We have a half year the Nile-cruise and were already in Hurghada and at the Makadi Bay but the sinai peninsula as a completely different charm i did not! The hotel has approximately 300 rooms the buildings on the hotel spread. The entire area is very clean kept the staff is the whole day cleaning and gardening busy. In the hotel each nationality was available (english, russian, swiss, danish. And so on.), i guess about 70% were german and i have to say it has not in any way off behaved! From the age everything was represented just a ... nice and pleasant mixture of everything! In the hotel lobby, as well as in the sister Hotel Ghazala Beach one has free wi-fi access. read more

    The rooms are pretty huge but in need of renovation as needs more investment the hotel could in this area much more from which it is just a pity the bells! We had room number. 1115 and also the bathroom has the best times behind them! Otherwise was missing in the room nothing was no large luxury but we did for the cheap price not expected! Honestly how long you on vacation already in the room on!? The safe is free which also is not self-evident.

    One must say honest it is reasonable value for money, we did not take much for the week paid so i expected no buffet, as in a 5 star hotel! There were 3 theme restaurants brazilian, italian and mexican all have me now culinary blown away but you had on the menu found something and we were satisfied! However one must also for the great dishes to pay. What we did not know what we also not okay found is, there are 2 restaurants the lower restaurant with a great selection and good food however, when the full was no more buzzed in and you had to wait (which we afterwards in purchase) or if you went a floor higher to 2. restaurant which on our first night a disaster right, because it was not clean the food was not delicious as we asked us how can it be that the food here so praised!? I thought it was already extreme the a hotel in its two restaurants apparently two different levels of quality and the guests if not on a free space in the lower restaurant were wanted were just unlucky and the upper worse had to go, it was already 2 classes right and should they work! We had all-inclusive that's why we could almost all drinks there is so nothing to moan about the selection was varied and everything so far really good, only the cocktails were partly somewhat very steep the staff has it often with the alcohol very well intentioned and partly were the then so strong that they could not drink!

    With english one comes in the hotel super also somewhat german can some from the staff you have to say they really good! The complete staff was very nice and friendly you can't say anything negative, and the hair in the soup to look for would be not fair! The room boys may give a bit more effort, i found the not so nice hair from the predecessor in the shower or on the floor to find, was now no drama but i've clean rooms in Egypt had so if they want can also!

    The pool went through the entire area what also just very nice looks especially if everything is lit. Although the hotel was fully booked, there was always enough loungers by the pool, as well as at the beach. We went as a couple with three other friends and we have also at the beach no problems had chairs and sunscreens next to each other to get. The beach was very clean, the loungers are wood and very comfortable however the once again repaired the are but only small flaws.

    To to the beach to get you had to on a main street, however, the two hotels (Ghazala Gardens/ beach) a hotel staff at the zebra crossing is possible the cars continues thus one reliably over the street comes, which was wonderful and without any problems worked. Then we had to walk through the Ghazala Beach Hotel and came from there to the private beach. Overall was maybe 5 minutes. The airport is in the vicinity of the hotel and the hotel is located in the approach lane, but we didn't really bother us but there are also hyperempfindliche i therefore think we should at this point mention! In the perimeter of 5 minutes by foot. You all for example restaurants on the beach promenade, a shoppingmeile, discos so more can a resort not offer and it is definitely more the matter as in Hurghada! At the beach one finds also the sinai divers which all divers is a concept where you can book diving tours or the equipment and from the hotel beach on own fist dive (if you have a diving otherwise you can go there, everything is seriously)! The reefs in front of the hotel beach are super and also suitable for snorkeling and the mantarochen, riesenschildkröte on barracuda everything is represented. The beach is even for children adequate because the beach very fine sand is. Bathing shoes are a must, as the reefs not to the beach rich. We still have a trip to Mount Sinai since i come however with the tips in more detail! Otherwise, you can get many trips over the tour operator book if you to Jordan (Petra) or israel should you a lot of money into account because they can easily between 100 and 300€ per person costs, which we but the next time want to invest in! I have stayed in some of the comments the the people the easy pushy egyptians in the shopping streets of weight, so it is better it was worse and to the other i can inform me before about a country and everyone knows that it's a little different than here usual! The hotel is in its outdoor very clean and tidy. The rooms are although somewhat worn out and ageing, from the very dedicated staff best cleaned (for egyptian standards very good). The distance to the beach is really ok, but the way there is worthwhile in view of the fantastic, artificial 'pool beach' not really. The food is for egyptian conditions likewise fantastic. The staff in the individual sectors differ thermotolerance. The majority are but extremely accomodating and nice. read more

