    Size very responding. Cleanliness ok. Wide wardrobe and large schuhfachbereich. You should like in a home feel. The beds are very good and pleasant. Tv also room is very attractive. Wireless internet in the room. Great. Very quiet. Great and relaxing.

    The bathroom, the spa and relaxation area are very modern and very attractive. The peace and quiet the relaxation area were always respected and adhered to. Sauna: it should in this poor condition be locked (broken jacuzzi, no water, no fruits, no windows, leaky sauna). But we know from the construction and hope, that the new sauna are very modern and with a view to nature will be opened. Relaxation room: ants in the tea corner (even in the basket of food/tea bags). Door with poorly adjusted shutter (slams always... In the 'quiet room'). Spa: very bad knowledge of german (here we expect clear austrian staff spa with austrian feeling, which is why we also book). The friendliness is weak and should straight very good are. Eiskammer : was at the front desk booked (as front desk spa not occupied). The front desk we did not on the schuhtragpflicht informed, what with a short information sheet sure to optimize would be. We had to already masked right again reversed and the shoes in the room get. White towels: if white towels be missing it replaces. The bring -staff is but not motivated. In the relaxation room the towels on the beds thrown (relaxation room).     In the heart of the community, the nature of the buildings (gabled roofs, facades) strictly observed, which gave us a very pleasant, ferienfreundlichen impression. The zone around the hotel lived with the market, the shops and the restaurants really on.

If you on vacation runs i have some expectations a 4 stars hotels. It is also not our fault that the hotel still in the eingwöhnungsphase is here serious mistake happen. I finally have a vacation and me not only having to be worried. I pay for my stay! If i then also during dinner 25 minutes have to wait until i was served-i then the waiter notice must, if he finally once our orders your orders, then this will also no romantikdinner more! In the bar would be often another drinks had. If the waiter again with us by ... look. Also it would be beautiful if the maid in the morning not constantly knock would around the room to make. With best conscience i can recommend about this hotel advise you not to go there. The service is dog-miserably. Although all of the staff friendly and gave their best, the results are sobering-partly because of of incompetence or because they simply from the management be left in the lurch. A hotel guidance, the complaints competent and abuses eliminated, isn't available (or not visible). All in all, the hotel management very amateurish. The price from € 320 a night is by far too high for this achievement and bordered on rip-off. To mention is, that this formerly family-run hotel recently from ... a larger hotel group has been adopted, and it seems, that now more on mass and commerce as on happy guests importance. First however the positive thing: the hotel has a top location in the middle of Seefeld. Lots of shops and restaurants, as well as the train station are in the immediate vicinity. The ski resorts are a little outside, however there is a free ski-bus available. All areas of the hotel are clean. The spa area, and the swimming pool are extra-class, almost even over-sized. You can clearly see, that from the previous owners much was invested. The booked massages and treatments in the spa area were very good. The à-la-carte restaurant is very nice, we have very good dining and the service is good. Most of the hotel staff are friendly and always make an effort. At check in was the 'concierge' (was probably the caretaker) with the luggage 'helpful' and left our clothes on the schmutztigen floor grinding, we had for the first time intervention. A first foretaste of what, what we should expect. Our room was very old and not a 4 star hotel standard (that decor, closets go out of the glue, noisy). Also the bathroom has its best time behind itself (foehn function not at all, ancient fixtures, water temperature in the shower varies constantly). The quality the room service varied from day to day-despite contemplators tip. In over 60% of the cases we had to the room service at the front desk complain about and for rework ask. The breakfast is acceptable. The ' homemade sweet treats' in the afternoon mostly simply the desserts the last 3-4 days (not only of vortags!). Neither fresh still warm dishes are available. During dinner we had no complaints, it was always very tasty for us. However, we were 40% eat out. In the restaurant it was then really funny: food and menus have been completely confounded, the waiters knew the tischnummern not and food were at the wrong tables serves. On 2. evening they refused to give us three times in a row (always another waiter) the dessert serve, although we every time polite pointed out, that we have always on the main waiting (small tip on the edge: a quick look at the still remaining cutlery helps with the allocation of course). It was the impression, that many employees never as server were active and not by ramses were. That is a great shame, as already said, were all friendly and tried hard. The sauna area is separate from the rest of the spa area, completely outdated and in need of a renovation (was supposed to be in the year 2014 happen). Sauna and steam bath are only at 15 o'clock online, there are only about 10 (in words: ten!) Towels for all of the guest ready. Refilled in the daytime is not. Drinks or even fresh fruits: none. There are, nevertheless, in the area of the spa's tea, however also neither water nor fruit. This you had to if necessary from the massage area, but due to the clairaudience of the treatment rooms in turn very annoying for the guests. The ski cellar is way too small and thus always crowded. The room was not ventilated and smelled very musty. Not what you from a 4 star hotel in an olympic region All in all it was a great shame, because the hotel has very good conditions and could be a real jewel to be. Here and there a renovation and the building of a genuine gästeservices. It is to be feared, that is not a lot to do, if you noticed, as previous (constructive) complaints ignored or simply indifferent received, without that then something happens. The reactions to the previous feedback on this platform do not bode (to blame are apparently always the other). There is actually only one capture Alpenhotel. Case in love? Never again! read more

