We are from the United States for 2 weeks to this hotel traveled. It was until anhin the best all inclusive-hotel, which we ever visited. The service is extraordinarily good, the rooms very spacious ( we had a so-called junior suite) and the bathroom had outweighed by whirl tub also a spacious shower and a double sink. We would the travellers recommend a room on the top floor (3rd floor) to take. The back of the hotel with mangrove trees overgrown and the lower rooms look straight in the mangroves -forest inside (more mosquitoes ). Apart from that there are ... nothing negative to mention. The kids club is sharpened and offers a lot of for children (3 supervisors). Perhaps one must still mention, that in the kids club only English and Spanish spoken will. Under the week there is also a clown past for children Balloon figures makes. The food at the buffet is sharpened. There was a lot of freshly cooked and the dishes land not by the hour in warming trays. There is every day 3-4 different sorts of fish and for every meal time there is a varied Früchtbüfett. A great hotel for a beach vacation, very clean and the gastronomy recommendable nonetheless. Beautiful walks on the beach Were possible, apart from that you can take the shuttle bus bus or taxi in the next town drive (5 dollars). read more

Vorweg- we are totally thrilled come back, there was only one objection (see under service) and you should really after the American school holidays ask. Because if the hotel bang with families, consistently with 2-4 children is( luckily with us only on the final day) Then, the shade in spite of the size tight and it is for couples no really good place more.! we are very much in the world around traveled. But such a beautiful hotel complex, with such a attention to detail decorated and laid out, we have never seen anything like it! it is just ... a pity, the no rooms with a view of the sea returns, unless, one booked the presidential suite. So view one of his balcony on a beautiful garden area, pool and so on the complex is huge and alone in the Maya runs the first time constant! A few more signs would not be bad perhaps.! But you can also with a golf buggy to get and a small 'train' drives also all good and proper hotels (Iberostar mare and beach and Lindo and Maya) from! With the golden all inclusiveWristband of Maya you are best served, and may all deals in the entire area use (except of course the grand). it must be a whole army of employees give, because everything is really clean and very, very well kept! the majority of the guests are certainly Americans and Canadians of all age groups, because it is Mexico for us Mallorca or Canarian Islands. So there is only a smaller part Europeans and the English language is very safe helpful! the only thing, which we missed, is a romantic beach bar or pool bar for the evening. Entertainment there was only in the bars and the stage in rezeptionsnähe and if you have 'wide' way to his room ran (ours was in the beach house block 61) there is nothing more, where you have a drink could take!     Really very large with a separate Sitzeck, coffee machine for the first coffee on the balcony.     the food offer was indescribable and every taste was served! We were in the 2 weeks not able, which the theme restaurants (Steakhouse, Japanese, Italian, seafood and Mexican) to our 'Love' is. Everybody was sensational!

    All, so really generally all were very, very friendly and attentive, with or without tips, no difference! we speak English, only German Knowledge could maybe be a bit difficult will, but all are very willing to make an effort, the it then a solution will give! at the cleaning of the rooms there is nothing to complain about, additional services we didn't use taken! but now comes our only 'Objection': because our consistently positive review applied for the hotel, after almost 5 days against the enormous loud teeny disco music battled have! The loud bass of the cheap sounds überschallte the entire area the whole day, no matter, where you attempted to evade! And bar at the beach, the extra a speaker on the front of the sea constructed has, served this always same monotomous disco beats... it could almost have been done our vacation destroyed! we have it here- the hotel and their staff themselves we liked to 6 * deserve, but with this music slip it on 2 *... but, as mentioned, after 5 days complaint (we would have otherwise left) have you noticed, that it was smooth still other Funmusic returns, not everywhere hindröhnen must! At the beach it was then completely turned off and you heard immediately the sound of the ocean! and that was then also up to the end of the vacation so everything was good! Thus best directly solid complain, then it is probably faster!

