Vch -hotel, under personal supervision of the couple is to say, the (almost) everything. Who absolute peace searches, no variety in and around the hotel needs and not disabled mind, that is in very good hands, also with children. Pleasant half board-price, unfortunately no indoor pool. read more

We are a couple in a wheelchair and had our assistance dog. The room was just large enough for two wheel. The tube TV should replace as well as inconvenient hair dryer in the bathroom. The bathroom is in good condition, only missing a shower or a wheel chair folding seat for. wall (am paraplegic) friendly service in the restaurant and at the front desk. The price is a bit high in my opinion, we had rented directly through the hotel and paid the rack rate booked. We are repeat customers and have stayed several times with different groups of ... disabled in the hotel and would definitely come back! read more

Rooms are bright and spacious with safe/tv/balcony. Bathroom was large with a large shower. Everything was very clean. Half-board with 4-course menu for dinner (soup, salad, main course, dessert) with a very varied cuisine. Everything was very delicious, plentiful and lovingly prepared. A Punktverlust for the breakfast buffet. There could be more variety of cold meats/ham be ordered. A hotel bar in the original sense does not exist. However, there is a bistro in the lobby. The staff was polite and accommodating. The car can in the public garage under the hotel will be turned off. The centre of Interlaken ... is within a few minutes to reach. (nice walk). A bus stop in front of the hotel, the centre and the sites both train stations. Of the guests card with (to be issued by the hotel) the bus line to use on site free of charge. During our stay, there were mainly older guests and old. We advise, on the homepage of the hotel artos to ask. We would check in again at any time in the hotel artos. read more

We stayed as a group headed 12-at short notice for a weekend. The infrastructure of the hotel is ideal, the rooms bright and friendly. We were served by very accommodating and friendly service staff. Our special request, to late hour to get served a small snack, has also been complied with. All were completely satisfied. read more

The hotel does not have a bar but you can order drinks with dinnerThe hotel is in a quite location five minutes walk across the green to bars & resterauants and in the other direction 5 minutes from Hauptstrasse were all the younger find plenty of night life.If you want to be in the middle of everything the Artos is not for you, but to me it is ideal, it is in a very nice quite location but a short walk from every thing you could want. The food is very well presented and cooked but you only ... have 2 options on main courses.The wellness centre is great after a hard days skiimg with saunas and steam rooms etc. read more

    Everything totally optimally, very good, international kitchen style, very varied meals; especially the variety during the breakfast buffet, where you have an adequate supply.

    Always helpful, excellent foreign speaking; optimal room cleaning, check-in very difficult after 11:00 p.m., because the reception desk is not occupied anymore; also not reachable by telephone in the rooms anymore, because no direct dialing is possible + the telephone switchboard is not occupied until 6 in the morning.
