I was in room 329, we arrived at 2:30 on, got our key. Maps and checked in a. I asked then to a safe key, this i got free. The room was spacious and had a partial view of the ocean. With the cell phone was the wifi not very good, but with the notebook it worked without any problems, even if it sometimes a bit was slow. To the right of the entrance was a connecting door to the adjoining room, it was the perfect place for the empty suit-cases the most. It would be beautifully if the rooms once again renovated would be. Because they are already 20 years old. Apart from the television, here there are already lcds.

The food was amazing. So good i have in any holiday hotel eaten. There were for lunch and in the evenings always buffet with antipasti, 2 fish, 2 meat dishes, 4 local dishes, 2 other meals, 2 pasta dishes. Furthermore there was still a large dessert buffet. The dishes changed every day, and also at the 9. day repeated itself it not. It was super.

The staff were almost all very friendly and courteous. All speak english, some can also speak german.

The indoor swimming pool was very nice and with 32 water temperature very pleasant. For the outdoor pool and the sea it was a bit too cold. The sauna and the gym equipment were unfortunately decommissioned. You can at a charge the thalasso & spa next door share, however costs the access to the gym 15 € per day, what of the cheap services belongs.

Until we had our luggage in our room ( 310) it is shortly before 22 hours. We pack everything quickly to see... There is no key for the safe, there is no wi-fi, the room had a connecting door to the next room and one understood with a phone call the resident lady every word. The shower is a scruffy small bathtub with a lot of mildew and a curtain. The hotel is directly across at the airport monastir, the currently from Germany not cruise terminals, this is however again in the near future to change. Outstanding, could not fault a thing. All the food was of a very high standard. Catered for all tastes, Mediterranean, Italian, English, french. The deserts were lovely and it is a very relaxing atmosphere.

Staff were very friendly. All the staff spoke english and were very helpful. Couldn't stress how helpfull the staff were. I forgot to take my phone charger with me and asked the staff if there was anywere I could get one. One of the staff had a blackberry charger and lent me his until i managed to purchase one from a shop.

Really lovely indoor pool, free wifi access throughout the hotel, Really lovely private beach.

Beautiful hotel, lovely bedrooms with all the furniture modern and kept up to date, Very clean and absolutely fantastic service. Went all inclusive bar open all day till late at night, food was absolutely lovely to a very high standard. If I was going back to Tunisia I wouldn't stay any where else but this hotel. The service received was outstanding. Was never at any point hassled for a tip of any of the staff.

Located near the town Monastir. Souse and Port el Kantaoui only 10-15 mins drive via Taxi. Hotel has its own private beach as well.

Our room was big, great bed with a table, 2 sitzige couch, table, chair, desk, mini bar, flat screen chest of drawers, air-conditioning and a closet and safe. The bathroom was very spacious with a large mirror, badesanne and hair dryer

In the hotel there are several restaurants. In the main restaurant was afternoons and evenings several life cooking stations the food prepared. There was always a wide selection and it was always until the last minute refilled everything. The waiters were very attentive and were always prompt. In the à la carte restaurant there were huge portions and always several dishes to choose from. The restaurant by the beach was sadly already closed. In the bars, you were served quickly.

Big and nice, a large bathroom with a toilet, always clean. Flat screen tv rounded the whole off.

The staff is mostly very competent, friendly and multi-lingual communicate.

Two very nice golf courses, palm links and flamingo are from the Hotel within a short drive.

An excellent hotel, very nice large and quiet room, very clean everything, internet in the room worked great, free, Brilliant food, very diverse and delicious, in the 14 days there was no repeat of the menus. The staff also understood german, the management the ear at the guest and speaks very good german, always cooperative. The outdoor facilities are very well maintained and up to date. To the golf courses flamingo and palm links are only a few minutes' drive away. We are for years staying here and felt very comfortable here.

A shame, the across the street from the airport is not more it is, until finally it is a good 45 minute drive away. The bus to monastir or sousse has a stop at the hotel, taxis are ready, price before start negotiating.

The room is in size and furnishing was very good. The bed (mattress ) is very good. The bathroom is very nice and functional. Bathroom and rooms were daily cleaned very carefully.

The hotel has a main restaurant, a la carte restaurant and a grill restaurant by the beach. In the main restaurant is local, as well as international dishes. The quality is excellent.

In the hotel the word friendliness capitalized. From director to the landlady, always a smile and a friendly word. Exceptional wishes are immediately and all nicely done.

The loungers by the pool and beach are very good. Cushions and towels by the lifeguards immediately provided. Also here the staff is attentive and friendly.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The complex has a free internet hotspot. The all-inclusive package leaves nothing to the imagination. Food and drinks in really good quality.

The hotel is located in monasir -skanes, right on the sandy beach. Until to the center from monatir are with the taxi around 10 to 15 minutes from the metro-station is 5 minutes' walk away from the hotel. The transfer to the airport took about 1 hour.