With arrival we had to the room because of poor cleaning complain, the from the hotel foud getränkerechnungen were wrong several times, the waiters was not well trained nor of german powerful. The sauna area was outdated, way too small and a 4 star hotel not appropriate. Our complaints were not heard. The building makes a ' ungeführten' impression, no one is responsible, according to behave the mostly russian guests (noise in the sauna, raving children in the pool, although the area for persons under 16 years is locked). Particularly unpleasant was the waiters, the us in spanish, english, but ... not on german 'served'. The breakfast complimented more like a bed and breakfast than a 4 star hotel. In our conversation with the manager we were not asked, what we didn't like came after us in any way contrary to. We were simply said, we can in another kaltschmid-move to the hotel, what a 3-day stay with two babies totally unacceptable was. At a price of € 300 a night and room plus week final addition the height of the impertinence. For us an absolute letdown and no way further recommendable. read more

However hardly soundproofed, so we were greeted every morning by the staubsaugern the putzequipe or the guests in the hallway woke us up. The sauna was ancient and unhygienic-contrary to the message on the website the claim that it is already newly, this part will be only in 2014 renovated. The service in the restaurant (we had the ' kuschelpension' = half board) was incredibly unprofessional and chaotic. For a so called 4 star hotel not appropriate. We ... missed the austrian hospitality completely! read more

    The suite was large and the bed comfortable. Minibar was not filled. The toilet seemed hardly an airco to have, which is not very pleasant is, if no window is available and the toilet direct into the room leads. Acoustic insulation lacking the hallway. Room was clean.

The restaurant staff was completely unprofessional and clearly not run. The attention and friendliness were miserable and we have never stayed in a 4 star hotel this bad service experienced. A good, central star hotel. The new concept of new owner is however not convincingly. It lacks experience and broadcasting of the very young führungspersonals. An exception are the very friendly and also able employees in the restaurant area. Unfortunately, that the renovation of the sauna in the year 2014 attracts. Very bad is the ski room: small, dirty and moldy! Apart from that is the building but very clean. We hope, that the team quickly learn, as you with guests and you new konzeot'case in love' also convincing can represent. We will be there for given time to try ... out. read more

The 'Alpenhotel case in love' would like a romantic hotel for lovers and coincides with this concept to a large extent by. On the one hand, the organization in nearly all areas of serious shortcomings. On the other hand, the infrastructure only partially to the needs of couples oriented, which drinks in a cosy ambience: the starts at the spa and in the dining room on. The hotel rooms in the new part the hotel assets the expectations most likely to satisfy. Especially the bath with rain shower, relatively large bath and designerlavabo is quite chic. The interior in the ... dining room does not the handwriting of romantikhotel for lovers. The furnishing is quite dated. Most pictures on the internet and in the advertizing brochures come from the smart à la carte restaurant, for which you have to pay extra. Tables for two are in the dining room limited. A romantic tète รâ tète during dinner? If's stupid comes (as in our case) inform the table with other guests (only in our 3. evening there was a table for two free). The promised drinks left on the way. The food is good, but not as refined, that it back must. The waiters is friendly and tried very hard, but partly badly organized. Individual coworkers speak a word of german. The modern swimming pool was in the first days of our stay not only badly heated or. The massagedüsen and sprudelbänke were the whole time dead (we have that very closely monitored). Relevant complaints at the front desk were left without success. The sauna area, grandiose than kuschelsauna advertised, is an old, dumpy cellar hole and spatially from the pool separated. To of the pool sauna is, is one by the whole hotel. Guess what, why the sauna on the internet and in the brochures not shown is. This hotel is simply only widerlich. We were very disappointed of our stay. Convenient every day we had something to complain about. We are usually not so, but we couldn't different. Everything you had to organise yourself. All you had to afterwards jump. We had to ourselves check where the dining room is. The toilet was not clean at our arrival. The welcome gift and promised kuschelsekt we (after we asked!) First on the 3. day received. And instead of us to the room to take, if we fort were, they gave us gotten from the bed and 4 times knock. The service in the restaurant ... was chaotic. Sometimes you had to relatively long on his next course wait. The sauna area is also very old, small and not in a very good condition. The swimming pool would have been nice, but the jets were always only to full rate in use. But in 2014 renovated and enlarged. From the hotel we despite all incommodities never a entschuldiugung receive. The hotel we can at the moment not recommend. read more

