The hotel is relatively new, the furnishing intact and on the height of the time.
You can choose from breakfast or half board available.
Through the cooperation with thomson are also many british people like German in the hotel, especially couple of all ages. The atmosphere is pleasant.

Perfect and very modern hotel. Understated but very good service. In town for certain one of the best hotels.
The hit the skypool on the roof with a view of lake, city and hinterland.
Also the half board is simply recommendable. Smart modern Italian cuisine for super cheap price.

Crystal Palace is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel for the short break on lake Garda. The guests are too many couples without children. Because of the gehobenenen standards the atmosphere is in the hotel, especially in the restaurant/ bar area, quiet and relaxed. The rooms are in good condition, only the carpet was in our room a bit soiled. The small outside area is very beautifully built and well maintained. Same goes for the roof terrace and the pool. read more

In the 2. Row located ** ** s -hotel, therefore from Hauptstraßenlärm spared. The best is the on the roof terrace located pool, from the Lake Garda and the huge mountain scenery to be seen are. We booked half board and were thrilled by the culinary offer with breakfast and dinner.
Bicycles are available, so that the area by Pedes can be explored.
At the end of the evening you can on the roof terrace at the pool bar candlelight dinner and live piano music one or two SAG enjoy. read more

We had five nights including breakfast booked, which (for US) was totally sufficient, since we during the day anyway weren't in the hotel.
Rather we were on nearby Routes or places to go on the way, which from the hotel very easy to reach are.
Generally the location of the hotel is great, it is only approximately 5 minutes on foot from the lake. From the busy village (main -) street was not noise wahrnzunehmen.
The room ( included bathroom) was big enough, well equipped and (almost ) always clean.
The only small point of criticism about the room: the ... air conditioning is, at least in the room, in which we were, right on the bed orientated. read more

We booked the hotel amongst others because of the very good reviews. Also the photos looked promising. But: in my opinion are the reviews strong exaggerated or were diapered. The rooftop pool was a cloudy Broth. The view from the terrace is admittedly great. But the picture of the pool and then the disdainful reality are a cheek. One noticed already, that seeks, through a lot of gloss and Marmoreffekt somewhat 'special' to represent, it is however somehow in the approach to organize.
The rooms were but already quite large, also the bathroom was extensively. But also here: by the ... special type of drain the shower ( a marble slab, under the are not cleaned can), stinking it easy and I don't imagine, as it appeared. Furthermore scuffed walls, cobwebs, altogether a cool, reserved office-well-behaved, unloving atmosphere in the hotel. Unpleasant we found the reserved service for breakfast, we were only once ignored. So we were a bit disenchanted and disappointed and were glad, again to go home. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. read more

The hotel is beautiful, particularly the sky -pool and the pool bar are top class. All of the staff are exceptionally friendly. Quite I would particularly like to highlight the very friendly and attentive lady, the daily the room cleaned and evenings the bed turned down and the ' Schlafwäsche ' nicely decorated
We had only booked breakfast, because we evenings always on the way were. During the day we mainly at the really brilliant roof pool anyway. The view from up there is great, you have the whole day sun and the surfers on the Lake Garda observe, read ... or just enjoy a cocktail. read more

I can only echo the positive reviews the previous reviewers. It fit simply everything! The staff are friendly, from the housekeeper to Restaurantschef. The kitchen is from the restaurant by a large glass pane separately, you can each at work watch. Everything was clean! The view from the sky -pool in the mountains and on the Lake Garda simply amazing. In the town itself, you can on foot or by bike many undertake, so that you the car really for the time of vacation can leave.
So we will certainly be back again and take our friends with. read more

We have a week vacation in Kristall spend. It was all around a succesful vacation. We had wonderful weather so that we every day breakfast on the roof terrace revenue. Just amazing in this backdrop the day to start.

Our vacation in Crystal Palace was simply wonderful. We are on recommendation of friends come here and were very nicely received. The roof terrace with a pool and bar is an absolute dream. The staff are very friendly and the food excellent. We had a junior suite which was very nice and a large bathroom. On the day of departure our car a burner of the manager of the hotel has helped us right away and we were shown to a workshop driven where the tire was repaired. Also in this situation we were very well looked after. We recommend ... this hotel our friends and come would gladly come again to to spend our vacation there. Top! read more

A very nice and really new hotel. Rooms and location very clean. Pool with beautiful view.
On arrival was our room still not ready, but we were immediately offered the above with a cocktail at the fabulous roof terrace to spend.
Although the hotel is fairly new, there were still one or another body, the improved-but nothing bad. The staff were always friendly.
The breakfast was very tasty (good quality), but with limited selection (yet something for everyone). Also the possibility the breakfast on the roof terrace -a super start to the day.
' Strand' is within walking approximately 7 ... minutes out. The center of riva you can reach in 15 minutes on foot and 20 minutes over the promenade. A nice walk to or from the food to the hotel does not harm. Riva at night is also very clean to look at. Local, shops, are all in close distance. The hotel offers also citybikes on, with which one everything around riva visit. The room was brilliant, modern and a great size. A parking space there were right at the house (however only limited capacity). At the day of departure the non-cash pay unfortunately not. But here we were from the hotel private bus (actually for the staff and not for the vacationers thought) to the next hotel of the family brought, where the card was possible. Italy stop ☺ read more

We were able to get a dreamlike short vacation in Kristall Palace's. In particular the fine cuisine, the tasteful room, as well as the romantic atmosphere night at the pool bar on the roof of the hotel with pianist made for a completely relaxing stay. Particular emphasis should be on friendliness of the staff, the very good room service (2 times daily housekeeping) and the attention to detail ( amongst others additional bathing shoe to the normal Hotelhausschuhen, Spotless). The extensive breakfast buffet, as well as the varied choice as a part of the half board and the wide selection ... of wines at reasonable prices could convince us. Thanks again for the wonderful days for our wedding day in the Kristall Palace, we will come again. read more

To the hotel in general can be said, the whole furnishing was very new works.
For cleanliness at (almost) every corner to - the rooms were always cleaned properly. Even evenings will go beds and if necessary new towels brought. Merely for breakfast were greeted by a waiter the crumbs of the guests with hand just from the tablecloth on the floor striped, instead of one new Tablecloth for the next guests put on \u2639 not so nice, if you are right next to it sits.
Both the lake, as well as the center of riva are on foot easy ... to reach. A free bike rent there is also, just a pity, that the hiring only until 19 o'clock works. Also on demand there was no longer rental possible.
The staff are always of assistance - the suitcase were brought to the room. One US safe, room key, mini bar, breakfast Times, TV and so on everything was explained in detail. Check in/-out folded smoothly. The beverages at the bar could to the room written and were at the end with usage.
Really unique in the hotels the environment the skypool on the roof terrace with 360° all-round view, as well as the restaurant with massive glass pane, the view of the clean decent kitchen releases.
Short: we will gladly come again, at any time! read more
