Attractive hotel away from the beach( about 15 minutes walk ) in the middle of many other hotels. Guests single, couple and family all nationalities mixed. In the hotel bar, supermarket, hairdresser and cosmetics, as well as a 24 hours physician centers. Fitness area and children's playroom, as well as restaurant and pool bar( unfortunately in the late season offer strong limited). read more

    Lucky-good sunny room with a balcony to the pool( there is also many rooms without a balcony or without the sun-to the parking located). Room big, with a sofa and 2 double beds with durchgelegener mattress and a lot of mildew. Bathroom with a bath and hair dryer, but very dirty and furred up. Precaution always have ready. 3 old tattered towels, but every day fresh. Fridge and tv-with 50 programs, of which 5 German channels and at night hardcore pornos on 2 channels unlocked. No safe in the room and air conditioning causes respiratory ailments ( cleaning?). Balcony with a table and 2 plastic chairs, very sunny and nice. Unfortunately very badly soundproofed, but for ordinary concrete buildings normal.

    Breakfast was ok (for three stars sufficient ), coffee appalling in the dining room! -at a charge at the bar great. Half board -took some getting used to. Rather for a few leva eat out on the promenade-where it terribly a lot of pubs returns. Dining room very small, however in the pre-season-or off-season no problem with space. Bar good coffee and good cocktails(2 for 1 during happy hour for 5 leva= 2,50 Euro)

    Absolutely musty staff, mornings in the breakfast room impossible ( tv loud-mit disco channels, staff sits idle rum and smells to ), cleaning staff works well for in advance! Tip, otherwise a cleaning, toilettenpapierbringens and so on ignored (so right upon arrival a few leva personally into your hand press 9, then it worked also with the service. Bar staff nice, front desk was disinterested in guests. General muffeligkeit and interest of the staff-after the motto number, but belästige me not. There are considerable catching up with things service and friendliness.

    Beautiful, however cold pool with children's area and pool bar in the middle. Loungers, old cushions and umbrella, the but unfortunately during my vacation already carried away were (even in the presence of guests was every day diminished, since end of the season)-impossible.

    Peaceful location, there away from the beach. Shops in the area many and small supermarket in the hotel. Concrete high-rises -hotels-apartments all around. Main street on the way to the beach, bus station in the immediate area.

Unfortunately was the safe not in the room. However at the front desk available. A country typical hotel. Of the cleanliness good. Towels are changed every day. Staff are friendly and helpful. Even if not everyone speaks German, with English one can itself by questions. read more

So we were a week and are all in all not complain here and there could you improve just what food and drink for the food subject. But otherwise is really really OK and was a really beautiful vacation the prices are unbeatable. We know an advising against unfortunately only from the room on the 5 floor as you because of the height really loud. Because the hotel with Windabweisern equipped is the very loud whistle. Distance to the beach 5 minutes. Bars / pubs and so on 5 minutes, everything in good and cheaper near the hotel. It fit. ... Gladly anytime again. read more

On the whole good we would stay there again :-) but again only breakfast as it is always the same and probably without the children with children rather a hotel which slides and more for children for playing. read more

The hotel is located in a quiet area, not directly at road and sea. Circa 10 minutes through shopping street to the sea. Chairs and umbrellas on demand at the sea pay daily (4 Euro per piece), which quite expensive summed is. The hotel was clean, only the baths are always fast and disorderly cleaned. The entire hotel had no carpet, each of the outdoors in the hallway langging, its steps you could hear. My child is often by noise from the neighbor room is, as the walls are thin. Tidy sleep is not possible, the annoying after couple of ... days rather. Pool was clean. Staff outside was nice. But the essenspersonal was mostly unfriendly. Food was every 4 days the same. Breakfast every day egg annoying also. To the hotel i would not go back. Many loud young people, because the hotel was cheap. There were a few german guests, mostly russians and bulgarians. But with english you always got along. Gym you must not enter- keimgefahr. read more

The hotel Ivana Palace on Sonnenstrand in Bulgaria offers cheap and good vacation. We had because of bad reviews of the hotel restaurant only overnight stay with breakfast booked. The rolls and the coffee for breakfast took some getting used to, apart from that I can however recommend the hotel. The rooms are all together large and clean, the staff at the hotel speaks good enough English. To the beach you need on foot about 5 minutes the location is very convenient, direct behind the hotel a regular bus drives with the nearby, city worth seeing Nessebar for a total ... cost 50 cents reach can. Furthermore the hotel is surrounded from various bars and restaurants, where you can eat. read more

Hotel: Rooms are with 2 beds, dresser, couch and table, air conditioning, TV, telephone, balcony furniture etc. More than adequate. - front desk was always approachable and friendly (abuses were taken care of immediately) - hotel has its own supermarket ( price are acceptable) 2 bars ( inside and pool bar) where you always friendly served. Pool is in 2 areas ( swimmer and non-swimmer) separated and was cleaned every day. Loungers by the pool are free of charge and reasonable. Umbrella too few available and were partly broken. For breakfast, there is unfortunately everyday the same and tasted rather ... bad. Environment: Beach is approximately 400 meters on foot in 5 minutes easy to reach. Chairs and sunscreens oppose extra charge of the 8 leva per day ( about 4 €) to get. Free beach section ( behind the chairs) was of course also possible. Possibilities for Jet skiing or similar are available for a fee. Bus ride in the area respectively to Nessebar costs merely 1 leva. In restaurants you can take 2 persons for 15 €good eat out. Tour operator ( Tjaereborg): - no problems with transfer or other ( thumbs up) Excursions (over travel guide): Shopping trip to Burgas (22 leva) is very recommendable. Partyboot (55 leva) with beer and sangria for free was way too full and therefore not recommendable. In short: Successful bath and relaxing vacation, where you gladly again would drive. read more