    The rooms are quite worn, but functional. The mini bar is unfortunately not in the all-inclusive program, but you get (if you have the bottle also completely empty power ) every day a 1.5 liter bottle of water free... The cleaning staff power best. All in all completely okay. For the women: you need no hair dryer up, the in the room was completely enough!

    Breakfast and dinner: in the main restaurant there was every evening another motto, but there were also outside the themes always certain basics very good. Here you will always full and the quality is really great. You could eat lunch at 2 different pool bars/restaurants. Unusual here: one is despite universe inclusive à la carte service.     The waiters in the main restaurant were fantastic. On the first morning Dollar and you had always immediately a table outside in the beautiful garden. However even without giving any tip the boys were always ready good. With english you definitely got further. The waiters at the pool bars were not quite so funny on the way, did their job but all very well done. The rooms were always sufficiently cleaned and the towels always duly changed.

    We are passionate and absolute pool haters, so we were from the beach forth a bit disappointed (we know but also Mexico and the cathedral. Rep). But here in the Ghazala an artificial beach nestled in a wonderful garden pool area. We were just on the first day at the beach, from then only in the pool. The loungers are all alright. Strongly : the pool boy do the umbrella on and, do the towel on the chair-brought the ashtray-is very attentive but not pushy! Absolutely relaxing. Animation did not take place (in our opinion good).

    The beach is over the street (here there is a nice guy and lays down rules for the circulation) through the ' sister hotel ' Ghazala Beach (makes a genuinly blöden impression ) in 3 minutes to reach-but worth it as mentioned not really (see description service) The market Naama Bay is also 3 minutes the road high. Here there is also the hard rock cafe (for shirt-picker) and stop of everything which it needs. What in Egypt basically is the eternal ' angegammel' -this place is not different. But we are for sonnentanken since. Excursions are also offered, but since i do not want to stones look had, we have nothing. The excursions seemed also a bit too high recognized

Were in the Ghazala Gardens for the 2. time and will definitely return. The hotel complex is clean and tidy. The main building with the front desk and the Ghazala bar invites you to relax. For all the on vacation not without internet ones there is wi-fi. In the hotel there is all-inclusive - breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form in two main restaurants. Guests were multicolored mixed-german, austrian, british and russians. But all knew how to behave. read more

    As already often mentioned, are room and bathroom worn. But-and this is the more important - they are clean! The rooms are equipped with minibar (not included in the all-inclusive), tv (4 german programs : ARD, ZDF, RTL, RTL II), free safe, telephone, hair dryer.

    There are two main restaurant-fontaine and olive garden. There, there are breakfast, lunch and dinner, always in buffet form. It is varied cooked and there is something for everyone there. Delicious are always the soups defendendo. In the little Italy (italian) and fajitas (mexican) on the premises for lunch you could from a small map and the buffet food. In the evening you have to the two and for the or Fogo (brazilian) a day to reserve in advance. Is worthwhile in any case. All three restaurant try - very delicious. However, there are a few dishes, the not in the all-inclusive are, for example dishes with prawns or beef filet. At the mangobar there is from 10 o'clock in the morning coffee, tea, cold drinks, beer, cocktails, cocktails and so on many thanks to Mohamed and Ahmed from the bar you are doing really a great job! Hope we will see each other again.

