Rather small hotel with 2 pool areas, a covered, a pool bar and slide. Decor very old and run-down, a lot broken. Altogether very filthy impression, waste lies very far around. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is served in a large hall, which looked like a cafeteria, offered. Had all inclusive. Food was sufficiently available however always the same. Table-ware often dirty, drink you had to from plastic cups. At the pool bar there for beer etc. Very small glasses or usual plastic cup. Large glasses are almost not available. Annoying after 2 sip beer from a plastic cup the ... beer etc. Restock to leave. read more

    Mini -safe available, costs extra (2 Euro per day). Room-, bathroom and size of balcony ok. Beautiful view of the sea. Warm water limited in time. In the morning, 5 hours until o'clock, lunch 12 hours until o'clock, evenings on 17 hours until o'clock. TV with ARD and ZDF available. Tv-quality was ok. Air conditioning available, which in the light black dirt out blown has. At the mattresses the feathers at rausgestanden. Sheets and towels were stained... Simply disgusting.

    The staff's hospitality very forced over. Knowledge of German are rather poor and you have to usually help with English. Russian is a lot better spoken respectively understood. The kioskmensch made a huge effort ( had extra elsewhere details in/out privileges, which he does not have in its kiosk leads without additional cost). Bathroom was average clean. On closer look at flaws, for example mirror not cleaned, stains... Bed sheet and towels were mostly with stains. Bathroom was only sometimes cleaned. After we other German guests noticed, that complaints no improvement is ( bed sheets and towels still dirty), we have resigned ourselves. This guests after which the tour operator had weighted, after 3 days into another hotel transferred. We would have the location at the start better overlooks, we had these guests attached.

    The chairs by the pool are occupied already very early. Directly after the breakfast very loud dance, techno and rap -music... Here you can not sleep in. Entertainment program every evening on turkish or Russian. Very noisy. Also with closed door almost impossible tv to hear.

    Way to the beach very short, but steep. Beach very littered. Old loungers with dirty cushions. Sun screens available, partly broken. ' beach bar' with ancient coffee machines and water- and juice dispenser. Both were rather unhygienic. Coffee not enjoyable. Snacks there was no, although in the brochure promised. Shower available. Nearby there is only a street with the usual poor quality and overpriced souvenirs. No local shops in which you for example fresh groceries. Suntan creams 5 €, a bottle of wine 10 €, tin ice cream 1.50 Euro. Excursions directly from the travel agent, remember rather at coffee trips. Everything totally overpriced for example a photo from the rafting 4 Euro. To Alanya circa 12 kilometer with the Dolmuş ( coach) cheap and easy to reach. There also the mentioned shops and some sights as the red tower and the castle.

It is incredible the this hotel still offered Considering it for 140 €more a 5 star hotel from all the finest gets then i really don't understand the world not anymore. The stands in no relation. read more

The hotel we have for a week booked, when we arrived there met us fainted, the mold, staff unfriendly, it insulted us literally, the food respectively the sausage was so bad, that they were already zusammenrollte, no matter where one was, everything was dirty, manager of the hotel very aggressive and was with complaints handgreiflich. The beds were with vacation beginning not changed (after consultation with other guests not ) the food was bad and without any variety. At the plate I child was, between pieces of melon, a dead cockroach. The coffee- respectively drinks machine worked often not, respectively always got not refilled. I had the impression, the hotel could every moment go bankrupt. read more

Wonderful hotel by the beach great service. Very friendly staff, delicious dishes. Wonderful breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice, varied healthy buffet. Very recommendable, if you only want to relax. We had room with a view of the sea, was uniquely beautiful. We really enjoyed our vacation in this hotel. In any case we can recommend with a clear conscience! read more

    Thanks to the cleanliness and quality of the food, we all have at least diarrhea suffered. Unfortunately I was there mean bacterias, so I with a stomachache almost for and diarrhea the half vacation in the room had to stay. Rolls from the table were collected and spent. No one should not times 1 star this hotel is everything bloody have no 24 hours stand and am in a 5 star hotel. An impertinence food, pool, air conditioning, and rooms. Table broken no climate walls and carpets disgusting. I thought three stars i expect no luxury, but at least cleanliness and reasonably good food. Not even cutlery there was drinks not to mention even a guesthouse is better. I think it is a mess the people lie i was referring to some ratings never again. We were already the fourth time in blue night. The staff are very friendly, by the pool seems the sun from sunrise to sunset, you can Hammam and sometimes the sauna use, there is a water slide and you can take a lovely in the mountains go for a stroll. In about 5 minutes away there is a beautiful Bay to the a new promenade runs. We had ourselves made again relaxed very well and would come again next year. read more

the hotel is absolutely according to the value for money. It is a very informal House with pleasant private flair. For 3 stars absolutely sufficient. It gives everything which one wishes itself. The premises are comfortable and especially always very clean. The rooms all have view of the sea and tv. ( in case you need it ) a beautiful bath and all in all comfortable. read more

    The service there was really nothing to complain about. You were always kindly treated... Greeted and catered for. At this point there is a greeting at Veli, with its very good German personally for all wishes uses.

    the hotel lies on a hill easily overcome. On foot one is in 3 minutes on a very nice beach. Close to the hotel are options for shopping and small restaurants. all in all very good location.

All in all a beautiful vacation. However, the differences are pre and post season very large. (we were there last year). The staff is nice and accommodating, as well as very helpful. The entertainment left a lot to be desired, because Techno music all day by the pool it is not funny. (is perhaps because of the age).about the food you can argue again and again on the new, as you can probably never be all things to all people, but the price-performance behavior is true. The travel agent refused to give us, the hotel doesn't sell. For the money, you can probably not expecting too much, only three stars (six days 400 €). But only two. The children's corner is a nightmare, dirty and broken. The ping pong table was broken on the floor. Cleaner came down walls, stairs make hazard. Tables in the lobby thats disgusting sticky-no one cleans. Sheets with red and yellow stains. Elevator Danger. Balcony to enjoy the view at the ceiling = 0. Travel guide was roughly offended. Food monotonous, a court but always. Unfortunately it was a day off ... and my friend had three days cramps. The hotel manager is however nice and makes every effort. Still in the hotel much to be done. After our complaints. much 'Beweisver not ng' -but I hope for the new guests. read more
