This was our 2. time with our dackeldame Mona in this beautiful hotel and again very satisfied. We say very warm: thank you! Here humans and animals not only as kings, but as kaiser treated. 2 befriended couples, which we the hotel recommended had, were also very positively surprised. We will definitely book the hotel again and can only recommend it! Highlights: Very decent and friendly staff in all areas No problems what so ever communicating Very delicious and varied food Spacious apartments with all, what humans and animals need People with handicabs will be well Absolute cleanliness in all ... areas Dogs up to 5 kilos are welcome Ideal proximity to the beach Peaceful location Shopping, entertainment and medical service in the immediate area read more

Per: large. Spacious apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms From 2 large balconies a wonderful panoramic view over the entire bay. Great! Friendly staff. Cons: the hotel is outdated, this shows stains on the carpets, rusty ferules and so on would do a complete overhaul not. In short: in spite of the flaws very recommendable. The location of the hotel, especially to the beach, to the bus station, to shops and restaurants and bars is very good. The beach was clean, very flat into the sea and the water is crystal clear. Our apartment was for five persons large enough and with two bathrooms and all the facilities of our needs and the catalog accordingly. To us the breakfast was and especially the dinner very diverse and tastefully. Especially the dessert (16 different) with cakes, Pudding, fruits and ice was for the kids very popular. For the three stars we have a great and relaxing ... vacation spend. If other tourist complain about, they should perhaps a few star more book. We can recommend the hotel. read more

Very nice hotel with very friendly waiters. Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms +2 bathrooms and large living -dining room. Completely equipped mini -kitchen. Very large balcony. Well maintained outdoor area with big fresh water pool, tennis and pool. Just a few meters to the wide, fine sandy beach. On the southern edge of town located next to a park with beach promenade without through traffic. We have with our children (11, 13 and 15 years) very comfortable and would choose the hotel anytime again and recommend! read more

The hotel is in its size manageable-which definitely not from disadvantage is. For a 3 star hotel is the food (breakfast as well the dinner) really reasonable! The apartment is except on mondays cleaned daily - the entire floor area is tiled, no carpets with undefined stains as in many other hotels available! The hotel is after our information from november renovated - the is however also necessary, since some details not the current requirementsfor example a bath with a shower curtain at older guests very difficult in a and exit! My wife and i agree with some comments ... to, if it means: a good, but in the years come hotel! We are looking forward to every case on the time after the renovation and are already very tense! read more

    The size the apartments is really reasonable, the furnishing is however a bit dated, also as already mentioned, the bathroom. The balcony is in its great size - with a table and four chairs and a small drying possibility for the 'small laundry'

    Also here we were satisfied in puncto meal, cleanliness in the restaurant (the service was every time lightning, when it comes to the clearing away of empty eaten plates or the used cutlery and so on was) it was almost amusing, if suddenly the plates or the cutlery was missing) What we not good are, is the all-evening sign with zimmernummerangabe for the drinks-here there was certainly A room for improvement!

    The staff is absolutely reasonable, whether it at the front desk, in the restaurant or was - everybody was nice, helpful and of german very powerful! Some employees are already long years in this hotel busy (partly 14 years!) The spoke for a good hotel!

The hotel is recommendable, staff is friendly and helpful, to complain about is the bathroom. It would be urgently neccessary the bathtub to remove and a shower to build. Breakfast and dinner in my opinion varied and tastefully. Serving staff very attentive and accommodating. In my opinion should the wlanbereich be broadened further and not only in the lobby receptible. read more

We were already 3 times in the hotel, what i after 3 years are frightening, that it for 4 years with 4 stars in all catalogs is advertised, it was only a three stars house has? We take the hotel only, because we the whole day in Mallorca preferred mode, we have only breakfast, there the dinner very poor and the taste is not good. Last year i have hair on the melons for breakfast had, even if it from a guest was, must the staff also in a three stars house 8. In this hotel are lots of old ... regulars wast only 60 years. Who the island want to see and there only, has a really tidy three stars house, but not more, the location is simply great one minute not yet times to the beach, also in the town one is in 5 minutes which is great. The hotel should about the cleaning work, 4 stars definitely not for three stars it is okay. The whole staff are very friendly and super nice. All together a simple hotel. read more

Good hotel, central location otherwise easy access to the highway. The beach is beautiful flat. There is also a small shopping arcade available and you in the evening many possibilities to go out. read more