    Once is marvelous at Monique and Ursula from the customer service. One sees the two every day by the complex and with guests sprechen. If something is not in order or a special request, immediately. Great! The rest of the staff - no matter wether bar, restaurant or room service-they are all extremely friendly and very trying, in the Ghazala Gardens to feel comfortable.

    The pool area is very nice and clean. The rear pool by the junior suites is heated. From the staff were always a few who made, that the pools clean. Chairs were enough. Towels for the pool/beach in the room and are on request every day changed. At the beach we were not, to know therefore no evaluation to deliver. The entertainment there was, but they were not intrusive. Are always get through and have tried a few to find the part, but none were pushy. Who did not want, was left alone.

    The hotel lies at the Naama Bay. Shops and bars is just right next to the hotel and on the other side of the street in the direction beach. The beach you reached over the sister hotel Ghazala Beach on the other side of the street. Taxis are directly in front of the hotel. Don't forget: only the price set, then enter! A drive to Old Sharm the old market was 20-25 egyptian pounds.

The atmosphere in the hotel was great, also the cleanliness and the staff's hospitality. The complex is located in a beautiful garden and is attractive and well maintained. The food was for 4 stars very good and fresh, often theme nights and friday the gala dinner great. Drawbacks you for the state of the rooms make. They are although it is very clean, but the fixtures hopelessly outdated and the furniture somewhat neruntergekommen. But all in all, we felt here felt good and are like to come again. Hope, however, that the rooms now be renovated. read more

The hotel complex was very nice the pool area was wonderful. The complex was clean and there is nothing to complain about. The average age of the guests was multicolored mixed there were very many german-speaking guests in the hotel. The wifi worked well when we arrived but then not anymore. There is also a locked wireless internet which neither worked. On complaints was very responsive, the router restart, etc. But it was still not working. However, you can at the hotel next door 'Ghazala Beach' at the front desk after the ask a password-it works by far better. read more

    The rooms were large enough and also had a safety deposit box and a mini bar. The beverages in the minibar were not included however, be pointed out. The drinks from the mini-bar costs about as much as if they individually in the place buy. A tv with several german channels is available. The furniture are really old and worn, that is in dire need of renewed. The toilet was clean, but was the bathtub really unpleasant.

The restaurants were clean, however you should consider when the cups/glasses careful and rather from straws drink. The à la carte restaurant are very recommendable and should you the day before to reserve. The dishes and drinks are mostly all-inclusive except for various dishes with seafood and the like. The breakfast is also very recommendable and the freshly made omelets really good. The rest of the food was nothing special varied and tasted also not really tasty one however always found something. With the communication and also with the dealing with complaints, there was never any problems they always tried to find a solution.     The hotel's location is great, it is located not far away from the airport away. The noise at the beach at the weekends more, in the week more weakly, but it was bearable and not really disturbing. In the hotel and by the pool you will notice the airplanes could hardly. The next orschaft is only a few minutes walk from the hotel and this is both for shopping suitable, as well as to depart in the evening. There is a Hard Rock Café, a KFC, a pizza hut and various other shops. The people are very pushy and the only possibility in peace to left is with 'no english' to answer. This was but also didn't bother us as you're in a tourist area with something ja counts. When buying should one 8. before after the prices to ask as you relax with some shops like 'applied'. Also interesting is, that on the mall some duty-free shops are in which you to 48 hours after the arrival still tax-free shopping (you need the passport with). (in this respect, white the entertainment team always answer). The next village 'Old Sharm' with the taxi at 25 pounds and not far from the hotel. There are more shops. The beach is a bit further from the hotel away, you have to go through the sister hotel to go through. The distance is ok as long as you don't in the hotel forget and go back to. You can also have lunch there too at the beach.

