Very clean, very well-kept. Great the sauna or the towel heating in the bathroom. Generously cut room and balcony with schlern view. The location a big plus. Centrally located, but nevertheless peacefully located. Shops for all holiday essentials in a few minutes easily reachable on foot. Largest plus the hosts! Very friendly, very anxious about helpful tips, the our vacation a real dream vacation have. Only small deficiency the furnishings, if you more than two burners could cook want. A pair of scissors for example would have also been pleased. There was but for instance an espresso-making facilities. And perhaps: ... a bit of noise in the late evening from the pub across the street. And early in the morning more frequently times by truck. But really only marginal disturbing, although we are very sensitive! read more

    Great! Clean and decorated up to date. Lots of wood creates a cosy local impression, as one in South Tyrol wishes. Heating functioned also in september already on rainy days. Large closets. Enough crockery. Bathtub. Towel heating in the bathroom. Spacious apartment with a big balcony and, schlern view. Only small deficiency : the furnishings, if you more than two burners could cook want. A pair of scissors for example would have also been pleased. There was but for instance an espresso-making facilities.

    The restaurants there are all ok. Everywhere are local deals-even not so overpriced, as many well-known before warned. Still better restaurants we did outside-the ' trotzstube' and the 'gasthaus am schlern'.

    Better it could not-from the first request until the departure! Host, the with a lot of love and passion for their region and their guests, hard, to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Many great excursion and restaurant tips. Individually decorated to their guests coordinated. Friendly and interested, without being intrusive. Even headlamps are for example the rental had been offered, if we in the evening to a restaurant in the neighboring town would have to go to want, to the way on footh is not lit. A bulletin board with daily updated information on weather and events. Just perfect! So we have never seen that!

    Shopping possibilities: very good in town (see above). Internet access also available. To that a nice terrace with schlern view and lounge chairs, a lounge with books and magazines. A highlight: the small sauna and steam room. But apart from that of course in such a small, informally run house no large leisure activities. Rather an oasis to withdraw. But the highlight-the Seiser Alm - rose yes convenient right on the doorstep (see above).

    Centrally located, but nevertheless peacefully located. Two bakery, butcher with many regional products (for example also cheese), newsstand, supermarket and restaurants in a few minutes easily reachable on foot. Exactly like the cable car to the seiser -Alpine - about ten minutes walk. A better location for a one time vacation the seiser -Alpine is hardly possible. These hourly bus connection to Bolzano (about 40 minutes drive). Small possible irriations: a bit of noise in the late evening from the pub across the street. And early in the morning more frequently times by truck. But really only marginal disturbing, although we are very sensitive! All in all a very peaceful place. If you want to experience something, is wrong here. Whoever is looking for rest and relaxation, just perfect.

Very nice apartment. Unfortunately very lots of dogs in the hotel and the entire apartment carpet. To the pool one must approximately 400 meters walking Great starting point for walks and very good service by the boss. read more

The pool is very negative, is far away from the house! The kitchen was well stocked, the toaster we got immediately upon request. It would be a rinsing cloth, washing up liquid, salt and pepper shakers, etc. as 'standard equipment '! Everything else was great! read more

We had a beautiful apartment in a very friendly atmosphere, with a great view from the balcony. The bathroom was alright in two minutes walking distance, as was everything else( shoppingand walking possibilities, as well as Restaurants) so central. After a beautiful ski boots in the ski and ski boot storage room (heated) good drying. read more
