it is absolutely worth it. We were treated like VIP's. Private pool and beach, à la carte restaurant ... with sea view. read more