Wlan was according to the information on the internet in of the lobby available, but one had inexplicably almost no access. So it was rather less usable. Most of the guests arrived on Germany, England, France, Italy and the Netherlands. There were all age groups represented, whether young or old, everybody was there ☺ read more

    The room was big enough & clean. The furniture were very worn, but up to the cabinet in good condition. Tv was available with a few german channels, air conditioning couldn't be used. There was a mini bar but was not included in the room rate. The size the bath was for us okay. Everything was clean but really in need of renovation. Was also every day really thoroughly cleaned.

    There was 2 restaurants with buffet. Selection was rather limited but everything was good. However not outstanding. There was every evening another theme (mediterranean, chinese, egyptian). Unfortunately were lots of dishes, drinks are not all-inclusive and that was also not excellent. And when the food came the unpleasant surprise, for an orange juice with water diluted, not prices was excellent 4 Euro to ask, is expensive. Furthermore, there were 3 theme restaurants in which one italian, brazilian and mexican food. All delicious. Especially good what the brazilian restaurant o 'Fogo. The two bars were also great! Tips were expected!

    The beach was just over the Hotel Ghazala Beach to reach, that means you had to cross a heavily driven road, to the sea to come. But it was not a problem since a daily angstellter of the hotel and the cars halted. Walk directly to to the beach around 3 to 4 minutes so doable. Shopping possibilities, pharmacies, banks and so on. In the vicinity, but we didn't use it!

My mom and i were very satisfied. A rather quiet, very well run hotel. Relaxation is guaranteed. Extremely friendly staff, not intrusive. Furniture already a bit shabby however everything very clean! For all, who look for something peace and good food, is this hotel great. We will come again. read more

The double rooms are totally worn out and badly soundproofed. The room doors are not subdued and make the pulled a hell noise - especially at night. The bathroom is in need of renovation. The rooms are a 4 star hotel not worthy. Therefore absolutely a junior suite-these rooms go. read more

