The condition and the cleanliness in the hotel is the fullest satisfaction! Especially for the price egyptian conditions! Wi-fi: Is in the lobby, as well as the pool bar and Sissi bar (shisha/coffee/dte/cake bar) free of charge! If you want a good location at the (nearby the lobby) you could also wi-fi. We had the block 10 In at the front desk a login to be fetched. This shall apply 5 days per device (it can arbitrarily many in/out privileges) Only drawback: you can tell quite strong, when the wifi overloaded. (evening) Guest structure: The majority of of the guests ... is german Nations: Germans, austrians, dutch, a few russians. Average age: During our travels: 30-70 years.     Size of the rooms absolutely sufficient Tubes tv Large closet Lots of storage space Minibar (inclusive) Air conditioning Very nice balcony! Drawback! As good as no light. Sleep = housing is only by 2 lamps on the bed, as well as 2 floor lamps lit. (no overhead light!). Outlets at the handful. In the living room, as well as a total of only 4 pieces-just this where the lamps are contaminated. (lots of fun where the handyaufladen in the dark) In the bathroom no socket found. (only 1 outlet for shavers. A star reduction.

    In the hotel there was a main restaurant and three nebenrestaurants. The hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant was very satisfactory! The main restaurant is open daily in the evening over another issue (for example Paris, Arabia...) Depending on make the meals. The atmosphere in the nebenrestaurants is particularly exclusive.

    Friendliness: The staff's hospitality is breathtaking. Thinks you nothing if someone by origin, name, occupation and family ask. Egyptians are very interested in other cultures. Foreign language skills: As good as all of the staff speaks german (although sometimes very broken and with english mixed) Room cleaning: Rooms were always clean and to fullest satisfaction was cleaned. From testgründen unterließen we are the first 2-3 days a tip to leave. One noticed strong, that the decoration wasn't there anymore. Nevertheless, our room boy in the port good tip. Avoid if possible the tip box in the lobby to use and übergebt tip personally. Box see (for example boy) not, whether their tip leaves or not. The towels were replenished daily. (even if you used again in the holder fitted) Amenities: Hotel-owned doctor (was however not taken into account) Hotel pharmacy! (here there are even viagria * gg*) Care of children by the Mungo Club. Dealing with complaints: Once flooded our bathroom (channel somewhat clogged) a call to the front desk and immediately a responsible and took care of the problem. Egypt tries the best from to make, however, some things/problems because of the local conditions simply not perfect traded.

    Distance to the beach: Is in 2 minutes walking distance. The jetty which to the nearby reef leads, you need about 7 minutes Drawback: Airport shuttle about 1:15 a. m.-the drive is however in a flash, since one interesting sightings in desert etc. Make can.     The rooms are nicely furnished with cabinet, bed, refrigerator, air conditioning, tea and coffee maker in the tv is an older model (but who wants to watch tv on vacation) the bathroom was huge with a walk-in shower and large sink.

    The employees in the hotel are all friendly and helpful. German skills were good. The rooms are cleaned daily and you will be rewarded with fresh towels supplies, as well as the fridge refilled. Only drawback during of the vacation the main restaurant was as you had the feeling the the waiters very on tips specifically service exercise.

    The hotel is very extensive in the middle of nowhere in a quiet bay built. The for swimming in the sea invites. For snorkelling the jetty directly to the nearby reef leads where you great insights into the underwater world experience. Outside the hotel is only desert and sand. You believe in a oasis. In the hotel there were several shopping possibilities, as well as a pharmacy and a doctor for all cases. From the airport it is approximately 75 minutes away by bus.

The club is large, but very easy going. Nice architecture, great well-kept garden. Rooms are large, well maintained, nicely furnished and very clean. The food is sensational and alone a reason, here to travel. Huge choice, very fresh, nice atmosphere and excellent service. Every day different theme, even after two weeks it didn't get boring. Guests almost exclusively from Germany/Austria. Many families, very pleasant clientele. No 'chavs', nobody besäuft itself, it was really very relaxed. read more

    More not! Am never treated so friendly and accomodating as in this holiday. All employees very friendly and tried, the guests make the vacation as pleasant as possible. Also special requests were fulfilled quickly. Room cleaning was great. All of the employees speak or understand german. We had no complaints!

