The hotel/ restaurant has been a few years. There is some rooms and apartments. Everything was very clean, but partly worn. Wi-fi was free. We had a half board package and must say that the description of the package not what you get in. More about that below. The average tourist age was about 50. what we however not can confirm is that it is a 3 star hotel is, there is a lot more. The evaluation of the dehoga is not a hotel, but as gasthausbewertung. We were unfortunately somewhat disappointed. read more

    We got with our 2 years old daughter a room in the top floor, which we not so great found. The room was sufficient, the bathroom very small. The tiles in the bathroom were on the floor broken and the furniture is already a bit shabby. The mattresses are also very soft. There was a free safe and a fridge, as well as a kettle. Unfortunately had our room no balcony.

    I now come to the main thing. The building has its own butcher's, why then at every meal there was a cheap finished sauce taken, the always spicy was?! The meat and the other things were of the quality always good, but these finished sauce has unfortunately every dish ruined. Even the schlachterplatte had this sauce. Why? The go with a family's own butcher's shop much better! Small tip, to Schnitzel makes you actually no sauce. We had a half board package which on the own website, as well as when limango described ' you can choose from the à la carte your own meal from. Hors-d'oeuvre, main course dessert' unfortunately this was not sunday You got a soup, there was either pumpkin-potato soup, or leberspätzlesuppe. The half board guests also got another menu as the guests without half board and the dessert was also stipulated and not freely selectable. This does not correspond to the specifications! We had mentioned this but we got only the response that this always already occurs. Where is the then please à la carte? Otherwise are the prices very good and fair. You could from the fridge even beverages for the room take, had then logically at check out when you leave.

    The staff was very friendly and mrs k. has a fool to our daughter dent, we found that really sweet. The laundry was free washed and ironed, the was perfect!

This hotel is a very charming family-run hotel with an attached butcher's shop. The ' arber winter sports region' it is only a couple -minute drive away (ski bus would be but free). We were with the sledge and had a lot of fun! Also we have Bodenmais and were a little stroll. In the port we are still in the osserbad (also free) risks. There is also a small sauna area with attached. All in all it was a very relaxing and relaxing weekend - we would gladly come again! read more

We had a very nice winter getaway with our grandchild. We stayed in a cottage. About 100 meters away from the main building. The room had a sufficient size for 3 people. Everything very clean. My husband had problems with the mattress. We would have but also can report. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The ski bus to the gr. Arber and other regions is free of charge and the stop about 100 meters away. The dinner is brilliant. A massive choice and it tasted fantastic. Have home missed. read more

In february we were for winter sport in lam and in rösslwirt 7 overnight stay with breakfast/booked half board our room we had in a neighboring building, which about 300 meters away from the main house is located. This was perhaps the only point, the initially i didn't mind, but i was at the end of the vacation glad that it was, as we have every evening forced masses a beautiful walk done. The breakfast buffet was always rich and filled up, even if you later came. Evening you could under typical regional and many meat/poultry/fish variations choose. The service ... was always attentive and friendly. During our stay were predominantly pairs between 30 and 60 to be met. The ski bus to the ski regions of runs 50 meters from the hotel 3 times daily from. We consider, our next winter break again there to spend. read more

Who in the rösslwirt comes to the 'forgotten', because the selection of food ; no matter wether before-or dessert, are more than ample and very tasty. Also the employees, no matter wether operation or cleaning staff, are very polite and accommodating. We really enjoyed it and one can the rösslwirt absolutely recommend. read more

Unfortunately made us the weather was a line through our langlaufrechnung. (would be but nevertheless have been possible. Artificial snow!) It made us the hotel and the beautiful landscape. Every evening the spoilt for choice on a menu (minutes around 50 to 60 dishes) with very good (quantity/warm/cold) and tasty dishes! Super. Also the breakfast there was nothing to moan about! Starting at reservation until the departure a true friendly staff. Wishes and complaints are quickly taken care of! We were in the neighbouring house and appreciative of the fridge and balcony with a view of the court in the ... countryside. Now if a sauna in the house would have been, there would be almost 100%. Our reservation included however the free use the local swimming pool with a sauna. But the dear home of will power. -. \u263a if at all, is the clairaudience the room to complain about! (bathroom / toilet). But 100% positive there is now times not! In short really recommendable (also value for money) hotel. read more