A shame! Old room, smelled after cold smoke including the sheets, multi-course meal was bad! Starters refrigerator cold/inedible, all further course of lower temperature (heat lamps in the kitchen were only at the vortag installed) flusskrebsrisotto soggy and with shrimp, dutchesse potatoes zum hirsch were firm, as if hour already warm, creme brulee from the Alpine cheese. Since we were bad. In the afternoon the prosecco not deliverable, ' boss has the key, is however not ' alternative would be a small bottle of champagne have, of course not the price of prosecco. Poor staff, they do not deserve that. ... The rustic setup style with schreiendem pink in the most impossible places been broken. I have clearly too much money for too few value/taste/optics have to pay! I can only warn 4 stars? -never! read more

After we had already before the change of ownership several times in the hotel nächtigten, were our expectations this time unfortunately not fulfilled. I agree to a few other guests, the here your rating have, only follow. After the reopening there was chaos, for dinner one must take much time partly the hallways confuses or one sits about 30 minutes before his empty soup. For breakfast erwiess it is extremely difficult to order a coffee. One was noticed, but the necessary interest was missing an order. Staff disputes and discussed before the guests in the dining room. Apparently the chef ... changed, the taste of the dishes is. The staff at reception are very friendly and are willing to help. Despite all, overall detention, that it here a good management was missing. Another negative is the nevertheless very on pink/pink held new facilities of the hotel. In the long term this is a little, to much' for the eyes. We could from the new managment and of the renovation more promised. Let's see, if we the hotel another chance. Letdown! Absolutely no 4 star hotel. The rooms in the older buildings are with old furniture furnished, bathroom old and dark, toilet flush did not work. Is also not so important! The staff are very young and inexperienced and were certainly very bad imbedded. In the restaurant you know, not even the different spaghetti-sauces and the drinks were expired. The beverages under menu were not available or not detectable, after 40 minutes of waiting, we were announced it. Good, serious red wine was freezing served. With a salad of 4 kinds of salad must not puzzled are. The receptionist was ... not able our hotel bill to make. To end on a good note we were greeted by the manager very arrogant, aggressive and arrogant adopted. By the way, the guestbook is only for positive entries thought, our entry with criticism was out torn, because the hotel no bad reviews may need, be bad for the building. The manageress. read more

The hotel is directly at the town square, you are right in the 'action'. Next to the hotel starts a small trail, the ' Pfarrerbichl ', you are immediately in green surroundings and can secluded from streets with a view of the mountains walk very far. The staff are very attentive and friendly, also with children and dogs there is no problem. The breakfast nothing was missing. In the afternoons there are a small pool and the whole day is possible choco, coffee- and Teevariationen available. The 5-course -choice menu of the evenings has something for every taste to offer ..., the quality is very good. The swimming pool and the spa area are clean and very nice, we had even a small sauna in our junior suite. All guest extra for the wellness area Bathrobes and sauna towels available. The train to the rosshütte is easily accessible on foot, it is cheaper to go directly the drive to Gipfelstation to buy. There you can on narrow paths further hiking ( not really for dogs recommendable, with larger children but was good to manage). All in all a great hotel in a great location. read more

Unique is the cold chamber ( icelab -110°C ) - absolute top class! I much colder presented... Compared to the swim in the cold water after the sauna this dry cold very pleasant and the feeling afterwards, like new born... I can only recommend... Hotel is OK. Unfortunately the for the cold chamber no package in the new Homepage there. Wellness area could be a bit more generous miss. Bathroom and toilet in the old part are a bit small and dark. Location directly in the center is optimal. read more
