The Cleaner-staff understands itself partly almost no English let alone German. However they are quite friendly. The rooms were during our stay rather sporadic cleaned and the balcony not at all. Additional services were not at all to find.

Animation. Does not exist in the hotel. Internet: no idea. The TV a few good German programs ☺
