The hotel complex consists of several houses: houses with each 6 rooms, front desk or restaurant are generously distributed in a beautiful olive grove with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Nearby the restaurants there was a beautiful laid out pool.
The rooms are clean and lovingly decorated with typical ibizan accessoures furnished, every room has balcony or terrace.
In the hotel's own restaurant is breakfast, lunch and dinner serves, everything is with bookable.
The types of people are mixed: German, austrians, italians, dutch, french and spanish. The average age is the 40, there are many families with teenagers ... children there. read more

We have a dream of a week in the ' Olivenparkhotel '-) spent. We had a budget room booked, got a relatively massive room ( approximately 25 meters²) - who more often city breaks erates know what you normally expect-with large terrace. Extremely courteous, helpful, uncomplicated staff ( at least 3 languages, so all we are talking about-) great service, rich ( buffet-) breakfast, with 10 minutes before the end still be refilled was, completed for us perfect week of vacation from. Unnecessary to describe as clean and tidy the entire Areal was.
Dinner we were always outside ..., VA Baja Sardinia I can really recommend ( price-ratio is right there, in comparison to Porto Cervo)
Pool is nice, but we never used it, including, if the Costa Smeralda only half an hour away. It is also the only fault from the hotel - at the daily ( rental -) car drive one does not go past, it is a bit away from the shot.
2 things I encourage everyone to the no sardiniens visit:
1. Definitely on La Maddalena over

Our expectations were by far exceeded this hotel! It is a very special Address, if you are looking for peace and quiet and the island on own fist to explore would like (rental car must be). At the pool with a view of the mountains we were often quite alone or with only a few other guests. The food and the service in the restaurant was excellent! Every evening four course (with each course three dishes to choose from), we recommend to book half board, which was cheaper than on site (most guests only had breakfast and really are missing). ... And you will be more than enough! The breakfast is good, although not a huge selection, but everything you wished for in a holiday and it tasted good. Panoramic terrace restaurant with views of the pool and mountains, fantastic! Guests predominantly Italians, Austrians and Germans. read more

Very nice location, lovely laid out and the rooms are very tastefully equipped. The double room super small, the junior suite.
Unfortunately, there were little things prevent a great review.
Technical Defects: sticking Doors, sliding door to the bathroom/toilet could not be closed (after a complaint not repaired), all pool chairs broken in function. Contrary to the description there was no telephone/internet access in the room.
The food at the evening four course menu with a hammer!
The breakfast was ordinary, evenly Italian.

Recommendable hotel for people with tried. Not from middle October highly recommended, since ring up on two pizzerias everything is closed and you completely dependent on the hotel, if you don't want to eat only pizza. Excellent kitchen, great park, friendliness is a high priority. read more

We were completely satisfied. Only small problems were the hardness of the mattress (but that's a subjective decision always) and very clairaudient rooms. Due to the secluded location should be a car, so that you can travel around.

We had almost moved because of the bad assessment of the night Hundegebell's. luckily, we found no hotel the us assured and then the parco degli ulivi and we had ear plugs and clothes hangers in the luggage and we were on the worst prepared, and then we have the whole week (with ear plugs) slept maybe it was because of the sparkling wine or it depended on the location of the room we had 106 and we were satisfied. The rooms are small and very, very, very thin but the silence around the hotel of everything evens out.
We ... had half board booked and would book it again as all mentioned, very tasty. The staff was super nice at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant. Personally, I would like at the Two types of cheese and the breakfast could have been a bit softer mattress. We will definitely choose this hotel again. read more

Very nice and clean facility. Does not have a typical hotel character, but rather the atmosphere of vacation homes. The pool is very nice laid out and clean. There were always sufficient Beach chairs and Sonnenrschirme. However, as it was often very windy, the umbrellas could often not be opened.
(6 years) our daughter has, in spite of a lack of playmates very comfortable in this hotel.
Although the hotel was fully booked, I was personally by the pool a bit too remote and quiet.
The restaurant is a bit expensive, but highly recommendable with a breathtaking view.
Breakfast was ... adequate, but a couple of sorts of sausage and cheese places more wouldn't be bad former.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our Room, as well as the bathroom for three persons were really more than big enough and always very clean.
To Sardinia even I have to say, that it was simply too monotonous, since there is very little to see-except of course wonderful Beaches-, but in very August crowded. For beach lovers is Sardinia a paradise. read more

The hotel is in a very quiet location. It consists of many smaller buildings, so that you get in a small apartment building than in a 'room'. The buildings are located between many olive trees and each apartment has a private balcony or terrace. The restaurant has the four stars definitely deserves.
We did trips to capo d'orso, capo testa, costa paradiso and la maddalena. Everything could easily be reached. read more

Good, but it was more like a three star instead four stars Hotel in an idyllic location.
Current construction noise during the day unfortunately, since at the time of our stay a new villa built it was, unfortunately, also on saturdays and sundays.
the rooms were very clean, but very small and noisy. Minor maintenance such as broken soap dish in the bathroom, broken tv remote control and so on were not self-employed.
No safe in the room only at the front desk.
Internet (wireless) only sporadic available and even then only in front desk The area, not in the ... room.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Food very good, high quality, half board highly recommended, but you have to plan for the 2-2.5 hours at least 4-5 course menu and the restaurant in the evening only starting from 20:00 is o'clock open. If the worn-out and leaving denheit loves peace and quiet and not want to leave the hotel can be so quiet half board book. Food or half board Booking families with children not necessarily suitable as more simple Dishes (pasta, pizza and so on) not on the menu are to be found. If you fancy and qualitative food loves is however just right.

