We're very loyal to this hotel

We've been spending a weekend per year at this hotel since 2006 because it ticks all our boxes: attentive staff, room upgrades, kids' suites, swimming-pool and children playroom, etc. The recent changeover from Crowne Plaza to Holiday Inn has brought a welcome, complete refurbishment, so we'll keep coming back. read more

The hotel is located in the centre the capital. The rooms are mostly suites consisting of anteroom, bathroom, living room with sofa and its own tv; sliding door to the bedroom, with tv. But Be Careful! I had junior suite and you wanted me as a lone, tiny rooms for the same price (junior suites price!) be. I protested, it was fully booked, but all of a sudden a junior suite was free. The breakfast is fantastic, especially the many warm dishes. Parking is a problem, since the whole Zentrrum parking (fee) has management. In the Hotrelgarage it cost per ... day 21 €. The hotel is as far as neat, even if already a bit abgemüdet in some areas. The indoor pool is very weak: in the second waiter, small, with the Charme hotel a eastern of the seventies. Positive is, in any case that it has mostly alone. read more

The hotel is close to the centre of Andorra la Vella, within a few minutes you are right in "the thick of the action". There are lots of places to shop - from "medium-priced to expensive". read more

The rooms are very large and divided by a sliding door. There is a TV in every room!!! No German channels. The beds are about 2x2 metres. The wardrobe is not that big. In the room there was a coffeemaker with all the crockery and cutlery you need. There is also a fridge and a easy-to-use safe. There is an ironing board in the room. The bathroom is actually quite large, there is a hair dryer in the bathroom, plus toiletries, which can be replaced on request. The towels were changed daily.

In the restaurant, an extensive buffet was offered every day. Some of the food was luke warm... The breakfast buffet is also extensive, including the chance to have a glass of champagne. The choice of fruit could be better. You get your own coffee from a coffee dispenser.

We had no complaints. There was a wide range of newspapers offered - no German ones. The rooms were neat and tidy - the bathroom could have been better... Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

We had a very quiet room (222 ) which was on the side of the mountain. If you get a rooms on the side of the street, you can really hear the street noise.
