- Room
Our apartment was completely large enough, after the second attempt it was clean too, the bathroom was beautiful. Against the description of the catalog, our towels were changed as often as we wanted. Our apartment was right at the top of the slope, therefore we had quite arduous marches (which did not disturb us however) to the beach, pool or restaurant. The view over the golden hills of Menorca was wonderful. We had all inclusive. In the apartment, stove, refrigerator, toaster and microwave were available. The TV had international channels.
- Gastronomy
There was a restaurant in the lower area of the slope. We had booked all inclusive. Since the hotel had mainly Italian guests, the breakfast was unfortunately quite poor for us. Lunch and dinner were okay. They often served fish. They always offered fries and spaghetti. The restaurant wasn't recommended for those who put importance to a sophisticated atmosphere. The tablecloths and serviettes were made of paper. Everything was rather simple.
- Service
The staff were quite reserved but helpful. After complaining about an unclean and smelly apartment we got a clean one and acceptable one. Room cleaning was also good from then on. You had to reckon with ant colonies. Communication in Italian and sometimes in English.
- Sport & Entertainment
Activities in Italian. Daily evenings kids disco and show in Italian. Good, entertaining and active. Tennis, volleyball, spinning, billiards, diving, a larger pool with small divided children's area, at the pool music, sufficient beach chairs, never full. Pleasant. The pool bar was located somewhat higher, there one could sit beautifully. The Italian kids activities were available, we didn't use, but from the offer probably o.k.
- Hotel
The medium sized area was distributed, over the rather partly steep slope , location of the apartments not always ideal, beautiful country typical architectural style, beautiful plants. 99% Italian. As Italy lover no problem. Young tourists and families.
- Location
The most beautiful thing was the Cala Tirant bay which was about 300 meters away and reachable over wooden steps and wooden jetty. The ocean was clear and clean, the beach sloped gently, there were few beach visitors despite peak travel period. The beach directly at the hotel was a tiny bay where many tourists were. You only found a few supermarkets and hotels in the area. A rental car was recommended. But there were also bus connections to the near small but nice fishing town Fornells as well as to towns further away and to Mahon, perhaps with changing. A taxi journey to Fornells cost 7 euros. A bus ticket to Fornells cost 1.10 euros.
