Quite OK. There was everything available. The bathrooms are well equipped. Bathrobes, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, Körperlotion, ..... It is very clean in the rooms and bathrooms.

The a la carte restaurant sunset is great - the food is out of this world. Not cheap - but worth every penny. The breakfast is quite large and the products are all fresh. But it is not in a 5 star hotel is fine for morning coffee at the machines. Something the hotel alter.

The staff was very friendly. Foreign language skills ok. The room cleaning was very thorough. But fits linking the individual departments at all.

The spa is super nice - but guests can be charged 15 € for the saunas. I hadn't experienced before. A bit better daily charge increase the saunas and free. The spa treatments were great. The masseurs and cosmeticians very competent. The pool area is very nice with great comfortable lounge chairs and a dream view. The workout room is great. Unfortunately were every year, the open-air poolside bar, the Freipool" and the "lawn did not work.

The inside of the hotel is pretty nice - but 5 * see a little different.

The location is ideal. Stunning location at the edge of the sea. The sea directly in front of the hotel entrance. 15 minutes walk to the shopping ok. For excursions were very good.

Rather small rooms. Toilet and bathroom weren't divided. The bed had good mattresses and each room has the added bonus of air conditioning to tax. Internet access and TV with some international channels available. Balcony small, was not very clean but with great view of the ocean. The furniture is worn-out but functional. It could have been cleaner. Bathrobes (extremely fluffy) are in the room

The dining room was clean but the food is Ho hum. Durchschnittsbuffet with medium quality. Definitely not a 5 star food and mostly only lukewarm. But it's easy to get full anyway. The salad buffet to the cakes and fruit.

Friendly but a bit slow. You will have to wait until you food does get your drink or plates ex-served.

No entertainment, no disco, no childrens club. It is complete peace and tranquility. So for me all suns. For those who love action was nothing for people looking for. Ball games, dogs, music, etc on the beach are not allowed. Cafes nearby. The beach is very clean and well kept. Pool chairs, umbrellas and Beach towels available. A fresh-water on the beach.

Large hotel with 11 floors. Lobby very nice and clean. Great new roof terrace with sea view. We had booked a normal double room. The hotel room was not too big, toilet and bathroom weren't divided. The balcony is not large but due to the design (built into the rock) are all rooms had ocean view. The cleanliness of the room at first glance, is available, on the second look ok. Could be a bit better. In the bathroom was the crown molding, they but immediately addressed to announce at the front desk. We had booked half-board. Unfortunately, not even the coffee served to the breakfast table. The evening buffet was for my liking maximum 3 stars. Much pasta, gnocchi with cream and quick "full-maker" as Majonaisesalat. Also meat with Souce and fish were available, but sadly only seldom warm. The service staff was very friendly, but unfortunately not very attentive. All in all we were got full every night of five star hotels but we are a other type of cuisine. (Not cookie-cutter carelessly prepared food) The dining room is very large and very high with for us, despite Dekorationsbemühungen, rather the flair of a Auffanghalle. However we had a Fenstertisch and the view of the sun set across Rome's and the sea is compensated. Mainly German-speaking and Italian guests. The hotel has a large beach section (only by a small pedestrian area separated from the hotel) with enough pool chairs and towels and umbrellas. Two sunbathing areas are also available. The beach is clean and easy to get into the sea. (Which in Slovenia yes isn't the case everywhere. ) The in-house "pool" is a success. Not very large seawater but with good factor. Also the sauna area is very nice but you have to pay 15 € in an hour!!!! want to use the sauna area. Otherwise, you can get, I think the bathing area of the hotel and the villas Historion park for free use. bikes rental is nearby and reassonably priced ok. 1 hour. 4€ per. P.. Bikes are highly recommended if you do not like to walk. The hotel is 25-30 minutes walk from the center of Piran Portorse and a bit away. In the immediate vicinity there is the hotels restaurants include and also a good deal. If you want to dinner in one of the restaurants from you buffet Logoff and got a rain checks for the restaurants. The age of the hotel looks you especially in the rooms and the food could be improved. We had luck that no seminars etc. were and could enjoy the quietness of this hotel. The ideal if you like quiet. Small restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. Piran and Portoroze are within walking distance, with the bike or bus.

