It was a very pleasant and great vacation (despite 'bad weather'). In any case the hotel is recommendable. Friendliness and skills on every corner. Possibilities for recreation without limits (pool, bowling, sauna). Also lots of interesting excursions and hikes are possible. Especially is the gastronomy to praise! We now need a diet! read more

Good parking in the underground garage, clean, well-maintained hotel, great restaurant, comfortable aufenthaltsbe -rich in the whole hotel, offering a clear view, however very clean swimming pool, ideal starting point for different ways to spend your free time, very good toboggan runs in the area That was a very relaxed vacation, and i believe i have 3 kilogram weight. The hotel and activities nearby really impressed us. The food was really delicious. We have the breakfast- and evening - buffet enjoyed. In the restaurant is the staff very friendly and attention to the guests nothing was missing. We could the breakfast and the dinner very relaxed enjoy. As children so they will get bored if you full. Our son(6) with its friends in the nearby games room again. What he super cool found. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The bathroom is very small, us for the a couple of days but enough. At the reception we ... were welcomed in a friendly manner. You have the feeling there is in the entire hotel a very harmonious together among the gentlemen. We really enjoyed that. We had luck that we have good snow and the days in the open for sledding use. The wurmberg mountain is not far from the hotel (behind the hotel) and the spaßrodelbahn is also only a few hundred meters away, so that we the car not at all to use. To summarize simply excellent! The staff at reception or in the restaurant very friendly and no little 'pushy'. It is very clean in all areas, to simply feel good. The breakfast buffet more than enough, delicious plenty of everything, as well as the dinner buffet was very tastefully and something for everyone there, we were thrilled over the selection of fish, meat, salads and so on What great would have been, if unen in the swimming pool next to the pool, instead of bewegungsbecken, a hot tub would have been, that would be possibly a 'suggestion for improvement'. We were ... very comfortable in the hotel, the weather could not have been better (snow and sunshine). We will definitely come back again and stay longer. read more

Friendly and competent staff; in the reception and in restaurant. The little pool was a bit cool. Play room was great, but needs a few more things, like crayons, paper, dolls, dress ups...... The restaurant needs more vegetarian options. We had a good stay, it was very relaxing. read more