A small and cozy, quiet hotel, which on the doorstep plenty of variety of food, culinary really recommendable, beautiful pools in the non-existing sea view can hurt. Problems madam Ursula ( guest relation) fast and charming, as well as constantly locally. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. Only drawback. Actually beautiful garden, the rigorous the blühen prevented, instead of flowers only bare trunks and branches to do. The gala dinner on friday, the not only a real eye-candy features, but also treat is, unfortunately, at the same time with a deafening show and held you are not ... in the location is, the own word to understand. Any intervention from fr Ursula and mr Martin were in vain. A shame, since the guitarist was great. My impression. Slightly worn (new towels would be no error, and smooth exchange of towels during the room cleaning), however, friendliness and informal atmosphere many things more than made up for it. We wanted to a week in the sun and not spend so much. Egypt we know well (11. stay) and as we this time not in Makadi Bay wanted and my boyfriend seven years ago (after a renovation) already in the Ghazala Gardens vacation spend had, we have this red sea hotel selected. We paid per person 429 € all inclusive in the double room with garden view. On arrival we were welcomed in a friendly manner. The check in folded smoothly. Arrived in our room we had to however say: no garden view (only view on a path and ... the wall ), besides it was noisy, because of the wall directly the supply (pumps?) The pool area were accommodated. We stayed this shortcoming directly at the front desk and could the room on the next day at 15 o'clock change. We got the room 1513 with view on the rückwertigen pool. Now to the optics and facilities of the room: the mattresses are unacceptable, totally uncomfortable and worn, are on a hard bettaufbau and are in spite of the wear really hard. We had never had such bad beds. In the morning we had to leave our backs formal 'revival'. Furthermore, that the room with single beds the hotel was good and they are not fully be pushed together and with each small movement 'creaky' (also without sporty activity). The room was furthermore with bright, very shabby and partly not mutually matching furniture: leftovers-ramp -charm of the eighties! These were not only frayed or broken veneer equipped, but also partly with color repaired. In room and bathroom were some tiles cracked or muschelausbrüchen mistake. The painting was old and in the area of the base boards partly with white farbkleckserlei'renewed'. Ugly lamps, a loud mini bar-fridge and lack of light bulbs in the entrance area have the full picture further negative influences. The service was however, that the first shower experience from me under a tröpfelnden shower spent was allowed. With long hair is the a dream! Since there was no handbrause gave, but only a feast shower head in about 1.70 centimeter height. No idea, which persons with a height of 1.90 centimeter or children, the one targeted abbrausen should. After complaining the shower within two hours in state and afterwards also came enough water out. In short to the room: clean, but small and run-down and for 4 stars is it in Egypt much better and tasteful. Would be the condition of the room better and the beds comfortable, we would have clearly more comfortable. During our first night in room 1412 we had besides the feeling, that the bed crawled has (bed bugs?). Now about the area itself: the pool area is nice, but also getting quite old. One sees everywhere, that maximum geflickschustert is, does not mean expertly repaired, but not replaced. The individual pools were more or less regularly cleaned. A lot happened not at all (oberflächenabsaugung, renovation broken tiles or elektroverteilungen, loungers etc.) And other unnecessarily often. The floors are for example twice daily flooded (evenings and in the morning). All wooden buildings (for example in the restaurants) need however urgently deducted and newly painted/sealed are. There is a heated pool and several unheated possibilities to go swimming, as well as the possibility by the Ghazala Beach on the beach (enough sunbeds) to go. The Ghazala Beach is however an optical nightmare and there is even less made, although it is a 4 star facilities it is. The beach was very pleasant. The Naama Bay is approximately 2,2km long and offers however no significant possibilities to go snorkeling (everything platt trampled or no special fish, such as in Makadi Bay). Now to the all inclusive offer: the food in the main restaurant are high-quality, however not especially varied or even imaginative seasoned. There is also hardly oriental food or a typical using different ingredients the food with cumin, coriander, cinnamon or similar. We lacked the correct punktgenauen preparation of meat, besides there was no grilled fish or a selection of fresh fruit for dinner. A week is enough, afterwards one has everything even try and for example enough omelettes and muesli for breakfast eat (bread is not recommended). To the staff: this is in the all in all very friendly and hard-working, 'looks ' but unfortunately nothing and thinks also rarely with. It often occurred, that the plates on crepes stand out or broken lamps with broken glass on the table were. Stressed, we could unfortunately not see, that the staff the lack fixed has (a broken lamp you can for example quiet on the next table). All together we had for our money a nice holiday, would the complex however not recommend. Red sea resorts are actually great (late -check out etc.), however is this hotel because of the rather bad not more first choice. On the 2. look you noticed too many shortcomings. It needs radical updating, which however certainly not happen, since the complex by long-term guests (repeat offender) almost all year to 100% fully booked, which also ensure, that the guests to 100% good (german, swiss, austrians, finns and english). Unfortunately, we had expected more, as it is seven years ago nor was so nice. We therefore certainly not again and will the complex also not recommend. read more

The complex is not huge like it other hotels often the case (i was now in 17 years the 24. time in Egypt). The hotel has therefore a family almost cuddly karakter where you feel comfortable. However, especially during the weekly gala dinner the unbearable volume especially during but also after eating unbearably loud. At the food you want to talk and not shout at itself must. Although the bellmen turned down has, the dj manifeft fun the guests with his sense of volume of the music to torment and headache cause. It is to be hoped that this anomaly ... be sorted out. The nightmanager'pop' and the bellmen Jane, Ursula, Martin, are certainly responsible, that i november again the summer for fourteen days in the Ghazala Garden retrieval will. Should the problem with the disco volume (the average age of the guests was mostly 50 + and no disco) be eliminated, i will give the winter in the february/march 2014 is Ghazala Garden get away from it all.