The hotel Mercedes, the in Cala Millor widespread hipotels group, has a very pleasant size with only 96 rooms, which makes it in the hotel in comparison to the partly much larger hotels in the area informal and talked with the distances didn't seem so far. The notorious' massenspeisungen ' in partly several layers on the food buffet remain here so luckily from. The Mercedes features the category three stars ( country category) and has a special feature apartmentartige room with two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as kitchenette. This was the biggest reason for us, as we had ... baby and father-in-law were out and thus also the opportunity we wanted a porridge or milk in the room to prepare and not every time at the front desk to have. Furthermore we wanted our father-in-law not entrust two weeks on the usual sofa-beds to spend, that is why the option with second, full bedroom and second bath very convenient. During our stay beginning September were the guests mostly retirees and families with small children, which in the nachurlaubszeit no surprise was.     As described we have an apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as combined living/ kitchen area booked (postingtype: apx2). Supposedly the apartment 75 meters² have, the but even by sometimes calculate tips of the really big balcony not and was rather in the direction of 55 meters². To the furnishings of the room belong telephone, hair dryer, liable to pay the costs safe ( Euro 2, -on the day ), kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine and rinse, as well as geschirrgrundausstattung. A flat screen tv with all the major German programs and air conditioning in every room. The furnishings the suite and the bath are mediterranean sober and the furniture is partly also already quite run-down and are safe from the initial nineties. The baths are with shower/tub combination and bidet. Also here are the sign of the times recognizable by broken joints, broken on mirror and here and there breakages on the marble. Altogether still ok, but rather a satisfactory as well. Beds and linens were ok, with quite hard mattress, what personally liked better than soft, lumpy mattresses. The rooms respectively the whole hotel is extremely clairaudient. When the cleaning lady in the next room furniture moves, you get the feeling, it is in the own room action. Also conversation from our neighbors can partly with persecuted. And also by the thin doors and window urgently noise of outside a (see kneipenbeschallung above). Unfortunately there are on the rooms no clean-functioning wireless internet. However I could hotspot find, this worked but a) not reliable and was b) only for half an hour per day free of charge. Apart from that is only in the hotel lobby a internet-terminal, as well as wi-fi ( both subject to a charge) available. All together not anymore.

    All of the staff, wether at the front desk, in the restaurant or the cleaning ladies were always very friendly. Most of them speak German so that the communication not a problem at all is. The service was unfortunately no that great. It was always only a very minimal cleaning made so that under beds and sofas or accumulation of dirt the last months were. In addition stains in the bathroom and on the furniture, which probably never wiped, combined with unappetizing hair. The same goes for the dining room, where we on the floor under the table the same breadcrumb find could already two days previously.

    The hotel is about 45-minute drive from Palma and away from the airport and is located at the southern end of the almost exclusively the tourism dedicated town Cala Millor. Everything is completely naturally, as so often on Mallorca, in German signs and it is also everywhere speak German. The hotel lies just across the promenade directly on the fine, white sandy beach. On the back there is a shopping street with restaurants, which unfortunately from about 20 until 1 am to a unpleasant loud constant music runs. Just a five-minute walk away city center you will find apart from that everything, what the tourist heart desires there, as a really big pedestrian precinct with all possible boutiques, supermarkets, German doctors, as well as the usual gift shops. Note: According to catalog 4 stars= country category three stars. In the rooms expected us a very unpleasant odor. In the closet smelled it. The food was unfortunately often lukewarm and tasteless. The food repeated too often. No show cooking. The plates were partly dirty. The staff in the dining room was many a time unfriendly. The hotel is actually located conveniently located in the shopping street, thus it is but also evenings very loud. Even if the view from the balcony it was nice, we would not book this hotel again. read more

    The hotel we have extra because of the apartment for 2a 4 persons elective. In Cala Millor does not exist many apart -hotel in the first row. Good facilities with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room and beautiful balcony with side view of the sea. It was six times the week cleaned. Condition: in our opinion very good. World already many also 4 and five star hotels had, the not so good. Safe there are for 12 Euro per week.

    The beach and pool was very clean. Stayed in the pool area sufficient loungers and umbrella available, even if you late pool came. There was however as almost in every hotel guests, the already before breakfast 'their' liege reserved. The loungers were very comfortable. At the beach cost a chair and an umbrella per day the 4,-Euro. The number was also sufficient, only on weekends, you should a lot. Somewhat in former times again.     The location is perfect. Directly at the beach and in a few minutes in the pedestrian area with shops, bars and everything the tourist needs. We were already for the 3 time in Cala Millor, because it was very family friendly, no annoying traffic, fantastic beach and beautiful, long promenade. After the last time negative reviews we were a bit skeptical. But as we all fo had, we were very positively surprised. We had at all nothing to complain about. The staff were very friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel and in the apartment was very good. The food was very plentiful and diverse. If you something to moan about has, the I can't understand. The location was optimal, wonderful beach and crystal clear sea. There are two pub, one at the beach and one on the road, each opposite the hotel. From this pub comes evenings really loud ... music, so until about 12:00 P. M. Depending on where your room is it quite loud, if you go to sleep early and a light sleeper, the I recommend ear Plugs. ( or one celebrates with). We would go back anytime. read more

