The W New Orleans is a small hotel. The room had a comfortable bed and a nice view. Location is good, within walking distance of the French Quarter, and with several shops and restaurants nearby. Service was ok, but there is margin for improvement. read more

We arrived to a dirty room: stains, lint and hair on the floor combo body wash/dust on the furniture/shampoo/leftovers on the wall and un taps kalkig sofa with stains (e.g. T. Think a leak in the ceiling but the worst thing: Light curtained glass panels that face into stains on the crimson-bed linen (what stains, all you want as not really know) 2xwaren we at the front desk, "cleanliness --> linens and shower curtain" than changed --> that's it as far as read more
