We had a jacuzzi bungalow directly with a view of the sea and it was great.

Rather the smaller local dialling, are reasonably priced and delicious ☺

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. With english you can be well over the rounds

We never had a problem to get beach chairs and the pool is small, but met its purpose.

I must at the outset that i did not understand can what some tourists this hotel upset. I was with my boyfriend after a great Bangkok stay for relaxing in the Palm Beach Resort and we were absolutely thrilled. We had a jacuzzi bungalow with a view of the sea. The bungalow is absolutely as bedroom and living area for the time that we spent there was enough. It was very clean. There were on request daily the towels changed and you get every day per person a bottle of water. The pool was small but sufficient and the sea was easy a dream. To Khao Lak it is on foot 15 minutes and with the taxi drives you around 100 to 150 bht (depending on how good you haggled) What we also would recommend, that you have a moped ausleicht. You can see much more and it is totally. Khao Lak is a quiet place for relaxing but there are really good places to eat and small bars to have fun. Our tip the smaller restaurants are often better and cheaper than the large. Just try it. We saw the similand ilands and it was just amazing. One had the possibility to snorkelling. We recommend it 100% and will stay there again.

As described above on foot about 15 minutes from Khao Lak and with the taxi to around 100 to 150 bht Beach is absolutely great and since it is a nature reserve are no chairs at the beach allowed and also no humans you something you want.

We stayed in a deluxe gardenview room (number 2005), in the upper part the hotel with a view of the upper pool. The general condition was okay exactly like the size of the room. There is a water digester, with 2 instantpackungen coffee, tea and accessories. Two large umbrellas were in the closet ready, a hair dryer was available. Every day are 2 small bottles of water in the fridge. However: the closet in the corridor area is for 2 people not enough, since storage space missing and too few hangers (4 piece ) were available. The tv has its best times already behind itself; bad picture, small screen. In the room there were no free outlets available; an example: you want the existing kettle use, you must a lampenstecker drag or the only free socket in the bathroom. The mattress was very hard, but this is a matter of taste. The bathroom is very dark. The two small lamps bring little light in the dark natursteinfliesen equipped bathroom (for women bad light to restyle and paint).

The breakfast was according to our opinion, for asian standards, there was enough. There were cheese, sausage, fruit, vegetables, yogurt, muesli, black and white bread (in turn), as well as egg dishes on request and different warm, mostly asian dishes. Nutellajunkies buy a glass in nathong supermarket! In the beach restaurant serves a variety of dishes. We have these 3 tried and were very satisfied with the food. From 14:30 until 4:30 p. m. is happy hour. Then 2 for the price of 1. the prices in the restaurant are not too high. Although more expensive than in the town itself, but for a hotel just. We stayed at an evening event, the 'cowboy firm' with polynesian dance at the beach participate. Price : 599 Bhat per person, food included, drinks extra. In the evening at the beach chairs, tables and buffet set up. The demonstration was worth seeing and we really liked. At the buffet we were divided. Optically very nice, but partly geschmackmäßig for us not enough.

The staff is friendly, knowledge of foreign languages are available. The cleaning of the rooms is not convincing. Beds were made, towels changed, the mini bar refilled. However at the entire period behind the door of the bathroom, under the bed and shelf had not been cleaned. There floor collected the dirt. (a shame! ) We would have about a late check-out was, was however not possible. High season = written off everything.

Both pools were every day for water tests. The water quality was fine. At the beachside pool missing however, individual tiles. If you are by the pool want must early rise. From 07:45 a. m. was everything occupied. The first row was already before sunrise with towels taken! :-( The umbrellas were hard to open, the friendly staff fast helped. The loungers consist of plastic and are mostly in good condition.

Nice hillside resort with lush tropical flora and fauna. A small artificial brook schlengelt by the complex. The restaurant is located directly by the pool with a view of the beach and the sea. The lobby is wifi free of charge to receive and there are 2 internet computers. At our travel time (january/february) were mostly over 60 guests from different european countries since. With the beginning of the winter holidays in Germany were families with children in addition. The long beach is clean and invites you to go for walks. Salesmen there is not! Direct at the hotel there is a small shop with drinks, ice and souvenirs for offer, and a tailor.

The hotel in an hour from the airport phuket to reach. It is located on the sunset beach, about 2 kilometer away from small center Khao Lak. There are several restaurants, shops and bars, there is something there for any taste. All in all, it is in the comparison to the commotion and crush on phuket important quiet and from our point of view also better sunday With the taxi costs the simple travel in the village for 2 people 100 Bhat. We had garden deluxe bungalows and were with the size and the facilities very satisfied. The bathroom big enough with a by a small stage sank shower. For humans with going handicaps not suitable. The small balcony very pleasant and equipped with two chairs and a small table. Also a rack for drying the for example swimsuits was available. In the room a kettle; coffee, sugar and milk was refilled daily. Also free of charge daily two bottles of water. Small fridge available. Tv we didn't use. The gastronomy in the hotel are we only twice, since it was in comparison to the restaurants in the town is very overpriced and just good quality.

The service in the hotel very good and friendly. The cleanliness alright. English had the employees the front desk sufficient; it is to be perhaps still a bit could be improved.

The resort really enjoyed. With its about 58 units manageable and very peaceful it is in the typical thai style beautifully to nature nestled. The garden is maintained daily and you will the betrachtens the many exotic plants not tired. The breakfast restaurant very well situated with a view of the beach; the selection was enough for us. The beach gorgeous and very clean. Free internet available in the reception area; wlan weather permitting. We had the impression, the resort mostly of german guests visited.

The distance to the place Khao Lak about 10 minutes, with its kleinstadtambiente for shopping invites; also a variety very good restaurants the place showing. Of very expensive until very reasonably priced ; the food was very good everywhere. On the access to public transportation, except for the typical taxis, we cannot say much, since we a rental car and on own fist on the way were.

Always tidy and clean rooms. Two bottles of water were free of charge on the day and the towels for the beach and the showers are likewise daily changed. Two duschmäntel, slippers and shower gel are in the rooms and bungalows. Coffee machine, telephone are also available. Air conditioner is a little noisy, but in two to three days is accustomed to.

There are something for every taste. The thai cuisine there were no limits and we had always very good food. Like in Thailand usual, very nice, helpful staff in all affairs. With english one was always understood and one or another also understood a bit of german. The inflated prices in the restaurant i can't say that, because, if i at the beach three Euro for a food pay, or in the place two Euro, i think for our standards not for discussion. But we have also experienced this with a taxi because of 50 Bhat negotiated. The are sometimes more than a Euro and embarrassing, here with a taxi driver in negotiation to go.

A family brought it ready, with iPad, ebook and mp3 player daily his time by the pool to spend. They had us the nicknames, the iPad family. We have already been the 2. time in this beautiful tropical grounds and had a gardenview bungalow and for children 15 and 9 years a deluxe room. Both were cleaned daily and always made a clean and well-kept impression. Wireless internet only at the front desk possible, which didn't bother us, since we were here on vacation and therefore no it had with us. The breakfast was always more than enough. Of guests were pretty much all european nationalities. German and austrians were in the majority.

The complex is right on the edge a tropical rainforest with direct access to sea. To the airport phuket by car a good rate, to Khao Lak City around 15 minutes away on foot or 3 minutes by cab. G eschäfte and local are in huge number of to find.

The size and the state of the rooms was adequate. Needs improvement would be the interior decoration. It was missing details, for example pictures, thai flair evenly. The furniture on the beautiful big balcony missing Cushions - on demand at the front desk, are nowhere In the hotel complex but which provided. The bathroom and the toilet were always clean and tidy.
