Perfect for the quiet, relaxing vacation. The apartments are clean and tidy. Maria helps where and as you can.

The apartment consists of a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a corridor and a terrace.
The kitchen has two burners, a large fridge, a freezer compartment (which not freezes), a kettle, a coffee machine and everything you at table-ware and washing up liquid. Salt and pepper was all. Oil you have to buy. Dish cloths there is no.
Positive was:
The owners are very pleasant, helpful and speak really good German.
Clean and nice equipped apartment.
Great terrace.
-wonderful view of the sea
-fantastic beach ( almost only sand, clear water with lots of stones)
Lots of taverns.
Nice people. ...
Not so positive was:
Towels were only once in this 7 days changed.
-toilet paper was scarce. Have on request a role for (wasn't so pleasant for toilet paper to questions-)
For three persons is the apartment too small. The 3. Bed stands in the kitchen right next to the kitchenette. This is not just great. There is only one wardrobe in the bedroom.
-the fridge is way too loud, the person in the kitchen sleep has no peace whilst sleeping. We had to fridge off at night, otherwise it was not possible.
-the pan could not use, as everything was burned was.
There was no towel in the kitchen.
-the walk from the main street to the apartment is so unbelievably tiring. The road is so steep. On foot a catastrophe. By car but a bit of a challenge. You can only in the first course high drive. And don't stop otherwise you can not drive.
-without a car you are lost. Too far away from of the city ( about 2 kilometer, 30 minutes on foot) and the 'mountain' makes a ready.
-because we in September were, were all clubs to except only one. Great events and parties, there is only in June, July and August. In September was hardly anything going on and there is nothing more offered.
In short: to summarize a great vacation with only a couple small deductions.
Tips: a supermarket nearby was very expensive, it was cheaper in the Lidl, the is a bit further way.
Immediately rent a car, without a car a catastrophe. The apartment is not for three persons suited read more

Great beach, wonderful sunrise, view of the sea from the bed! With Maria you feel immediately welcome and the vacation is pure relaxation. Silence and crickets chirp. Of large hotels and noisy pool parties and to be self-catering, comes here fully at its expense. Smooth first we will be back next year there. Sure! read more

Due to the high ramp and distances to the resorts is almost a rental car is a must. One has the away 'managed' , relaxation in familial environment is guaranteed! Maria, the hostess, and her husband are almost round to the hours, but it felt the same, if you would like to have. Perfect for those, which shifts in brisk hotels are an abomination. A self-designed breakfast at this magnificent view is priceless! read more

We have been as a couple completely happy! Maria, the owner and "Allrounderin" speaks perfect German. Questions or requests were answered promptly, or met. We stayed in one of the newly renovated apartments. The bathroom was really large enough, no comparison to otherwise so met made. The bedroom is very nicely decorated, with tv & air con. The patio door, as well as the kitchen window have There were fly screens! This apartment has two "terraces". If you like walking, should really be fit as the "ascent" ( way to demand Peristerides) a lot! Great holiday! read more

I would recommend the self-catering apartments "Peristeridis" everyone who is looking for a nice and friendly place to relax. The apartments are located on a hill with a fantastic view from every terrace or balcony. All apartments were recently renovated and have everything a couple or small family needs to enjoy its stay. The small complex is nicely designed and well-maintained. But what I would really want to emphasise is friendliness of the hosts. From the first moment you feel honestly welcomed and the service is perfect. read more

From the Appartmentanalge you had a fantastic view of the sea and in the east the 2 Finger Chalkidikis: Sithonia. Each apartment features a we met were very nice and balconies or terraces. Guests choose between themselves, there is no bar or restaurant. There are shopping opportunities in the not weitgelegenen Participates Lidl and other supermarkets servicing markets with fresh fruit, vegetables and Meeresfruechten from the region. Afitos is a nahegelegens village with old city center, great view and lots of little shops, cafes and restaurants. A rental car is definitely recommended, relatively steep climb from the street and long. ... Nearby there are many schone beaches, and the with umbrellas and bars. The atmosphere in the hotel is very family friendly and friendly. There is no pool. Visitors could prepare a relaxing, quiet holiday. Highly recommended for couples. Organized excursions are bookable. read more
