Great hotel. We felt very good. The rooms are clean and very tastefully equipped. Very wide choice at the breakfast buffet. The complete staff is very friendly. The hotel is perfectly located in the direct city of Köln. Great shopping ( for example galeria kaufhof directly next to it). We were the 2. year running in this hotel around the adjacent ' minutes' karnevall - fernsehsitzung to celebrate. Highly recommend is the breakfast buffet in the morning in this hotel. However, the bar in the night bar range of the lobby at unfrfreundlichkeit and sluggishness hard to beat. It should be the manager urgently set. 'sperrstunden' where you the guests after the best 'english style' the last drink, are a big city in Germany and a hotel ... with these claims are unworthy. Otherwise great facilities of the hotel. read more

The hotel has a great location. After the room, that we had received, still not at all was cleaned, we were given immediately a new room. The weihnachtsstress already times happen. The quality a hotels recognizes you on the solution of such problems. Although the room was renovated, but one would have as part of its the tv can change. This is a bit strange. The rooms were big enough and it was absolutely clean. In the bathroom were many beautiful storage space for women very important! We had a delicious breakfast (at the weekend until 12 o'clock), so that ... we strengthened the christmas market just round the corner were able to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful(night at 4 o'clock in the bar!). Only drawback: the spa area is only at a charge to use. We know that from other 5 stars hotels differently too! We visited Köln for new year's and were looking for this time a hotel, the centrally located and a certain luxury offers. Was booked a normal double room including breakfast buffet. The hotel was well visited, guests from different nations. The average age was about 40 +. This bothered us of course not further. There is a spa, which also for external persons usable is (was not used by us). The hotel makes already from the outside a great impression, of these continues in the interior area fort. read more

    We booked through the internet a double room booked. The room had a pleasant size. Also the bathroom (equipped with large wash basin, bathtub and walk-in shower) was in a perfect condition. There was a safe, a mini bar (caution: any takings is automatically on the room bill written, we had with the room-service clarified, that all drinks from us after outside to own things cool). Wei telephones, a flat screen tv, as well as coffee and tea making facilities were in the room available. The beds had a good size (also for people with a size of 1.90 meters). Also about the cleaning there was nothing to drawbacks.

    As described above we booked with only breakfast included and this left absolutely no wishes left. Like it a hotel this category is accustomed. Whether fish, meat or fruit. Everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. The breakfast area is very nice furnished. Also here was the service on the ball and very friendly. Also the Harry's New York bar which in the hotel is worth a visit. Here you can at fair prices (not as in many other bars of this world) cozy drink a nightcap. The room service we had also used: currywurst with chips. Tasted great and for only 8,00 Euro simply wonderful, that a hotel this category such a 'normal' food abietet.

    Both check-in, as well as check-out were fast and friendly over the stage. We have already been at 11:30 o'clock at the hotel and could our room already relate ( normalerweiße only from 15 o'clock). The staff was always friendly and accommodating. There are absolutely nothing to moan about. To the dealing with complaints we can't say anything, as we simply had none ☺.

    We are with the train arrived. From the main station it is really no distance (around 10 minutes away on foot), we had but nevertheless a taxi is preferred (cost in circa 5,00 Euro). With the use of the building's parking garage are 21 € per day due, which with a 3-days-stay already summarized. Hotel guests receive a discount. Furthermore advertise the hotel with a spa, which the appearance makes the, that it to the hotel heared. It is however a fitness studio and spa facilities for the ... entire public. Therefore it was also crowded. You have to as a guest then 15,20 Euro per person and per day are charged. For the existing wi-fi connection then also still another hour fee. The house- skipping was thorough, unfortunately but very late in the day. So it happen, that one at 17 o'clock from its small shopping through the city was and the room still was not cleaned. The breakfast is fabulous. Wide choice and very good quality. Because it a large hotel is, in the morning was very busy and the service staff often came not afterwards with clearing, etc. The hotel's bar is great. So good cocktails and so a wide selection you can get rare. It was worth it a few Euro to pay more. Good 5 stars hotels, only a couple of steps the life of Köln (shopping). The check in was impersonal and the friendliness was missing. The assigned room had twin beds, we booked a king bed. When the complaint was i (annoyed) pointed out, that i should have to indicate. The new room with a view of a roof or directly before the hotel was big and spacious, but a bit dark. Altogether one felt however probably. The check-out was also-as you would expect-unfriendly. Instead of lively with the colleagues besides talk i would have a 'how was your stay' and ... a 'goodbye' expected. Overall a good hotel - unhides you the staff from. I would the hotel only with a good price book again. read more

Very nice hotel in Cologne. We booked the club floor and were with the offer the club lounge very satisfied. Extremely delicious food. The modern hotel is very good and enjoys really central location. The traffic connections is at least in public transport very good, the pedestrian precinct and many sights are on the doorstep respectively within walking distance. From the large construction site ( subway) in front of the house you got in the hotel nothing with. The room was big enough and well equipped. Only in the closet could have been more places to put things can be. Also the bathroom was large, here there were also plenty of storage space. A little strange was, that we have a solid feedback ... from our predecessors in the room found, the one small flaw questioned, the still was available. Had the cleaning crew probably overlooked. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, only with the nachlegen was the service sometimes overburdened. It felt but the long breakfast times ( at the weekend until 12:00 o'clock) very accommodating. We were after a river to the end for 2 days in this hotel. We booked it because of its central location and the good and good reviews. It is a centrally located hotel, but there is a central lying.     The size of the room and the bath was alright. The room was renovated, that means for example old doors etc. But not at all is : the bathroom has been renovated. Between toilet and shower a glaswand ripped off. The runner was full of rust and lime. Really unpleasant. Normal small but we didn't find anywhere. Good bed. The highlight of the room is however a hardly functioning röhrenbildschirm. Really a rarity, already for a long time no see.

    Great room, great bathroom, very quiet. Rarely a hotel had, where you have such a relaxing sleep had, also thanks to the comfortable mattresses. But why still the old tv, instead of flat screen tv?