    Wi-Fi Internet gives it for the Maya free at the front desk, in Lindo to it pay. Sometimes a little slow, but apart from that not a problem! the pool area is huge, in the middle by a pyramid divided, behind is a wave pool, the anytime again is turned on. In addition you can also the mare & beach used can, but similar! However we found the water to be too cold... There are also 2 small private pools for withdrawal and use, but also they were cool... And as you can also stay at home ( as long as a private pool has...!) we have a great Kids club seen, the is very affectionately prepared! Entertainment was limited to the pool, at the beach volleyball played and on Wednesdays they have a loud beach party, but maybe it was because the music a little changed... there is at the beach everything, that you need and as long as the hotel not bang is, because we have to other reviewers right, then the beach busy and noisy and the shade tight!

    Depending on the location of the room, you can 7 minutes on the way, but these wonderful area offers constant what the eye and so the way never boring! A shuttle bus (against a small fee about American dollar 5.00 per person, a taxi costs then immediately American dollar 30:00) drives to the touristic Playa del Carmen, with many shops, restaurants and cafes. Everything your heart desires! We are the shopping-pedestrian precinct to other Page down and take the ferry to the island cozumel(30 minutes) ferried. If it was worth it, you have to see yourself-you can get a round trip or a car rent (take license!) and the island explore. of course, Tulum and other Pyramidenorte very close and it will be excursions were offered, as well as swimming with the dolphins!

the hotel is directly located next to the other Hammamet-yasmine excellent (Paraiso Lindo, Paraiso beach, Paraiso del Mar, Grand Paraiso). I have never seen so much staff seen which around the hour cleans! It was super clean, it was everywhere scrubbed from early in the morning to evenings late! There were too many Americans and Canadians in the hotel, apart from that international. read more

    Nothing, but really nothing to complain about! We could also in the restaurants the Ibero Paraiso Lindo eat, which we did. Our restaurants were qualitatively still a bit better than the one from the Lindo (where in Lindo also was the best). breakfast buffet in the restaurant La Marina: everything which one wishes itself! buffet in the La Laguna lunch and evenings: much show cooking, great Dishes, just perfect! à la carte restaurant: the best the best: 'E gourmet'. Otherwise, we were in the 'La Marina' evenings - fish, 'El Rancho' -steak, 'geisha' -Japanese. What we found to be the least like was' El Rancho '.

    the staff are super friendly, from the maid to the manager! English almost all could, otherwise it just depends on the person from, but I think it is great, that one with English. the room was wet cleaned every day, it was perfect clean!

    it is located directly at the wonderful white sandy beach! from the airport to the hotel you need 30 minutes with the taxi (Note: taxi driver negotiate!). To The center of Playa del Carmen there were several times daily a shuttle bus from the hotel from (costs 50 pesos per person, per drive). Excursions: Tulum and coba are not far and beautiful, the snorkeling Akkumal!

We just got back from 2-week stay the quaint cozumel in this huge resort, together with Lindo, Paraiso, Del Mar a smaller town was like. The essmöglichkeiten and taste of the food were huge. The pool area is impressive and the whole architecture is very pleasing. Two units in a private pool Maya, which we used twice. It was everything to 'packed', the pool chairs without possibility to push and the ocean five rows about 800 m beach. You had to reserve at seven o'clock the beach chairs, you can have a room on the sea. It was a bit ... too large. However we have enjoyed all the leisure activities on offer. The lasting impressions were the whale shark tour and the snorkeling in the cenotes. read more

We had the Paraíso lindo booked, have at the check-in a free upgrade for the Maya receive. We enjoyed the whole area really enjoyed. The huge pool area with the wave pool and the falls is amazing nicely decorated, the building, wegegestaltung amid this lush vegetation architecturally outstanding. The food and the service in the theme restaurants were excellent. However, the buffet restaurant didn't like it. We rather a cafeteria attached. German guests we hardly met. The hotel was almost exclusively from americans and canadians visited. read more
