The apartments are very spacious, clean and furnished nicely. What I personally was missing in the kitchen was an oven. Breakfast is sufficient and good and in the afternoon there are 2 different cakes and juices to self. What is very hard to get used to, the church bells above the apartments, the us already at o'clock vivacious have. read more

    Serving staff nice and friendly. Unfortunately there was at the reservation respectively at the prices a misunderstanding in my opinion, and as I the booking within 3 minutes undo wanted, it was the boss with the cancellation fee and all general conditions. Additionally where booking and prior exactly 1 day before was taking place. Can be everyone picture do not make themselves.

    The village Karl is more of a small village and you need definitely a car, apart from that you are already very the hotel bound respectively must cook for yourself. The next a larger town was oberpullendorf and in the meantime you can travel approximately 30 minutes. Entrance spot for bike excursions are directly at the apartment complex.

Every year I could vacation in the hotel present. My conclusion: for families but also for couples, the a relaxing and relaxing wellness vacation search, a wonderful place to fair price. Only drawback: a few kilos despite sport after the vacation more on the hips. The breakfast buffet is a crazy and I could unfortunately with the meals not resist :-) See you soon! read more

We were from the resort pleasantly surprised. Although it in a very small place is, is a a lot offered ( purchase, Reservations for dinner or excursion destinations etc.). It is a almost every wish was fulfilled. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very plentiful and delicious. In short: definitely recommendable! read more

If you have a negative in this resort there is with large probability someone you never quite make it can! From the first day to the last day of the short break only friendly faces of the whole staff( must great conditions are ) at the breakfast buffet 5 *, as well as the flummeries in the afternoon can several four star hotels a mega thick emulate, despite rainy day the children lots of fun there the pool heated was, will definitely go back there again! read more

Every need is after possibility met (cook came to the house and cook for you personally ), but also a butler is possible. Purchases become the team settled. We were for the second time for a extended weekend to guest and come happily time and time again ago. It everything is just right, the apartment ( Karl, the small) is pleasant large, with a private bedroom, good equipped kitchen ( is washed off the next morning by the maid!), you will enjoy a great breakfast on a beautiful sunny terrace, in the afternoons there are a snack with several cakes / cakes the choice and evenings you can even cook or (at least 1 time you should do so) with a 3-course menu ( order before!) privately bekochen-tasted ... excellent! If the weather is nice, is the large pool the centre of the complex, there is but also tennis places for free use, fitness room, ping Pong table and sauna - all inclusive. Whether you every day excursions or simply with the relaxed one's soul, in the hotel you can do both. read more

A truly nice apartment-complex - just perfect for families, the Burgenland want to visit and not length times width for the accommodation pay want. The quality of the breakfast and the cakes in the afternoon were perfect, the staff-including the chefs really friendly. Is in any case recommendable! Families with very young children should know, that the pool, the in the middle of the complex is, is freely available. It says so:be careful on the small! read more

Wonderful short break in a very informal surrounding area. In the apartments one just feels himself 'homey' everything very bright and friendly furnished. Very nice small sauna area with always enough existing sauna towels and comfortable ' Schaukelliegen ' for relaxing. Very pleasant the silent music. We have our stay in spite of the bad and cold weather very enjoyed and have already the next stay booked. read more

We have the apartment hotel ' vacation- Oase' purely by chance in the internet discovered, as we a few days tapetenwechsel and lots of other peace and a picturesque landscape for our short break were looking for. This and much more, we have then in Karl found. Our expectations were by far exceeded, especially the spacious apartment with a view of the pool was just lovely and the two women the service was exceptionally personable and accommodating. Our 1,5-year-old son could on the playground really romp and play. In short-we felt very comfortable there and will make surely soon ... again-but hopefully a few days longer-spend a relaxing weekend. read more

We were positively surprised from the whole area, it has everything worked out very well, everything very clean and new, pool very pleasant and maintained, however you need a car or a wheel, around things ( food and drinks, etc.) to buy! read more
