I don't know what other people always to moan have, the vacation was great, the people very friendly and the food very good. Our room was clean and cleaned daily. The way to the beach was on foot a bit far, but there are all 30. Minutes buses We would gladly anytime again as again. read more

I have every day counted. Until it has ended. The hotel is vormehmlich of English taken. This riot in unkontrolliertenm Alkoholrausch day and night by, is yes all inclusive, siege chanting the pool, they acted like a concert at Rammstein, pee public from the balcony ( seen on several occasions ). The security, the extra because of the British on the route, are helpless, the control must deliver, must be in a scale abuse and offend, I. We hardly had a night slept. It would be okay if this a hotel only for English' would be, not a thing, but ... opposite uS' normal-all inclusive holiday makers ', the vacation with relaxation assozieren, this is not acceptable. Each kindergarten is gold against this nation (in order to avoid any misunderstandings, I was even with a nice English together ) read more

This hotel is in our opinion not worth four stars. The food is bland and monotonous, table trash were missed painfully, was cleared away the used dishes only after we called them. The staff is rude and not helpful. The room were only moderately cleaned (Q-tip was four days at the same unit) and are not very large. The Hotelnalage was otherwise clean. The evening entertainment is also attractive. We would not recommend the hotel. read more

We were very satisfied. We knew, that nobody speaks German, english there are 80%, second week span. Retirees. Nevertheless: great. We are coming again. Also for disabled: everything there. Exemplary. read more

The first impression was not exhilarating, we had a room already used skilled were. Towels used, bed not made and the garbage of the previous guest was still there. After the complaint we got a tidy room was clean. The rooms are all in one direction, in other words the direction of the sea, that doesn't mean that you can see the sea. The corridors are very narrow. You can hardly go with his luggage through. The complex is spacious. The pool was big enough and there's an indoor swimming pool also. In benidorm outweigh English. 40 years the average ... age was about. read more

    the rooms are small but ok. The beds are twin beds put together and often slide apart. There is a bathtub with shower curtain to the. German television channel are international and mtv. There's a minibar but it is empty. Plenty of space for our own drinks. Air conditioning is wonderful! A Safety Deposit Box does not exist. The balcony is big enough, the view, however terrible. We stayed in two floor. The perfect view of the canopy of the cafes and all surrounding hotels.

    There is a pool bar the equipped is. The dining room left a lot to be desired. You must arrive at the right time in order not to have to wait for a table. The whole area had which from hotel cafeteria. It was just two tables which you through tiny window to the outside could see, and they were always occupied. The dishes were all on the English-oriented. So if you on beans with bacon and toast is is right at home here. I have only this week fries fed and fruit, as everything else was good. It was a genuine battle for toasts, because you bread and rolls could not eat. Those who do a good sausage and cheese are used to have here. Two different types of sausage, and looked so disgusting that I didn't dare. I thought the one with a salad buffet nothing wrong. I wrong! Inedible! The atmosphere is as already mentioned like in a cafeteria. There is a sign on which it stands, that you weren't in your swimwear, knitted vest and flip-flops for dinner will come from, but this does not appear in English. Drunk guests at the Dinners are also no rarity! (All-inclusive) Seven nights we were just two in the hotel food. Other than that, we are always went out to eat. We had to find something but between burger king, mcdonalds and subway findert you from time to time a trditionelles restaurant. And the it is worthwhile really!

    The friendliness of the staff was ok. They spoke only spanish and English. Without the Englischkentnnisse vacation there is a problem. Our room was very clean! Fresh towels every day and so on

    If you're not a morning to eight in the morning is to get a pool chair with towels to protect you bad luck had. By the pool it is rather loud. In england they didn't seem to take account of the views. There are not leisure offers sufficient. Archery, soccer and so on for the kids. There is also a disco, but only on saturdays. The beach is very crowded. Beach chairs you can rent for five €per day is quite ok. If not, you had to look for a place far away from the water, otherwise one towel is located on towel with other vacationers. The beach is kept clean. But blows a smell cloud over, not very pleasant.

    The hotel is located about 800 meters away from the beach. But there is a bus right on the beach. We ran each day, since the bus was mostly overcrowded. Because the Hotel at the slope was very strenuous. 800 meters uphill! The nearest airport is in alicante, what about 60 kilometers away. The hotel offers a variety of entertainment Possibilities. In the evening usually dance and magic show but only at 22:45 o'clock start. So if you before 23:00 o'clock you have to be prepared with loud music. Benidorm is very touristy but unfortunately only for the English. The Standpromenarde was very nice but very crowded. A hotel next to the other. On the postcard it looks a bit like new york, which I not when positive can. On the beach you feel like sardines in a can. Flights out of the ordinary there were enough. We are on the island of benidorm risks. It was very beautiful, quaint and quiet you will never find in benidorm.

After the we had complained and have turned our very nice and love Rep Anka, everything was good. We had the worst room for the money paid I have ever had. When we on our room could, the beds were not changed, when we asked, bed sheets were all in the laundry service, there were no more available. The bathroom was not clean, let alone the room. We were to three in a small room, so the size was like a single room. After two Tgen we had the muzzle and went with our concern to Anka. Anka regulated everything ... you the appraised it. We got a suite in the ten floor and the room was to minimum problem of the world and we happy. Everything was clean and tidy and there was enough space for three. Great. The food and beverage must say I really, not four stars rather than two stars. If you had fallen dishes, spoon or fork again on the way forward, the is a nogo.! The weather was beautiful. to minimum! ☹ read more
