Vacation for relaxing after safari on Diani Beach

The Asins, the now Dilli -6 means, was altogether for the beach vacation after the 5-day exciting safari through the national park of Kenya, good. The hotel is unfortunately not directly at the beach and there was also no beach chairs. One must around 5 minutes away on foot to the beach go. The pool is but very nice and you can also very good by the pool relax and swim. The restaurant is very good. The kitchen was totally more delicious and very varied - indian, African, continal food. The staff are very friendly. The money, the one here ... saves, because one not directly at the beach is housed, you can good and useful in excursions invest. Snorkeling on the Wasini Iceland, diving on Tiwi beach, city tour by Mombase and similar. read more

New, about three years old hotel with 26 well equipped rooms in a beautiful and maintained facilities. The owner couple respects itself for cleanliness of the staff and room and swimming pool. It can with breakfast or booked half board will, during our 6-week stay were mostly guests in the middle and in the retirement age present. Younger guests, the animation and entertainment search, the local deals outside use. read more

Enough big room with a safe and tv (unfortunately no german program), fridge, comfortable king double bed with good mattress and mosquito net, as well as modern, powerful and above all silent air conditioning make the vacation nor beautiful!

During our stay were not very lots of guests present, why not buffet was offered. Instead we could our dinner from the menu up to a maximum select. It was indian cuisine european courts will be selected. The amount was so small, that one definitely full. The food was apetizingly arranged and tasted good. For breakfast there was a plate with fresh fruit (banana, pineapple, papaya, mango) unverdünntem fruit juice (oranges- or passionsfruchtsaft ), toast, jams and scrambled eggs, fried eggs or spanish omelet, each with bacon and/or small sausages and beans. The prices for food and drinks are moderate and partly considerably lower than in the large hotels. The Holiday Inn gives a comfortable and peaceful atomsphere. At the weekend offer the friendly owner locals the opportunity, the pool to use and to swim, as there is no public swimming pools. If then a bit more life and kinderlachen to be heard were, so it didn't bother us! Tips are with the staff - like in all hotels - a welcome expression satisfaction the guest and give stimulus, too improve.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, all of them try to make the happiness of the guests. The hotel manager spoke german, with the serving staff you got with the most important words in english to navigate. The roomsteward was spectacular, the room and the big balcony are gefliest and are perfectly kept clean, towels were daily and bed sheets in short distance exchanged. With health problems can nearby Diani-hospital, a european standard equipped privatklinik help

  • Sport & Entertainment
    4.0

Animation or sport are not offered, for young tourist the hotel is only suitable, if you rest and relaxation search. The pool is big enough and the pool-attendant good clean and tidy kept. Sun screens and beach towels by the pool available.

The hotel is about 7 -minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach the Diani-beach on the coast south of Mombasa, about 40 kilometers away from the airport. The short walk to the indian ocean the best staff by taking into consideration the tides did not bother us. Directly at the beach is the restaurant 'Afrika oasis ', the drinks and dishes, but also at an affordable fees beach chairs rented. Shops are in various shopping arcades in distances from 500 meters up to 2 kilometer with matatu ( kenian. Cheap bus) or easy to reach on foot. Next to the hotel entrance there is a serious safarianbieter, in which the entire safariprogramm can be booked.

the rooms are the only good thing in this hotel. They are big and with a refridgerator considering the heat of the coastal side of Kenya. SPECIAL NOTE: 1. hotel has a nice big swimming pool BUT: in the afternoons its opened for school children whose schools have paid for them to use this facility "SWIMMING POOL" and so no chance for you as a guest to enter the pool, trust me they are more than you can imagine. 2: For these school kids they dont need to buy drinks or food from the restaurant, BUT YOU AS A GUEST ... its NOT ALLOWED for you to have your own drinks by the poolside Whe´n you aaneed to drink something you HAVE TO buy from their restaurant, despite the fact that you could have your own drinks from the room or from anywhere before. SO SAD. 3. The waiters hoover or walk around like policemen to check if you have any rinks next to your sunbed, which you did not buy there. Thén they tell you to go and take it back to the room and drink it thee in room and come back and sit at the pool side. 4.The owner is an Asian and his family are the managers. 5. Infront is a supermarket and apartments which are owned by the same person. 6. When we were there the only thing we could hear is NOISE from the workers NEVER WILL TAKE AN AFTERNOON NAP COZ THE KIDS ARE THERE TO SWIM WITH ALL THE NOISE THEY BRING! Cleanliness. Yes its cleaned everyday The services are what i make a big complain. The breakfast which is termed as English breakfast is not so. Sometimes somethings like bacon or sausages or eggs are missing and they say nothing. They like to make it fresh but not alll come out fresh for example the juice, this is just normal nectar´from the supermarket. This breakfast is not worth paying for, its better to eat outside. The meals on offer in the menu are nothing special only kills the hunger, in other words quantity but not quality. The guest no comment! read more

its located at the end of the coastal line in the southcoast of mombasa its one boring place with nothing else around , no places to go and shop or sit and interact with other people , its like you are in your own Island or JAIL. FAR from all good things that we hear about Kenya.