A somewhat older hotel, which is modernised, but some things one already sees the age ( for example carpeting material the hotel corridors and the sofa looked somewhat worn out). The hotel has a pleasant size -96 room – not too small and not too big. So it was the ambiance in the restaurant and in other areas ( pool, children's playground, bar) relaxed, although the hotel full seemed to be. Even if the no designer hotel was ( we also did not expected) and not newly renovated, it is both visually, as well as functional really reasonable been: clean and tidy, the furniture comfortable and in good condition.     We had an apartment in the airy 4. the stick. There are only two elevators, but we had to leave almost never waiting on you. The highlight of the apartments for us was the beautiful big balcony with a large table and four chairs, with a drying rack and (the most important) a great view of the sea, the promenade and the town. The apartment was practically and separate bedroom and living room to us with two small children excellent. Exactly handy clean and good cooling fridge, the we also constantly used, because we booked half board. The cooler -nice was practical and in good condition. We had no kettle, what however not a problem was, you can very quickly a little water also in a pot cook. The cleanliness in the room was not perfect, but sufficient, the bed linen perfectly clean and it was in our week of the stay changed once. The mattresses and pillows in good condition: not muffelnd and not worn out.

I would not call, which we with the buffet saw, but I can say, everything which we tried, was very good. So - even when the hotel than 4 stars is sold, the gastronomy is very good! ( for 3 star more to praise!)

    The staff ( all, whether it was the maids or waiter and so on) always very friendly, we can only praise! Improved the quality the cleaning of the rooms, but that was not that bad either. We found it a shame that even a guest lounge below in the hotel only liable to pay the costs wi-fi was. We had no additional needs.

    The entertainment in the hotel organized zhivko. He was nice and not pushy, our kids (4 and 2-years-old) liked immediately and the mini disco with him was with us feast in the program.     We can lots of negative reviews at this point not really understand. If I have a 5-star -kitchen expect, I cannot three star hotel book. We found the very varied food and not overcooked. Every day there was fish and meat with different side dishes like potatoes, noodles or rice, a varied salad -and a great desserts buffet with much fresh fruit, ice and different cakes. Thursday was always a gala diner with a tapas-corner. The drinks prices are relatively normal. Also the breakfast was very diverse with american breakfast and sundays there were even sparkling wine, even delicious tasted.

Food far from enough variety and way too fatty. Partly was the milk or the cheese sour. For dinner one must the beverages are charged. The dishes not always definitely clean. The towels were our 2 week stay only 3 times exchanged. To top it off in our stay we had also the luck, a water heater broken and we without which one it to us voluntarily ... wrote with Kloakenstinkendem water to shower had. Also we as a family loved this water affected: my husband, our son and our daughter during our Aufenthaltskrank and it has only at home caught. We were with our small daughter the first time in the vacation. Felt loud Neckermann Catalog 4 *hotel Mercedes good, when we arrived prangten only 3 * at the wall of the house. The food was OK if you a week from fries and other Fingerfoot fed. Cakes and ice offer was perfect. The staff were really nice if it was to criticize was it was immediately dealt with. The apartment 202 was by the size and facilities adequate only from 8:00 P. M. is very loud, because 2 bars in the immediate area the bet until 24:00 ... o'clock live music play. The state of the hotel is for the years still OK, but it is time that what will be made. The beach on your doorstep was super and also for our young daughter suited. On the whole if you a few drawbacks with the loud music at night the hotel you can partially recommend. In the last week of August 2012 we were (2 adults, 2 children) for the first time on Mallorca and our vacation very much enjoyed. We booked half board. On the food we enjoyed every morning and evening happy. It was very diverse and was very good. I occasionally with salt reapeated, the enjoyment of the meal that has however not diminished. Absolute highlight was the beach: the sand was very clean and the sea just amazing with its Turquoise, crystal clear and warm (> 25 degrees ) water. Our apartment was in the 6th floor and had a view ... of the sea ( I believe, that all rooms in the hotel Mercedes direct or lateral view of the sea have). From this perspective, the color of the sea especially good the type-approval. During the day and evenings enjoyed our kids (8 and 10 years) to in the pool, in the table tennis or pool. Especially good it pleased me, that it at the hotel Mercedes not a party hotel with rigorous animation for the adults acts. The atmosphere was rather solid, but nevertheless hopping and enjoyable. May we therefore at night as well always sleep well. Except sound wasn't hear much. The staff were without exception always very friendly and could also speak a bit of German. I am actually thrilled by the cleanliness and the service in the hotel. Unfortunately we had the problem with the tap water with a technical problem contaminated was. The information to the hotel guests took place 3 days later. This in turn led some guests to intestine -problems, also with us. Apart from that it is actually very recommendable. Surprisingly was, that there were always plenty of chairs by the pool was. In the dining area ( hall and terrace) were also always empty and set tables to have. It was a pity that it Wi-Fi only in the lobby ... was. Neighboring hotels were even on our hotel terrace receptible. Evenings and at night it was on the rooms quiet.