Apparently freshly renovated hotel lies located in the climatic health resort of lam centrally located on the market square. To the king 'large arber' it was about 15. kilometer, the ski bus goes directly in front of the türe from-schedules we directly without demand will be distributed. Directly after the arrival we were very friendly family klingseisen welcome, all open questions were answered immediately and the guest card surrendered-this you have unlimited free access to about 1 kilometer away osserbad (therme with sauna area), as well as free use of the reginalbusunternehmen. The rooms all seem newly renovated, they are ... bright and friendly presented and in comparison to other hotels but a bit more space. The breakfast buffet is extremely rich and above all one: delicious! Wether fresh fruit salad, cakes, sausages from the hotel's own butcher's shop, home-made jams or rolls, muesli, and so on. There was something here for everybody! Dinner: in connection with half board we could every evening from over 40 dishes-in addition to the appetizer every day another fresh soup and for dessert a ice, or pudding or like it here in Bayern usual: a fruit brandy. In short we will come again! The price is really unbeatable, there food is delicious and the friendly and outgoing kind of family klingseisen us unforgettable days prepareth! read more

We were very positively surprised from the wide choice the offered and very tasty dishes. We were at any time very friendly served. Complaints were immediately fulfilled. The hotel/ tavern rösslwirt is very recommendable, in particular, by the very good value for money and the absolute competence of the people working there. We are as a couple with a dog arrived and were very friendly greeted. The room was comfortably furnished, with tv, fridge, safe, everything, which one needs in such a way. The only fault was the small bathroom, but everything was clean, with hair dryer, soap dispenser. The owners and employees were always friendly and always had time for a nice pläuschen. We have booked half board and at the breakfast buffet nothing was missing. And in the evening we could from the rich menu select, soup and salad you could take as much as you wanted. The portions are ..., i think, also, the big portions preferred, satisfied. And everything was really delicious! read more

We were from 30-12-2012 until 03-01-2013 in rรถsslwirt. Right, we were very warmly at the front desk welcome. The entire hotel was very beautifully decorated for christmas, we felt immediately very comfortable. The fine cuisine of the hotel leaves every palate content. We (13 people) were all once again very satisfied. We found the new year's eve buffet (very great the offer for selection), this time in the kitchen set up, a great idea was. Also the solo entertainer and the fireworks were good. Great is, that it in the double room in the cottage even a fridge there was. Here we were at the nice reinemachefee thanks. No matter in which hotel one lives, it was comfortable and everything. The double rooms are pleasantly large. The rich breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Perhaps Robert nevertheless times sausage cans, that is ... still missing. We can this family-run, friendly house. We will come again. Have this hotel for one week booked for christmas and were with the accommodation in the adjoining building content. The first room, which us (in nebenhaupthaus is not recommendable (musty and worn, pillowcases stained) The food with half board is ok. Map is however far too confusing, as about 40 different dishes. read more

The staff are friendly. The design of the rooms is ok, as tv we had a new, large flat screen. Problem it was with the technology of the same, but after a short guide of the staff but manageable were. It would be good, the present problems a guidance and a list of channels required. The room was daily cleaned really well. As there is no lift ( in the main building) there, is for disabled not suitable. For breakfast are crunchy rolls and hearty farmhouse bread announced. Crispy only the vollkornsemmel and the selection of farmhouse bread was poor ..., not to mention old fashioned. Apart from that was at the breakfast buffet enough selection to get you started. Because lack of space is the selection of sausages very concentrated presented, so that everything is there, but not next to each other, but each other. It was nice, that it fresh fruit salad returns. Only if these two days successively served, then the bananas brown or solved already slowly. With the half-board from about 80 menu. There was always a soup before and it will become daily daily four desserts, this but always the same. The main courses are tasty and the portions, as in the bavarian forest usual large. The, to the courts, sauces were like to grandma's times thickened. Here one could get new orientation. The mentioned selection of main courses was huge, here would be a bit less, perhaps more and you could this freshly prepared.