Room with sea view and on opposite Croatian coastline. Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink and hair dryer. Air conditioning, minibar, safe, flat-screen TV. We had the first 2 days 6 German-language TV programs (ORF 2 , ZDF, 3Sat, RTL, Sat1, PRO 7 ). Then more ORF 2 , PRO 7 , and 3Sat. The failure of other channels told us with the bad weather. These three programs (ORF 2 was case-by-case basis bothered us on anyway) were too small.

Half-board buffet. There is also a "A la carte" restaurant. Café on the 11th floor with terrace, further beach front café, this was mostly closed due to the weather. Breakfast buffet - large selection, everything in self service (also coffee or tea) dinner - satisfactory selection (fish, meat, vegetables), as it is usually at buffets are they often didn't hot anymore. Hotel is right on the concreted beach. Portoroz and Piran in adjacency (max. Half an hour walk. Lovely walks always in direct proximity to the sea.

The rooms are small indeed. For families, to book two rooms as a family room. The rooms have connecting doors. For two persons but is the size was enough. TV, pay TV, internet access, minibar, safe, telephone, balcony are everything there. The condition of the room was good.

There is an à la carte restaurant with magnificent sea as well as another as Multifunktionsrestaurant used. It's also breakfast. In the high season could seating around the buffet, that for a tourist-hotel is. The breakfast offered is good and has everything you could want. hygienic faultless. The atmosphere is below the morning rush already time leiden. So we also the half board and went down to Piran (free shuttle from hotel) food. us was the restaurant just too crowded. Lunch was near the beach a lunch are offered: 18 euros. But the price is ok, since the dishes were freshly prepared and delicious.

In short: It is a good to very good service. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Also speaks almost everyone spoke a bit of German. English, of course. Everything we wanted was done/or organized. Great. The room cleaning was a bit superficial, but adequate. Bed sheets are not changed daily, towels. The hotel also offers a laundry service, which in my view is overpriced. No child care found in the strict sense. Babysitting services are available and cost around 10 - EURO / hour. Also in this category for me one of the wellness offer. The is phenomenal. The spa is not hesitate to the best we have ever seen. The ambience is on pleasing top-level and must not hide suppliers. The staff members (mainly Asian girls on our) are top-trained. Here is world class quality level. The hotel also offers its own stretch of beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels by the extremely friendly and helpful staff on request available. There are also lifeguard on duty, the relentless control. The rooms are relatively small but very clean, and well equipped and tastefully furnished, air-conditioner available, TV worked, the balcony was great (sea view, sonnenseitig and well insulated), minibar, safe and telephone naturally present. Super large and comfortable beds.

The Grand restaurant only once we have visited the breakfast buffet. The buffet was set out appealingly, the food and drinks were standard of a 5 star hotel. Sunday you could maybe a more thought: Maybe a little salmon and a glass of Prosecco - doesn't have to be champagne. The hotel bar is attractively furnished - also the bartender was very Corporate Headquarters - and an extremely nice, English musician at heart played Kuscheljazz from the finest

Beyond the 50 and not particularly sporty - that is true for us. But we had the impression that young people feel very welcome - the beach was right out the door, clean water, showers were also available, the pool bar was not open yet - here you could be a little more flexible. Kids had obviously having a great time as well. We mostly ate in the great indoor pool on the 9th. Floor with adjoining spa area - really exceptionally well appointed, with views of the sea, comfortable relax - missed we went to the beach.

5 Star hotel with about 200 rooms, 11 floors, interesting architecture, very clean, arrangements with breakfast or half pension possible, mostly Austrian, German as well as Slovenian guests

Right on the beach, only a few minutes to Piran or also Portoroz City, quiet residential area. Piran is with its small fish restaurants, right on the beach was idyllic located a worthy destination.
