The hotel is very easy going and serviceminded run. You feel everywhere - no matter wether in the room, in the spa, in the restaurant, at the bar, in the conversation with the employees-that there is a real team, which is cooperating. The guest feels, that he and his wish for should and will. Already at the check-in - accompanied by a glass of prosecco and homemade snacks - you feel welcome and comfortable. read more

    We had the room 'classy & white '; since briefly another guest cancel had to, we could - since we at the reservation the room 'in style 'had inquired, but was not available, after a besichtigungs'tour' between two room types select. The room and the on-suit bathroom are very big, very bright and stylish decor. However, if you tierfelle on the ground does not like, should in other room select; o. The room features two balconies with beautiful view of the helmet and/or the red wall. Only to forgiving drawback: we know from our own experience, how difficult white hochglanzmöbel dust can be maintained, if you are not every spot every day cleans. The lamps on the beds are 'sunken' ; this admission we would on the cleaning probably overlooked... Furthermore it would be nice, if there is a iPod-station exist; in the existing flat-screen tv are only a few radio program available.

    For breakfast prosecco and local specialties, fresh egg dishes, crepes, weisswürst'chen', fruit... In the afternoon snack, salads, soup, cakes, cheese... And for dinner? Every day a new-optically perfect prepared and culinary outstanding-surprise in 5 delicious courses. However, we were at the next vacation planning will follow, when the dessert buffet, we unfortunately this time missed (we wallow still in the memory of the last year) :-o Especially highlighted: the wine recommodations of Simon, as well as the fact that the guest between each course enough time for the dreaming of the next course to be!

    Even if the spa is not too large-so it provides everything, that you ask for. A improve indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi in the outdoor area (gladly and often used by us), various saunas, a full spa, as well as a sufficiently equipped gym. The extensive tea offer in the spa completes the above. If this is not enough, the within walking distance of a Tennis-, as well as climbing and indoor pool. Since this year, there is a large sauna for infusions, the Bernhard very good (by) leads. Generally would be a ' dezentere /quieter' (gladly also not any) musical untermalung saunas desirable. But, this is certainly a matter of opinion and no complaint. Other highlights include the many from the hotel organised or complementary activities in the sports or other area.     The location is perfect - in front of the hotel the helmet, behind the red wall, and the three pinnacles trohnen above all. For skiing but also for tobogganing, snow-shoe hiking very convenient.

A wonderful hotel, relaxation started at the check-in. Our room was very nice, modern, individually, large bathroom, great balcony, just feel-good atmosphere. Many beautiful facilities in the entire place, kuschelbademäntel, basket for the spa, magazines, umgebungskarten, tea and obstecke, a beautiful spa area and it smelled in the borders house great. Yes and then the food- unbelievable! Only the best, everything freshly prepared, finest meals, great wines. Thanks to the very attentive staff of the hotel Monika. Very pleasant stay in an extremely highly recommended hotel. Great wellness hotel with small defects. We were in the Hotel Monika our two children 5 years and 1,5 years for skiing and wellness vacation. When we arrived there were waiting for us a top hotel with brilliant atmosphere, great room and very friendly staff. The complete program of the hotel is on relaxation and relaxation of guests laid out. This is reflected also in the wellness area again, what about 5 different saunas is, a large pool, a heated jacuzzi in the outdoor area and many massages and possibilities for treatments. In the evening there was a 5-course ... menu and for children eat on request. ( Schnitzel and noodles). Unfortunately started the menu first at 19:00 where our kids with the fatigue fought. (sledging and skiing school). The food itself was perfect and diverse, but unfortunately we could not really enjoy, since our kids quengelten and to bed wanted. The complete menu was mostly until 21:00 o'clock, so strongly we a few course and broke mostly after 3. or 4. course from and went to the room. Unfortunately. Maybe that will change in future what, as i right at the hotel people had. (from 6:00 p. m. food, possibly child care in the games room) In the morning there was breakfast buffet with everything that you need, a chef prepared fresh eggs to omelets and co. To, baked fresh waffles and was even crepes. Great. There were excited the children. The skiing school was approximately 200 meters further. Ski passes, you can right at the hotel or on helmpass about 300 meters away solve. Skiing school super, ski slope not huge but also great. In short. Without children in any case, with larger as from 10 years also, but 2a 3 small children until 10 years rather difficult. An in every respect fantastic hotel on it-with a exception: the coffee leaves much to be desired - nothing to complain about there is. What this house culinary offered is from the imaginative- Tum, taste and creation not more to beat. Also the rooms are top, really to be comfortable. As well as the spa area to mention. Also there is a feel-good atmosphere. Offer and hygiene are top. In short: this house is not more to beat and is therefore the touch 'very well' You can family-run house only congratulate! read more

