Hotel Grand Hyatt Dubai^{(5 stars)}

Great city hotel for the first Dubai stay we booked xtui with flight and half board. Very friendly front desk in the hotel. Check-in in the morning at 2 o'clock top, fast and friendly. Luggage was still 5 minutes in the room. The very friendly page wanted us the room explain but we were just tired. In the morning to the breakfast buffet was everything you from western hotel was. Everything was a bit wusslig, but always friendly and pleasant. Empty plates were always quickly cleared and it was again and again asked, whether and like us the breakfast like. ... The hotel has several restaurants, i think 8 piece, 4 of which have a half board menu. You can choose, whether one lunch or dinner want, but you can get vouchers and you can every day spontaneously decide. We were once in the italian and indian. Both was really good and for half-board completely sufficient. Room service was quick and nice. Wireless internet in the room currently free of charge you have to but once logging 55 aed/day that was then but not will be charged. Towels and linen every day changed twice, the bed linen in my eyes must not be. In the evening from 22 o'clock there is a turn down service. Tv led device with many arab channels, 3 german channels and a few us movie channels. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport, however one heard nothing of it. For of the lobby are always normal taxis or Lexus driver service charge to find. If you once a tax in Dubai use will you only Lexus variant take \u263a - the better, safer and it works just great. Perfect city hotel with a nice pool and park. Despite proximity to airport very quiet. With the taxi in a few minutes, you are in the Dubai mall, in the souks, in the public jumareih beach park. A bit further distance to the Dubai Marina respectively the palm is with the taxi very fast reachable ( beautiful tour of the town) and costs because of the very low taxi charges only circa 5,00 Euro. We will next time again Grand Hyatt book. The really reasonable value for money ( in comparison to very overpriced beach) and the location was ... perfect. The rooms are not modern, but solid furnished (not my style, was however very positively surprised) and in particular very clean. The bathroom is very big and nice. read more

Typical congress hotel, that because of its large and beautiful pool area excellent for a city trip to Dubai is. The hotel has 14 bars/restaurants, the breakfast in the market café is both in relation to quality, as well as selection was excellent! The Grand Hyatt is still a brilliant hotel but in the comparison with other city hotel at the service and the cleanliness by the pool work. The lobby is very nice and inviting, the same actually applies for all areas in the hotel. One suffers never under Plazumangel, merely for breakfast it can sometimes tight but the wait is worthwhile, the buffet can fully convince. The rooms are nice, and spacious. But the housekeeping service must do better, it will be 2 towels forward, but only 1 new ones and then you have to call it takes from time to ... time 30 minutes until you reach the towel has, that is annoying, because absolute avoidable. Same goes for the cleanliness by the pool, there would often the water from leaves and other Trash cleaned. I am not talking of a dirty pool, not at all, but the GH is a five star hotel and there is enough staff which only herumsteht, the towels were to the loungers put, 2 years ago even brought to your beach chair and today you must get yourself. Upscale hotel, the mainly by Arab passengers booked. Room ( Grand room) and the beautiful bathroom have a great size for a short stay to 1 week. Furniture well maintained, but rather set as stylish modern. Great big bed. Bed sheets smelled unfortunately massive musty. The cleanliness was however always perfect. Air conditioning worked perfectly without the room clammy to make. Several höherpreisige restaurants in the hotel - I can Manhattan grill restaurant highly recommend. In the Seafood buffet evenings in the market café I unfortunately the stomach (1 night upchucked ), so that I the next morning not for ... breakfast could. The handling the front desk with my request a bit light to the room to get, instead of the booked FS breakfast restaurant ( also market cafe ), as well as check in and check out were very good. Secluded from front desk varies the service and the friendliness significantly ( for example Differences between the individual pages). If some small faults removed then it is a absolute top -hotel. There is too much staff, the only herumsteht, instead ask, whether one something to drink, etc. Would like to have. We had stayed at the jumeira beach-a great hotel, but the Hyatt is really a good alternative, if you are on sea can do without. Is a pure matter of price... So we return gladly again return and will book it again. Service and room was almost better than the jumeirah beach. read more

The hotel and the furnishings are very good, very well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and superb. There is several restaurants but. We had the half board and chose the restaurant the market. The restaurant is a self service restaurant, that means no cutlery, no napkins on the table. Were three times now in Dubai in a Hyatt hotel and must unfortunately say the Grand Hyatt was the service the worst, we felt like we were lepers, the luggage we had to yourself, rooms were only cleaned after you in the afternoon the garbage bin on the hall had, service on the rooms was irregular at the end of our stay it got better, breakfast was partially with a long waiting time connected it reminded us of a Mitropa the quality of the meals was good, who on good service worthy and just a good pool-range searches is in ... the right place here apart from that there are in Dubai better alternative read more

We were the second time at the Grand Hyatt and can our information from the first time only confirm. It is a very pleasant stay, the rooms huge, the bathroom a dream-size and facilities. For breakfast there was a little waiting time, in my opinion a bit too small side for the size of the hotel. All are very friendly and helpful. The pool area for a city hotel very nice. The pool clean, the beach chairs and the towels immaculate. Likewise one could the pool bar with your officials only praise, the boys are sharpened. A really recommendable hotel, in terms of service, cleanliness and ambience leaves nothing to be desired. ( there is even an iPod Dockingsstation. ) Especially recommendable this is German line standing restaurant Troiteur, as well as evenings the lounge with a view of Dubai-skyline and adjoining Marina. Excursions can be easily with the concierge and the room be deducted. The hotel lies about 4 kilometers away from the airport. Commuting there amounted to about 30 AER= 7 euros ( inclusive Abendzuschlag ). read more
