    Room is good. Is clean every day and the beds are ok. Safe in the room.

    There is a good choice of restaurants. Two possibilities of main restaurants, one below and one upstairs. They both are good with different buffets. The "Little Italy" and the Mexicana are more exclusive and O'fogo is very exclusive and a cosy atmosphere! Drinks and especially cocktails are very tasteful prepared.

    The staff is very friendly and they all speak english and german. the managers also different languages. The room boys are trustful and friendly and every day it is clean and fresh.

    Sport I don't know, but entertainment is good nearly every evening you can join something. Disco is inside upstairs at the front side, now and then a bit too loud! In the lounge is free Wifi. The little beach in the garden is very comfortable for young kids. The pool with the bridges looks very smart. Some sun beds are in the water with a sunscreen above and they are very relaxing.

    Location is close to the road, but in the hotel and even in the garden you don't mention it. The hotel is surrounded with a high wall and between you feel very sheltered. For the beach you have to cross over through the garden of the sister hotel, but there is a security agent for assistance. Shopping facilities are around the corner at about 5 minutes to walk.

For a relaxing beach holiday was this hotel just perfect. Besonderg we found good, that we always german speaking hotelpersonalt /bellmen partner had. They were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are partly already a little in need of renovation. The general ambience is very pleasant. The evening entertainment is inviting to stay a while and the all-inclusive offer rounded the cause very good. We will definitely go again, also there the diving with the sinai divers especially liked. read more

I was a week with my parents and a friend in this hotel. I was already in a very many countries and very lots of hotels however the service in this hotel is simply first class. Since i celiac disease and much not could eat, i have first times a e-mail to the hotel written and immediately get an answer, i on arrival with the restaurant manager, should report.! On arrival was already a letter prepared and i immediately on the next day with the restaurant manager met with me everything went. As looked after me and my wolhlbefinden ... i in still no hotel experienced. Every day he is with me through the buffet gone, showed me what i could eat what not, whether he extra for me cook should and so on. I have to say really unique. But also my parents and my friend were really thrilled by the service and the friendly staff. But also so what the food varied and you always find something; and the gala evening unique. To the beach you have a street through the neighboring hotel but that takes 5 minutes and it was really not far. The rooms are functionally furnished however the balcony is big and the room is every day clean had been deseamed. There were entertainment possibilities in 5 minutes away and for shopping there are also little bit. So we fly safe again %blank% if not this year then next year certainly. Family meter read more

We were within a very short time in the Ghazala Gardens for the 2. time. We wanted the long winter still escape and again decided for this hotel, because us as ägyptenfans just and secure in good hands feel. Every guest was so nice and taken care of. With everyone please you can go on to the two outstanding guest relation ladies moniqe and Ursula and even the smallest problem is repaired. The same goes for the employees all the boys are in a good mood and did their work very well. Even when the hotel already a bit shabby ... is, it is everywhere spotlessly clean! The pleasant ambience one feels then of course among the guests. The staff at reception makes sure, the every wish to happiness of the guests done. We want to the complete staff again thank from the bottom of my heart. Everyone makes a great job! We will happily come again and again! read more

We were completely satisfied. Friendly, however not obtrusive staff. We were with eti there - the service on-site was excellent. Very pleasant is, that the gazala gardens and the gazala beach in weitstem sense together. Therefore also very pleasant, that also from the beach everything (restaurant at noon and bar) quickly and is easily accessible. read more

As the mostly read reviews expected: beautiful hotel area! Room is very clean however in fact ageing. Us it was important but the cleanliness and the was given. Otherwise one is anyway hardly in the room on. Pool area beautifully laid out. Way to the beach over the street, through the sister hotel Ghazala Beach was unproblematic. A maximum of 5 minutes walk, zebra crossing on the doorstep, as well as always guide on the road. Short driving directions from the airport (about 15 minutes). Therefore also a bit noise, but for us unproblematic, you got used to that quickly ... and then it was also not further disturbing. The 3 theme restaurants + 2 buffet-style restaurant the food was very diverse and taste always good. We can this resort recommend with a clear conscience. Perfect price/performance ratio! read more

The hotel is in its outdoor very clean and tidy. The rooms are although somewhat worn out and ageing, from the very dedicated staff best cleaned (for egyptian standards very good). The distance to the beach is really ok, but the way there is worthwhile in view of the fantastic, artificial 'pool beach' not really. The food is for egyptian conditions likewise fantastic. The staff in the individual sectors differ thermotolerance. The majority are but extremely accomodating and nice. read more

The mini bar is unfortunately not in the all-inclusive program, but you get (if you have the bottle also completely empty power ) every day a 1.5 liter bottle of water free... The cleaning staff power best. All in all completely okay. For the women: you need no hair dryer up, the in the room was completely enough!