    Large and good sports: we have mountain biking, surfing, Zumba, pilates and water aerobics -everything was very good. Entertainment team was very engaged and funny without being pushy. Very naturally and relaxed. Good deals, in which one to participate can-but not. In the evening nice shows or live music. Swimming pools and beach very clean and well-tended. Also toilets immaculate. Especially highlighted is the fantastic childcare in the kids club. So nicely and engaged is the nursery at home not. Especially Tamara was the favorite of all children, my two wanted not at all longer away! Nice deals, great disco and much cordial-what more could you for the small do not want ☺

    Beach directly at the club, well maintained. Distance to the airport Hurghada one and a half hour. Club is very lonely, no place in the vicinity. Is however not a problem, because in the club a lot of variation and offers (also for excursions).

Our 2. visit to perhaps the best hotel, in which we so far were. Particularly the service and the diversity and quality of the food and drinks are to be highlighted. After complaint a quick bite in our first room has us equal to the change in a suite, which the vacation again improved. There was the value for money to our horrible conditon at very good. In january/february were about 350 guests, that means, one extent of utilization of about 30% and face the realities in Egypt satisfactory are charged. Healthy mix of guests, of course, german is excellent, but there were also other nationalities. And no much unpleasantly up. Next to the seasonal üblichenen volume of retirees but also surprisingly many young couples and parents with small children. read more

    Our room in the block 14 in the 1st floor with a view of the pond and diagonal sea view was sufficiently large. Bathroom and toilet super. The mini bar was refilled daily, also with beer.

    An oasis in the desert, about 100 kilometers away from Hurghada. It creates the bus in a good rate, so bearable. And there is nothing else! But, a lagoon to swim and a really great house reef. And a desert landscape, which one particularly in the nordic walking even better get to know.

The hotel was in a beautiful garden large area spread out, so it is not at all on, it many rooms (a little more than 500?) Returns. The buildings were 2-storied. In the public areas it is as exemplary clean as well as in the rooms. The furnishing is everywhere attractive, well-kept and high quality. We are here in the south and the sun sets time of color to, as well as the salt water, so it could be, that a little paint has peeled off, is for me but no fault! On the 'public' toilets it was clean and ... it was always paper available. There families, couples, older and younger singles. At our time gave it many germans, some austrians, swiss and very little russian. Small drawback: the in the hotel interacts shops overcharges, they also have the monopoly, because a place is not. The prices in the pharmacy was ok. The garden is wonderful arranged, everywhere glorious blooming shrubs. read more

    In the main restaurant there was the 3 main meals in buffet form. There is plenty of choice, many live cooking stations, daily another evening motto (fish, asian, mediterranean, mexican...) Changed daily and after 14 days again from the beginning, so you can always change. Besides there is of course always additionally 'normal' food. In the morning if you select between muesli, rolls, breads, eggs in any form, waremn dishes, yogurt, sausage, cheese, sweet, cakes... The dishes are very good quality, thus, whoever found nothing here or complained here, the is not to help! Very good i find, that the meals are, what it is and what it included everything is included. There is also always a magig -light-counter for the figurbewussten. The restaurant is clean, which falls down, is eliminated. The beverages (also cocktails) are good quality. The specialty restaurants we didn't use. In the afternoon, there was a rich selection of pastries in the Café Sissi in the garden. At the beach there is a bar with fixed service and a wide selection of drinks.

    Reception, waiters, cleaning staff, bartenders, all are around the hour friendly and speak every year more german. We wanted another blanket, on the same day we had. Waiters questions of their own, whether one still coffee, wine, etc. After get me, you don't the feeling, that you to beg. Every gardener greeted, the entertainment is unobtrusive, everything could, nothing must. The kids club was lovingly german speaking care, there is every day various highlights in 3 ages, evening cinema and for who wants it, can its children with the mungoclub for dinner chic. The staff for complaints (if there is something to criticize is) willing to listen, and quickly help.

    The club is located directly at the beach. The beach is great. It is a small lagoon, the on the right side always enough water for swimming, canoeing, surfing, etc.. And further to the right and to the tideland, interesting for children and it is never a wave of, again ideal for children. A long jetty leads for the divers and snorkelers to the open sea. The underwater world was very well maintained, as this hotel is relatively new and completely alone is, so are corals and so on. All unaffected. On the other side of the hotel closes the desert on. Otherwise there is nothing, only desert and sea. The next place safage is about 30 kilometers away. Airport about 90 kilometer all you know, if you look at the description of the first read.