The hotel has us positively surprised. Our request when booking' family room - top Etage' was fulfilled. Very good value for money. Only with breakfast book - dinner should be bad. But there is in the immediate area and along the seafront pub with very good bulgarian and international cuisine - very inexpensive! Tip: fun, food & happy -cocktails ( good mixture 2 for 1 price) in the pub 'friends' -good ambience& very friendly - you immediately feel at home! Apart from that offers the region' sunny beach' much variety for young & old. We will be back... read more

The hotel is amazing, the people friendly. The food is due to the country not for everyone -but there was always fresh vegetables and fruit. Cheese-and cold meat assortment is improved -exactly the selection of drinks. Good coffee there was just at the pool bar. Big praise to the chambermaid -always very polite and have worked well. We would at anytime spend another vacation there. Unfortunately the no pool animation( for example water aerobics or times a tänzchen gave). But it was quiet and very relaxing. Thanks for the lovely vacation. read more

A good hotel to relax, no animation. We always got a beach chair, if we in the morning at the pool went. Altogether the hotel is very good equipped and clean. A safe you can for 5 leva (2,50 Euro) on the day. We recommend however, only overnight stay with breakfast to book, since the food rather unappetizing and is one-sided. There is over the street and on the waterfront enough possibilities to good prices and under a larger selection of food. Actually highly recommendable for relaxing and swimming. Culturally there is in the area rather little, a small ... trip to Nessebar and sveti vlas is worthwhile. read more

Very friendly staff, from the manager to the housekeeping staff, all are always friendly and polite. I had the English put it so nicely, bed and breakfast and I am in one of the many restaurants eat out. Food is matter of taste, there are good and less good restaurants. The white one however only, if one ate there has. In the five star hotels there are à la carte restaurant, the recommendable are. Had the hotel as a basis for beach- and Casinobesuche, as well as excursions in the immediate vicinity. For our expectations it was great and we would drive again there. So you could enjoy the Ivana palace. Unfortunately the breakfast was warmer than the pool. An example of dinner: the noodles were left in the water (in cold water). The breakfast was very English laid out and the service personnel to unfriendly. The table cloths were only once turned over for dinner. A praise for the pool. The pool was always cleaned and was large with plenty of sun loungers. The beach was within walking distance (400m). However, crowded with sunbeds and beach umbrellas (which of course had to be paid). Quite simply: all German came with its own extra bags, Nutella, honey or similar to. Because it was not on the buffet. Otherwise no apples, bananas or oranges. Only Melon, Tomatoes, Cucumbers. I was 2 weeks with a girlfriend on vacation. The way on footh to the beach was 5 minutes, and to the discos bars etc. On foot, you needed not more than 10 minutes The hotel was child-friendly and the staff helpful and nice. Even if not all could speak english, so there was always a german speaking staff nearby. The food was as everywhere in Bulgaria not recommendable. No wide choice. Better only breakfast book and in the restaurant eat out. Rooms were clean, you were every day cleaned and you could also always fresh towels. The bed was ... during the 2 weeks stay 2 times were again referred. The pool was clean and you always got a beach chair. Overall a very succesful vacation!-) read more

Around the hotel, there are really not so bad but always you on the food. A little more comfort would be great, if you want a teaspoon than comfort, because this was never there. Dinner was rather cold and if you don't just around 18,30 'purely' stormed the tables were dirty from the previous guests and the selection of the 'buffet' was even worse.     the room is large & spacious. For women the very much clothes carry also good closets are really big. Air conditioning is also good. There were 4 German channels: per seven, RTL, ZDF & ARD. The balcony was more or less okay, that bothered us were the chairs always dirty appeared but not were dirty... And the other was, the you if you small enough is of balcony to balcony crawl could (there was a gap in the large enough for a small child is) there is on the balcony a drying rack. Now to the bathroom as I have noted, there were rooms the shower and with a bath tub. We had a room with a bath tub. For people who are bigger it will be difficult, as the bath tub is very high. The bathroom was really big & clean. There was a big washbasin. we lived on the fourth floor, the other Side (so not to pool) showed so it was not very loud. The only thing was, it opposite a Jugent /party hotel was every evening parties celebrated. With closed balcony door we have nearly nothing heard.

    Oh well... The breakfast was good. There was lots of choice possibilities for example fried eggs, scrambled eggs, Sausages, cheese, a few types of sausage, 2 fruit drinks (both were very delicious) so in the morning you full. Now but... The dinner was almost always the same: rice, fries, 2 salads, water noodles (were always in the water and were therefore not delicious), from time to time meat and once there was also roasted Peppers. The waiters/ inside have a plate sometimes even while eating was taken. To drink evenings only water! From a gas pump (also after Krahnwasser tasted!) after the vacation had my daughter fed up of fries, as they evenings always fries eaten has!

    I believe we were lucky, because we came from Russia, so you can also Russian. I believe the staff couldn't really good German, except the Manegerin. As the bed our daughter broke and we at the front desk reported, it has on the next day a brand new bed get. Towels were every day changed.

    very nice pool. Only missing a supervision, to photos from the hotel you can see the bridge, the led past the pool. This spring some children in the pool. Actually not so bad, only at the place the pool is about 1.20 meters deep. The couches & mats could be renewed, as many beach chairs are broken and in the corner. The pool bar perfect pizza costs 4 euros and is worthwhile! Really delicious! Beer in Bulgaria is generally cheap. The cocktails were also very delicious and cheap!

    Hotel is very quiet, but close enough at the beach location. Bus station is in 1 minute. On the way to the beach takes you on a 24 hour supermarket at. To the beach we have approximately 5 to 7 minutes used. Very lots of shops, restaurants, bars and so on also in the immediate vicinity.