    Breakfast and dinner: in the main restaurant there was every evening another motto, but there were also outside the themes always certain basics very good. Here you will always full and the quality is really great. You could eat lunch at 2 different pool bars/restaurants. Unusual here: one is despite universe inclusive à la carte service. In one there were italian (pizza/pasta, everything freshly prepared) - in the other american (burger, small burger). We usually italian meals. Absolute highlight: the ice in the extra freshly baked waffles (greets emat the crepes and waffelmann!)

    The waiters in the main restaurant were fantastic. On the first morning Dollar and you had always immediately a table outside in the beautiful garden. However even without giving any tip the boys were always ready good. With english you definitely got further. The waiters at the pool bars were not quite so funny on the way, did their job but all very well done. The rooms were always sufficiently cleaned and the towels always duly changed.

    We are passionate and absolute pool haters, so we were from the beach forth a bit disappointed (we know but also Mexico and the cathedral. Rep). But here in the Ghazala an artificial beach nestled in a wonderful garden pool area. We were just on the first day at the beach, from then only in the pool. The loungers are all alright. Strongly : the pool boy do the umbrella on and, do the towel on the chair-brought the ashtray-is very attentive but not pushy! Absolutely relaxing. Animation did not take place (in our opinion good).

    The beach is over the street (here there is a nice guy and lays down rules for the circulation) through the ' sister hotel ' Ghazala Beach (makes a genuinly blöden impression ) in 3 minutes to reach-but worth it as mentioned not really (see description service) The market Naama Bay is also 3 minutes the road high. Here there is also the hard rock cafe (for shirt-picker) and stop of everything which it needs. What in Egypt basically is the eternal ' angegammel' -this place is not different. But we are for sonnentanken since. Excursions are also offered, but since i do not want to stones look had, we have nothing. The excursions seemed also a bit too high recognized

We were here for the 2. time and must say, that we again liked a great deal. I was already in many hotels in Egypt, but the Ghazala Gardens as in my opinion, with most of the charm. It is not a 'a bed bunker' and is unbelievably beautiful laid out. Evening fire everywhere small lamps and candles and can really relax. Port one can always find even if you alone drives. The food in the two main restaurants in comparison deteriorated, however therefor the theme restaurants, the also included are, top! Here you can also the beverages including order ..., unless one wishes for example a better wine. The beach is as already repeatedly described here by two hotels used and is therefore very busy. Here there are only beverages included in the room rate and you have to to eat to Ghazala Gardens back run or on the lunch. You can but also at the beach bar from the Ghazala Beach fee good diversity of food and beverage choices. It was on the complex during the day really enjoyed and the pool beach is divine. Great. I can only recommend this hotel, even if it or other really small renovation maybe could needed. read more

Are for the 5. time in this complex and can also not complain. Clear the rooms are - particularly the bathrooms in need of renovation-but the complete package is true. Who complaints finds determines something-but we go on vacation to relax. The food we found this time again better. It was again with spices worked, what the food is very tasty made. The employees were really friendly also without constant tips. Have cared helped me when i with fever (by cold ) in bed was. We have a half year the Nile-cruise and were already in Hurghada and at the Makadi Bay but the sinai peninsula as a completely different charm i did not! The hotel has approximately 300 rooms the buildings on the hotel spread. The entire area is very clean kept the staff is the whole day cleaning and gardening busy. In the hotel each nationality was available (english, russian, swiss, danish. And so on.), i guess about 70% were german and i have to say it has not in any way off behaved! From the age everything was represented just a ... nice and pleasant mixture of everything! In the hotel lobby, as well as in the sister Hotel Ghazala Beach one has free wi-fi access. read more

    The rooms are pretty huge but in need of renovation as needs more investment the hotel could in this area much more from which it is just a pity the bells! We had room number. 1115 and also the bathroom has the best times behind them! Otherwise was missing in the room nothing was no large luxury but we did for the cheap price not expected! Honestly how long you on vacation already in the room on!? The safe is free which also is not self-evident.