We occupied a family room that had a separate bedroom with terrace, a normal well furnished bathroom with shower (not bath!), small fridge and a livingspace where the 2 one personsbed are for the children. Cleanliness to perfection, in and out the room, always surprising with some artworks made of towels and flowers. If something was not clean is because the guests themselfs made it dirty and no one had yet the time to clean it up. Garden always being underheld. Guest are mostly german but also many belgian ... and dutch people. Wide age range: families with small children or older couples to age of 60+.     big family room !! wel furnished, enough space, small fridge with water and soda's stocked at arrival. The mattresses were heaven, better than home. daily cleaning perfect and always surprising. You have garden in the front and back of your room and they are constantly busy in them. No coffee machine and tv unfornutely only sends 1 english channel, the others are german or arabian. but I didn't spend loads of time on my room anyway so it really didn't bother.

    I don't like spicy food and this is very present at the main magico restaurant (buffet). There are 3 a la carte restaurants but to be honest, the offering at the main one was so good and plenty we hadn't the need to try these other restaurants. At the magico you have a wide choice of dishes many of them cooked in front of you. At noon fresh fruit salad being prepared in your presence, at night special deserts. Every night different theme the most special evening being the Egyptian night (spicy is here the keyword). During the day 2 cooks available for snacks (toasts), midnight snack at Magico also. In the afternoon a pastry cafe (sissy) open with selection of cakes, cookies and coffee/the selection. You can't feel hungry during your stay, it's just impossible to not find something. but it is impossible to start dieting, it's just not the right place to start couting calories :)

    The staff is very friendly, most of them very warm personalities and playfull to children. At the relaxationpool there is always a busboy bringing up drinks, at the restaurant enough busboys to clean up dirty dishes or to make sure you have enough drinks. Some of them very funny others a little more serious but they are all of them friendly. The spoken language is mostly german but most of them speak decent English. They jump for you if you give them a small extra (euro coins no problem at all) There is a doctor stationed daily at the hotel and there is also a farmacy open till 22pm daily. Free Wifi available in the neighbourhood of the main buildings but not in the rooms. You have to ask at the reception for a login (per appliance, you can't use same ID for Iphone And Ipad).

    nordic walking, surf, zumba lessons, tennis lessons in degrees, ... a very wide offering. You can take part of everything but they don't force you into nothing. They make a general annoucement through Magic Radio (at the activity there is always music playing quite nice playlists) and if you want to participate you gather at the pool bar but that's it. They don't bug you at your poolchair. Children activities al day long even archery, darts poolgames. again everything can but nothing has to be done. Loads of sunbeds and sunshading (no parasols but fasten screens) reservation of seating exists but given the numbers available there is always a spot free. pool surroundings perfect maintained. night entertainment at the lounge bar (live music), at the amphiteater (shows) and there is also open cinema and later in the night disco. if it's too windy blanckets are provided. Mini disco every evening even at sundays (the day off for the entertainment team)

    location: the complex is completely isolated, there is just nothing around except for loads of sand. This is perfect for someone who wants to have a peacefull vacantion and less perfect if you like to wander around. there are some shops inside the hotel though. The transfertrip from Hurghada to Kalawy is an hour travel. The hotel has his own private beach, 4 huge pools 3 of them very close to each other and a 4th one completely separate with 3 waterslides. 2 of the main pools (the relaxation and one of the 2 activity pools are heated) We have not informed after excursions but you can go for horse riding or camel riding on the late afternoon; quad and snorkling is also possible. Beauty arrangements and massages also available, all these not included but at acceptable rates.

Very recommendable for families. Great child care, varied and competent. Used to the arrival, circa 1 car-hour south of Hurghada. The club offers comprehensive and great urlaubsservice, is idullisch and alone in a bay. For shopping, the city you have to drive to safaga, about 30 minutes, or Hurghada, about 60 minutes, to drive. Strife in Egypt you can feel absolutely nothing. Excursions in the area, for example to luxur, but they can safely with the tour operator be done, staff on security you often. Tourists should the country but at the moment rather avoid. read more

Very nice, clean, well-maintained hotel in the middle of the desert. Were 2010 already there once and it was now 3 years later with our 1-year old daughter really great.     The rooms are big enough. Had a normal double room with a crib in it and that was good. There were even slippers and bathrobes. Everything was always clean and we had almost every day a from towels shaped figure on the bed.

