We were rare in a hotel so friendly and nice welcome. The value for money is excellent and for a short wellness and relaxing holiday is the Swiss House exactly the right address. Whoever wanted hype and action to have would like, will perhaps another hotel book. For peace, relaxation and stress relief may be found, it is almost perfect. read more

The right place once relaxing and verwohnen to leave. Especially pleased, that the guesthouse small and familial is. The location is very good: quiet location on the edge of a forest and yet you are on foot in a few minutes through the park in the main shopping street of Marienbad.

A very quiet and clean hotel, modern rooms, comfortable bathroom, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good, around the city in 10-15 minutes on foot and very peaceful at the edge of a forest. There is a extensive breakfast buffet and varied, digestible good -course menu for dinner. The wellness-and additional in the house is also recommendable: extensive massages, bathrooms, mud packs. A very friendly and german-speaking staff. Really recommendable.
Oh yes. It is a suggestion: would be nice the reference/comment in the hotel description internet providers, that it the sauna (according to your booking only partially) and the payment with a credit card only for an extra charge there is. The friendly staff called a the already on arrival or on demand. But this in advance to know saves a unnecessary discussions.
This is no criticism at the hotel/ staff, as it was an all-round successful stay, we definitely love to stay in the summer repeat.

To our stay at a health spa in November 2011 we came 2012 almost at the same time one again two-week getaway to the Swiss house after marianske lazne back.
And this return was as 'right at home': at our arrival we were already from barbora, the young house's manager, and your employee noemi on the warmest of welcomes. We felt from the first minute comfortable and have been lovingly, absolutely unobtrusive pampered. On our personal characteristics concerning the meal (we are admittedly a bit 'picky' and food not everything-) ) one went without circumstances, you could even at ... the last year expressed wishes remember.
This time inhabited we the apartment nr 1 on the ground floor, which-as the other room -modern, tastefully and nevertheless practically furnished-see photos.
The treatments were very professional and reliable good way by the two medical gymnasts Kristina and Gabi carried out. Everything was in a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere from, that is for us an important positive criterion, since we from other hotels in marianske lazne partly differently to know.
The breakfast buffet is for a hotel of this size very extensive and offers something for everyone. The crowning each day is then the dinner: a three-course -menu with:
- a appetizer, generally salad, for ' sonderwunschgäste '-) instead also a soup,
- a main course from the bohemian or international cuisine and
- a dessert, the one actually needs, because you'have already so full, but the sweet tempting fragrance of bohemian liwanzen, pancakes, apple dumpling and so on persuaded a then nevertheless.
It was excellent again in the Swiss house enjoyed it, and we would like to extend the warmest thanks to the Swiss house team Barbara, ludvík, noemi, Andrea, zdeněk, drahuška,
Gabriela, kristýnka, míla, evička, jarmilka and tom swisík-) thank you.

For us it was the first spa - vacation at all. Surely still some in addition. From the first minute to the adoption for us it was a friendly and cozy ambiance. The food, (breakfast and dinner), were simply super! The treatments in the wellness area were also very relaxing. All in all it was a really great vacation. Was.

I two nice and relaxing weeks. The hotel offers many spa treatments. The location is very quiet at the edge of the forest, where you can have a great walk. Nearby there is two mineral springs. To the city center it is however somewhat far (20-25 minutes walk). The apartment, the we had was really big! The furnishing in the house is very nice, with attention to detail. The fireplace in the lobby makes a cosy atmosphere. Although the restaurant the bohemian cuisine, which many meat courts has, i as a vegetarian every evening something new one, in particular for ... me was cooked. And it was mostly very good! read more

The hotel Swiss house is small, but fine. It is affectionately furnished. The outdoor facilities are beautifully laid out. Car park directly in front of the house. The stay was to us as a couple actually very nice. Marienbad and above all the area offers very nice possibilities in nature to hiking or exercise. The house is with its 12 rooms pleasantly small and therefore never crowded.
Unprofessional management by the two Young operator:
1. on the website is amongst others the possibility the payment with credit syndromal:
' you can enjoy your hotel bill in advance, via bank transfer or but also departure, in cash or by credit/check card settle.'
Only place the guest is then comment at check in informed, with payments depending on ... the card type A surcharge to the regular price from the customers to pay was. Friendly we have the management on this issue and were afterwards very unfriendly treatment. Both the fact is cheating and their dealings with us as guests was, in this regard, rude.
On my instruction, the additional fees both on the homepage, as well as in the Bestätigungsemails to the guests to name but a few, was told, that allows it is. The guest so deliberately lied to?
2. As described it is a very small hotel. As such it should in our opinion only the guests were available. Unfortunately were lots of spaces regularly by the boss, his wife and his father and monitoring manned. The only, the I regularly -even in new small winter garden- smoke looked and smelled the manager was. According to in the otherwise quiet garden telephoning you could get only the chef or the head See/hear.
During a relaxing massage rang sudden a cell phone before the massage room. With loud calls in the spa area on the doorstep to the massage interrupted the chef for some time (despite instruction the masseuse) a relaxing massage. read more