We spend very relaxing and relaxing days in the hotel Monika - unfortunately way too short! The hotel is well-kept and tastefully decorated. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, the furnishings left nothing to be desired. Particular emphasis should be on the gastronomic offer starting at breakfast to the dinner-it everything was great! The servicemannschaft was very competent and friendly and always tried hard to please the guests, but without being intrusive. The spa we gladly used and were also very satisfied. We were pleasantly surprised the varied designed program, and the many inclusive services (for example schneeschuhverleih, shuttle ..., guides hikes.) We can definitely recommend this hotel, and will be on the next opportunity our vacation in the hotel again Monika spend! read more

The Hotel Monika is a beautiful and very personal run hotel with an excellent cuisine and a great spa. Especially highlighted the unique service in all areas. Is included the 3/4-pension for guests (breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner), which got its name with good reason bears, use of the fitness and spa area, free wi-fi, weekly planner with amongst others snowshoe hikes, and many things more.     We had a superior double room 'in style', which in size, equipment and comfort no wishes open.

    The quality and quantity of the dishes and drinks was excellent. Already for breakfast there was next to the 'normal' things like cereals, fresh fruits, bread, rolls, jam, cheese, sausage... Also eggs in any form, crepes and waffles, before the eyes of the guest freshly prepared were. The afternoon snacks offered from soup, antipasti through to cakes and strudel lots of goodies. The dinner was awesome. Next to the lush salad and starters buffet there were a total of 4-course, which are affectionately prepared and absolutely delicious were, also always from fresh mostly regional produce. As a conclusion you could still the cheese and fruit buffet serve.

    The service was just perfect. No question remained unanswered and every wish was fulfilled. The daily cleaning of the rooms was very thoroughly and the room was after breakfast always perfectly presented. The amenities apart from the usual at lots of small but important things thought, almost all for free. Also there is a free shuttle bus, discounted ski passes and loipenkarten and so on.

    There is a wonderful spa with a pool, outdoor jacuzzi, organic, steam and 2 times finnish saunas. All 2 days special treatments by the sauna Bernhard in progress. There are a variety of massages and spa packages (this of course only against a charge) were offered, what quality are excellent. There is a fitness room, games room and a great weekly planner with many free activities.

We were not the first time and look forward already to our next time. Everything is harmonious and you feel from the first to the last second just probably. Here you can get away from everyday life, besides but also varied sports-minded, summer as winter. The Monika is right at the entrance the fischleintal valley, its dreamlike grassland, unique the view of the beautiful brisk Dolomites. Culinarily we once again extremely satisfied. There is really only positive to say, one noticed, that all at a beach and together makes it for the guest perfect. read more

A dreamy hotel what its 4 stars fully earned. As well as excellent service from the staff, which constantly there for the guests are. The hotel is simply superb. Fully recommendable! The hotel has a ambience, in the comfortable. You will pampered, without that intrusive looks. The spa area is spaciously laid out, the saunas are huge, the relax room great-the clou are the infusions of Bernhard. The sport activities is great. The food is in all areas commendable, the quality the ingredients and the presentation of the dishes/courses is excellent-we to have rarely was in such a way many photos the food made, to our friends to show. The Monika is a beautiful mountain hotel with a modern very nice designed wellness area and excellent food. The kitchen the guide Gault-Millau with good reason with one toque. In the winter there were free daily activities such as amongst others snowshoe hikes, and introduction scuba lessons. The snow followed by sledge slope gave us specific fun. read more
