Whoever search after Tuscany is pure and the rural idyllic quiet searches, is here in good hands.
Initially the positive thing (sense):
-the former wine-growing estate captivates because of its location in the middle of the Tuscan hills off the beaten track the tourism dreamlike view.
-the hostess (Paula) is very nice, very helpful and speaks for an Italian good English.
- beautiful pool, well maintained
- child-friendly ambience: can loose (caution pool), lots of animals (Horses, lizards, frogs etc.), small playground, 2 small daughters on the weekend of host family
-deluxe apartment large and comfortable( however without a ... terrace only with gazebo), well equipped, although detergent and reasonFood (salt etc.) completely missing
- about 30 minutes to volterra and as well as on the coast
- value for money in the low season (September) very good
Negative:
-3-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with its own terrace (but the hillside to the north) and only 2 square meters bathroom ( way too small for family!). => after complaining without extra charge the deluxe apartment changed
- cleanliness so so: superficially OK, but a closer look a bit blowzy
Very clairaudient house, so that one other guests unfortunately very good overhead
- complex is located in the middle of nowhere, that is to say 6 minutes Schotterpiste to the small road and more about 15 minutes to the larger Landstr. Direction Volterra. One needs thus always at least 30 minutes, from A to B to come.
In short: if you 100% Tuscany ambience- off the beaten track the tourism-and the longer Drives not afraid, is very in good hands. Also as a family with 2 children. read more
