in conclusion our honeymoon we are in this hotel landed. Having regard to one real Caribbean cruise we were a little disappointing. The hotel was quite good. The location is very good the beach was clean. All leisure Such as for example Jet ski, surfing, kayak and so on it was only for a fee. We had all inclusive booked, but not a lot of them. You could always only in 3 restaurants food. One was a Thai, but could be used only once. In the other two there except burger and fries not more to offer. The breakfast was ... a joke. A casino is around the corner. You can go shopping opposite from the hotel. On every third stall it is the same. All together it was just OK. We did however better presented and would not necessarily recommend. read hotel review

Hotel in general condition in order, only small faults in the amenities such as for example Safety deposit box, no possibilities to put in the bathroom. the distance from the beach is ideal, but the immediate Built environment for tourism, and the prices the high. on the whole it is a beautiful hotel, which for a short beach holiday recommendable is. read hotel review

We have stayed more often on Grand Bahama, it was always nice, but this time, we were very disappointed. The staff are not very friendly. Complimentary facilities will be not at all instead. The breakfast buffet is a disasterin the all inclusive offer only certain items and restaurants offered. At the beach and pool there were no sun screens. The whole hotel has absolutely no beautiful atmosphere or personality! read hotel review

the hotel is pure rip-off! We have over the Internet a trip with the boat of Fort Lauderdale on the Bahamas with the accommodation in a hotel with half board booked. In the hotel you have told us, that we do not half board booked. At first we thought, that it really our mistake when booking, and wanted half board or at least the breakfast book, but was not possible. So we ate out. Furthermore, we have a German couple met, the same problem as we had and told us, that other guests the same thing has happened. We went ... to the manager of this hotel, as well as most of the staff very unfriendly and prissy and not seen. They wanted to give us no confirmation, that we do not half board in the hotel got. As our mobile phones on Bahamas no net had, we were on it dependant, that the hotel company, over which we booked the journey, even ringing, but the company apparently nobody distance. It could be, that the company and the hotel common games. Maybe therefore we could do nothing. So, choose the best other hotel, if you want a hassle free vacation to stay! read hotel review