    The food was really brilliant. There was beef fillet, Hummer, lobster in addition to all the other delicious dishes. Everything was always freshly prepared. Whoever complained should the vacation daheimbleiben. Also for breakfast super selection, would still only sparkling wine and salmon are missing. The downside is that you often had to wait a long time until a the coffee brought to you. Before 3 years was always a full pot of on the table, i personally thought it was better. The atmosphere the dinner was in the main restaurant always comfortable, according to the motto accordingly set and on every table a night lights. There is also enough child highchairs. For lunch we were mostly in the restaurant to eat, the selection was enough and it is not so much with the table-ware rattled as in the main restaurant. Moreover, there were the waiters in the beach restaurant much more courteous and friendlier than in the main restaurant.

    It is really friendly, from the gardeners to the cleaning staff. We had for our daughter a baby kit, suitable in the room with potty, bath and changing pad, that was really handy. The staff can a few words german, but mostly english spoken. The service at the beach was really great, one got the beverages to the beach chairs. In of the lobby unfortunately, you were, although few people there were often ignored and had to the waiters address what to order, this was not good. We sometimes for a glass sparkling wine as aperitif before dinner 15 minutes to wait, although the bar was empty. The could really improve.

    The children's swimming pool was very clean and nice and warm for our little daughter. Also here you were with drinks service, really great. You also have to say that the toilets, no matter wether in the hotel, pool or beach very clean were, you must really be praised. Also the shows in the evening were great, the live music needs little work if grad mood on the dance floor is, no atmosphere killer to play, so that the dance floor it is empty. What really annoyed us were the guys from the spa. You will be already on the 1st day besieged and every day several times bedränt something to book. You should really change. If you want to have a spa holiday, itself informed. The same goes for the horseriding, so obtrusive and partially impudent on vacation. This does not really to TUI-standard.

    One ferry about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle drove always really 80, so that it was pleasant, we have that already differently experienced. The hotel is alone in the bay, if you want to go shopping, is wrong here. We have known and therefore consciously for this hotel decided, just relax and let yourself be pampered. Which can be annoying were the many truck the hopping passing, that is somewhat a pity.

All in all a wonderful place to spend your vacation, nice to relax and to forget about everyday life, if one action wants you get the, but even if you want their peace and quiet, who your peace wants, should to the pool the slidersbar go, was off vacation time and there it was heavenly quiet. Which i can also recommend is the 'small and fine' -trip to Luxor, strenuous but is worthwhile in any case! Unfortunately from the employees the wellness temple bad german, but also it is worth it to see, hammam wonderful and you feel so clean! ... Can only be recommended! Hotel everything was great - nothing to fault. Everything really clean. Staff could well english, partly also german. With uncertainty because of problems with being understood was immediately again fixed. Pick up from the airport ran also fine. Got a chilled water and an air-conditioned bus. We could however with the driver during and return bad communicate. Room were daily for lunch on high polish polished. All are equipped with a terrace/balcony, satellite tv, air conditioning, telephone, mini bar but unfortunately is missing a kettle for early risers with tea and coffee.     Great location with a nice lagoon and away from mass tourism. El Quseir and port safaga are about 30 kilometers away, a shuttle bus turns daily from the hotel from. Excursions to Luxor there were 2 times a week and in the hotel there was a small shopping street including pharmacy.

The most beautiful vacation our life. Amazing landscape, in the middle of in the desert. In the perimeter of 30 kilometer only egyptian alps with up to 2000 meters height. The club is ultra clean, the staff are super friendly. Huge, large area, with a great landscaped gardens. The food in the main restaurant is indescribable. Hummer, crabs, shrimps, filet steak, vegetables and poultry in all variants, camel, duck, lamb. Everything always freshly prepared. You can actually not describe, just amazing! The rooms are very spacious, the beds are every day with fresh flowers decorated, large bathroom with various amenities. ... Kettle with 5 different types of tea, begrüßungssüßigkeiten, in 3 weeks 2 times fruit basket with a small bottle of red wine. The animation was a bit small, but understandable, since currently only 350 guests were there. The club 1400 guests catch. The climate was very pleasant. On day average 25 degrees, in the evening about 10 degrees. For the, the no clubtrubel need is the best time to travel. We are regular customers and again next year for 3 weeks go there. *****great club! read more
