Hotel Los Heroes^{(0 stars)}

Already several times at the hotel passed or made a stopover, I spend two days there once. You don't see tropical birds or palms, so you forget there, in Costa Rica and believes, if you are in Switzerland. In the restaurant are cow bells-from the speakers plays music from Switzerland. The hotel has an original Swiss bus and a small church, which one should see. I am not in churches, but this is so wonderful, is located on the hillside, from where you can enjoy a very nice view of the lake and is decorated with beautiful paintings inside. The ... highlight is the small wood train. Here Mr and 3.5 kilometer long railway line A, the high on the mountain. The journey takes each way about 20 minutes, over little bridges and tunnels. There are wonderful views over the entire lake. At the end of the line you the 'Rondo Rama', only in Costa Rica revolving restaurant. I had huge fortunate that at this day after several rainy days a beautiful sunshine prevailed. I could even after many years the volcano Arenal cloudless see. For me, it was a very special experience, because the number of people on the train ride was not available on that day (the day before I did not want to, as it was raining large).