Much to recommend is the restaurant of the hotel. According to our opinion very much, very delicious meals. Directly at the pool with a great prospect in the village and in the midst of the granite rock. In front a glass sparkling wine on the house as well as a small greeting from the kitchen. The rooms are not very largely however all with terrace or balcony. Very cleanly, super service. A car is not recommended in any case, there the hotel 2 km von Arzachena far away lies for it hears one at night except crickets and Froschgequake to ... anything. read more

The hotel area was great located in a park with olive trees. There were always 4-6 rooms in a bungalow at two levels. Unfortunately the build was rather bad. The rooms are extremely clairaudient, you understands every word the neighbors (other background noise not to mention). Also because of the constant barking dogs in the neighborhood was to sleep without ear plugs unfortunately not to think.
We chose this hotel, because it is not suitable for children and have therefore also no children. A friendly Italian wedding there made us a line by the calculation and the the sound of ... children shrieking and yelling from the neighboring rooms not to relax.
the rooms are small and sparse equipped. There are no possibilities to file, no hangers, no safe, a large closet, but unfortunately no shelves (only with a bar and four small drawers). In the bathroom a bit better from, but no tissues (i would have expected for four stars). The bed was 1.60 m wide with only one mattress.
the rooms, the pool and the whole area were very well maintained and very clean. The service is very friendly, only sometimes a bit longer.
The restaurant is all the parameters and the aforementioned negatives more than made up for that. The breakfast buffet (until ten o'clock) was ok, the dinner was absolutely great! 4-course menu every evening and three options for each course with regional specialties. Unfortunately you could only at 20 o'clock food, so that you mostly only against 22:00 at the Dessert was. The service in the restaurant was great and the drinks had moderate prices (bottle of water three euros, bottle of wine from 15 euro). read more

And once again, we must say, that the reviews of the guests if you read-most discriminating apply:
I would therefore like to point out once again our experience and advice:
The result in front: recommended. A beautiful, quiet complex in a vast olive garden. The staff-without exception-is competent, friendly and always helpful. Half board select or à la carte in the restaurant food. The quality is the price completely in order.
The, what we also based on the reviews ... by other holidaycheck users, as expected, did we get.
Below a few details, for some guests may be important to know:
Kitchen/Restaurant:
The ' Cuoco ' in Germany its performance for most likely not far from award with a michelin star parking. You have come to us for a long time, in order to find a 'Italian' cooks, on this level
In the context of what we half board enjoyed, has been truly remarkable.
For those who prefer Italian cuisine in the form of pizza and pasta (only), it was wrong here.
We in any case, the guests regrets, if they were tired and hungry from the beach or from a trip-once again had to go pick and, in order to achieve is to find a restaurant for dinner, there were lots of them, but they only with a car and usually not cheaper with a similar level.
(There were guests, the purchase bringing a pizza from the place and then on the balcony.).
Rooms:
Small, but adequate. French bed, was only one continuous mattress. Little space for storage/closet in the room (bring your own ironing)
Rooms have no possibility, beach towels to dry outside on the terrace. It is, one of the chairs. Rooms have a balcony with a railing.
Rooms are very clairaudient and you live with its neighbors' tight ' or next door down together. Fear should not be there. Tip: windows, air conditioning, which worked excellent, and ear plugs in.
Restaurant/pool area and front desk/ lounge and bar are located in separate buildings. That is to say, that one with bad Weather should be able to.
Pool:
Big enough with a beautiful (almost) completely-view. three (or 4?) shower (only one with shower curtain!), two sinks (no mirror), two toilets (without key to lock) are below the restaurant.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach chairs are sufficiently, since most of the guests were on the road during the day. Umbrellas due to the sometimes strong winds are all in need of repair.
It is hoped probably, in the future guests with children raise, for only recently between the pool and the front desk building playground with different wood devices laid out by. The newly sown grass was offered during our stay from capo every day at least twice with much dedication.
The 'only' two kilometer walk to arzachena to walk is not, as it is on the edge of the narrow street-especially in the dark, due to the lack of street lighting, this is not advisable.
Each night change the dogs of the surrounding property-nice-active off! The Bellerei is sometimes caustic, but see above: ear plugs!

1 fl. Wine (large selection) from 14 €we only drank sardische dry wines and they were all very good (between 20-30 €)
1.50 euro espresso (however the addition charged, if it chooses' instead of ' dessert)
The Age of the guests at our travel time was very mixed, was approximately between 25 and 70, mainly couples, three families with two young children and two other children between eight and 12.
Another tip:
Car rental prices are very different. We have ultimately 20 €per day including all insurance (without excess!) for a small car (almost new, 5500 kilometer) paid. And the end June! Again and again once the flight on-line check. Ggfl cancel and re-book, it is worthwhile. We stayed on the way good hundred for ten days altogether €saved rental.
I hope, that these things are in this hotel for help. We enjoyed it very much and we would use it in the summer again and again select. read more
