If you want to relax on the dead sea or a skin disease (for example psoriasis) alleviation searches, you can spend a nice time at the hotel. The hotel is very clean, only the stairways, if you want to use it, are unfortunately dirty. The access to the dead sea is good. Bathing shoes were offered by the hotel, but you should bring your own. Some beach chairs on the beach were a bit broken. At the weekends it was full, otherwise empty total. Beach chairs at the pools there were enough. The evening buffet was refilled until late in ... the evening again and again. Drinks wishes fulfilled. Shops for buying does not exist, only a small shop, which is too expensive. But in the neighboring hotel there was a fair shop. read more

A luxury top-hotel with access to a beach area of the dead sea (about 150 meters 50 times). Nice resort, very well-kept park, great pools, two of them for adults only (!). Indoor swimming pool with salt water, many very comfortable lounge chairs, a kümmerndes staff without tip-greed. Sophisticated ambience, no party people. International guests, mostly only for 2-3 days/the Syria and Jordan tour undertake, hardly any individual guests.
Most nutritious buffet, otherwise: relatively high extra charges (drinks, also bottled water). In the surroundings there is nothing to see. To Amman is about 40 kilometer (uphill, of-400m to slightly above ... zero metres).
Great hotel was pretty to see, the 'kick' is bathing in the dead sea. read more

Of a five stars hotel a large hotel chain I would have expected more service. The service in the bar served before the meal within 45 minutes of no aperitif. The free after-dinner drink made up only partially, especially just a little in the bill went wrong.
In the restaurant tried several staff members around us, but it took a long time, a wine list and a recommendation. The water in the bottle on the table, not even foreign language competence. The buffet in the evening was plentiful but rather unimaginative, without large highlights. Fabulous food Zwischenzeitlcih went from, the ... refill took a long time, has been replaced with 'simpler' dishes partly for a mid-range hotel would be okay former, but not for a higher category.
The hotel area was spread over several floors and is very nicely decorated and versatile. However, it was in the various fields of different music scenes, which due to their volume colorful overlapped location. Very quiet there was only directly at the dead sea. The rooms were well equipped with a large beds. Unfortunately, our view was only for the construction right next door and over night the Lich on the balcony do not clear, so we had to close the curtain down, in order to be able to sleep.
A great location but with some limitations. read more
