Very centrally located town hotel right on the sky tower. Is located directly on the road and through the old and a bit leaky window it is quite loud. The hotel is a bit shabby and the rooms they show it. There is a kitchenette but also mold in the bathroom. read more

Centrally located and good after the trip there from Europa. We had a studio, which was not quite the standards, since we the plates of the dinner and breakfast on the floor had to, since no table was available. Otherwise but after a long flight and to collect the first impressions absolutely okay. read more

After my arrival in Auckland I before the beginning my new Zealand tour for one night stayed in this hotel. Was accommodated in one spacious Studio with kitchenette and great views of the tower on the ninth floor. The hotel itself is already getting a bit old. The service was however surprisingly modern, only the grey curtains (originally white) could have been longer time be washed must. The windows are good isolation, you heard hardly anything from the traffic movement of main street. The bed was comfortable. The majority of of the guests dates from the Asian area. Unbeatable is ... the location of the hotel, within walking distance of some attractions are like the skytower or the queenstreet to reach, other Objectives can be easily with the public transport links will started. In Erdgeschossbereich of the hotel is a supermarket, also nearby there are various options for shopping and restaurants. The staff at reception is very helpful and open for questions. A older couple over the room and facilities complained, I had at least the impression, that you attempted, a solution to find. Altogether considered the hotel is surely no highlight, for one night in Auckland but more than adequate. read more

For a short trip in Auckland ideally located. It is a pity that there is no breakfast gives. The hotel is good the Airbus from the airport to reach. It is the drivers only on time say, then it is also a on nearest stop off. From the hotel you can quickly port walk. read more

Central Hotel is located in immediate proximity to the skytower in Auckland. All sights reachable on foot. Large, but no atmosphere equipped rooms. Despite traffic richer location of the hotel on a major thoroughfare, quiet room. read more

    We were upgraded to a suite. So we had a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. From the size it was quite good, but a bit old. It wasn't really a room in which you want to spend the whole day. So it was ok to sleep in for a night. A drawback was that there was no safe!

    We had breakfast there. Was ok. American/continental breakfast. Has a bit of a cafeteria. But the chef for me a scrambled eggs. It is a plus for the chef.

    The location is probably the best part of the hotel. It is right in town opposite the Tower. There is also a parking garage, but parking is very tight and which is not so large.

The hotel was a little older and looks worn. But the excellent location makes up for the. All attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are quite large with kitchenette and large bathroom but noisy. We had a room on the 12th floor, which is important because of the otherwise not to ertragenden noise, but still noisy. Bad were the mattresses that are not worn out but way too soft. The breakfast is poor in a room with atmosphere of a cafeteria. Tip for the transfer to and from the airport a cheap taxi, 35 Neuseelanddollars, about 18 euro did ... as much as a standard taxi. Also at the harbor cruise on a budget. There are 3 suppliers for the same performance at $18 difference. read more

    The rooms are ok. Iron and ironing board are available, as well as a television. The kitchenette is the needed crockery and cutlery, also a can opener, a microwave, a fridge. The dishes were not really clean. The curtains are dirty. The doors are not completely, as they are too short. There's always a slot of some 3-4 cm under door. And not just to the bathroom, but also to the hallway. In addition to this, the bathroom had been cleaned properly.

    The friendliness left a lot to be desired. When we checked in we wanted our store my bags, as the rooms only from 14 p.m. Ev. Here several times we had to ask to the door to the luggage room receptive to get. The room cleaning was ok, but not very well. Otherwise, there was no hassle vacation.

    The hotel is right in the town. The Sky Tower is almost around the corner. Everything is within walking distance. Located diagonally across a bungee-station. The transfer to/from the airport is via the city-airport-bus. This isn't far from the hotel. The location is a major drawback the noise. Every night makes street noise and the cries from the bungee jumping until about 2 :00AM.