    One must say honest it is reasonable value for money, we did not take much for the week paid so i expected no buffet, as in a 5 star hotel! There were 3 theme restaurants brazilian, italian and mexican all have me now culinary blown away but you had on the menu found something and we were satisfied! However one must also for the great dishes to pay. What we did not know what we also not okay found is, there are 2 restaurants the lower restaurant with a great selection and good food however, when the full was no more buzzed in and you had to wait (which we afterwards in purchase) or if you went a floor higher to 2. restaurant which on our first night a disaster right, because it was not clean the food was not delicious as we asked us how can it be that the food here so praised!? I thought it was already extreme the a hotel in its two restaurants apparently two different levels of quality and the guests if not on a free space in the lower restaurant were wanted were just unlucky and the upper worse had to go, it was already 2 classes right and should they work! We had all-inclusive that's why we could almost all drinks there is so nothing to moan about the selection was varied and everything so far really good, only the cocktails were partly somewhat very steep the staff has it often with the alcohol very well intentioned and partly were the then so strong that they could not drink!

    With english one comes in the hotel super also somewhat german can some from the staff you have to say they really good! The complete staff was very nice and friendly you can't say anything negative, and the hair in the soup to look for would be not fair!     The pool went through the entire area what also just very nice looks especially if everything is lit. Although the hotel was fully booked, there was always enough loungers by the pool, as well as at the beach. We went as a couple with three other friends and we have also at the beach no problems had chairs and sunscreens next to each other to get. The beach was very clean, the loungers are wood and very comfortable however the once again repaired the are but only small flaws.

    We have a half year the Nile-cruise and were already in Hurghada and at the Makadi Bay but the sinai peninsula as a completely different charm i did not! The hotel has approximately 300 rooms the buildings on the hotel spread. The entire area is very clean kept the staff is the whole day cleaning and gardening busy. In the hotel each nationality was available (english, russian, swiss, danish... And so on.) , i guess about 70% were german and i have to say it has not in any way off behaved! From the age everything was represented just a nice and pleasant mixture of everything! In the hotel lobby, as well as in the sister Hotel Ghazala Beach one has free wi-fi access.

    To to the beach to get you had to on a main street, however, the two hotels (Ghazala Gardens/ beach) a hotel staff at the zebra crossing is possible the cars continues thus one reliably over the street comes, which was wonderful and without any problems worked. Then we had to walk through the Ghazala Beach Hotel and came from there to the private beach. Overall was maybe 5 minutes. The airport is in the vicinity of the hotel and the hotel is located in the approach lane, but we didn't really bother us but there are also hyperempfindliche i therefore think we should at this point mention! You all for example restaurants on the beach promenade, a shoppingmeile, discos so more can a resort not offer and it is definitely more the matter as in Hurghada! Our goal was, the bleak weather in Germany to get away from it all and a beautiful, pleasant bath vacation to spend. In beautiful summer weather we wonderfully relaxed and beautiful hotel with the great service enjoyed. Even the 5-8 minutes way to the beach over the street and through the gardens of the Ghazala-beach hotel was extremely pleasant. (exercise should be known well do!) Pleasant i thought, that you're not from a stereo besmirched is, which nowadays a unsitte in many hotels is. The recuperation was delicious and the value for money in all-inclusive and n s c h ... los angeles g b a r! Everytime i would go back book this hotel. The staff was very friendly. - the excursions (Saint Catherine's Monastery, schnorchelbootsfahrt to Ras Mohammed) we thought was very impressive! read more

It was our first time in the Ghazala and definitely not for the last time. Everything was fine, good food something for everyone, pool area went through the whole complex, the staff was nearly all very friendly, room clean but worn especially the bathroom urgently needs renovation but one can live with it, because you only shower and sleep ☺ read more

The pool landscapes with some 5 * keep up ☺ Food except gala dinner bad! Staff bad! I work in the travel agency and have to say the vacation was beautiful except for the food and the middle ages bathroom terrible look, because this very old, however pool area, beach, shopping and entertainment possibilities-all in 1 minute really top! For families i would recommend it but it didn't so wide choice as some club hotels! In large and a very value for money is oke... You shouldn't expect much for last minute and under 500 €! read more

Very great hotel, the employees friendly, location also okay only one thing the old people who already 6.15 hours of their beach chairs with towels to occupy and the children's swimming pool, although it always enough loungers and the worst thing was when we with my little daughter too another pool were were just our beach chairs pushed aside as this is really sick! But there were also many nice people. Otherwise great vacation with wife and daughter. Oh so thank you Nicole from the kids club! read more

Great service with a great atmosphere. The employees can no longer for their guests do. I recommend the hotel Ghazala Gardens. The hotel complex was very clean and well cared for. Just the rooms. The food was also good, staff was friendly, we can not wait until we heimfliege around about the hotel to schreibenn. Tomorrow we fly to Cairo after 2 trips with sharmausflügen. de.
