The room was totally out of date, worn and above all dirty. As an example you can the towels negatives. After years of use these were completely yellowed and had stains. Unappetizing! The tooth mugs were in bags packed on which 'disinfected' to read was. However had the cups loud white stains. Disinfected at in this hotel no importance. To all abundance smelled our room pitiful after smoke, it was unusable. It was good that we our room easily were able to switch. In the new room was the odor pleasant, the other points of criticism stay.

The food is the simplest what you can imagine. For dinner a few lukewarm food, from fresh fruit no trace. The promised early breakfast consisted of the bread from the night before and a little sausage and sliced cheese. The restaurant decor is exactly outmoded as the rest of the hotel. We have rarely on worn chairs sat. With the plates we had longer to optical clean to find.

The reception staff were friendly, explained patient the excursions, exchanged our room without any problems. Cleaning of the rooms catastrophic, service in the restaurant partly inattentive.

We were for one night for a stopover after a formenteraurlaub to this hotel booked. We all want to tourist in the same situation this hotel warn, the hotel is outdated and the rooms unclean. It is very loud, a bar is right in front of the door and plays loud music to far after midnight, for sleeping must balcony door be closed. Further details we describe in the relevant areas.

The location is central at a small beach. Public transport is easy to reach. Purely subjective, we found it but not really nice.

The size of the rooms is approximately 22 meters² without corridor and bath. Equipped with a well working air conditioning system, tv, balcony, safe, telephone, and the furniture is spanish standard. The cleanliness of the rooms is perfect.

In the house there is a large restaurant in the first floor and a nice bar with outdoor terrace on the ground floor. The breakfast and dinner in the form of a large cold and hot buffets is very delicious and diverse. The cuisine varies between european and traditional cuisine. The staff are very friendly and gives you a in spite of the size a family feeling. The prices for the beverages during dinner are average. Water 2, -€, beer 2,50 Euro.

The friendliness and willingness to help the whole staff are very good. You speaks good german, english and french. The cleaning of the rooms and the balcony is tidy and very thorough cleaned every day %blank%. There is a private laundry room which one to use can. There was no reason for any complaints in this house.

It is in the area of the lobby a free wi-fi access. There is a disco in the basement but only in the peak season. The beach in front of the hotel there is tidy and there is a chair and an umbrella cheap on the day. Also between the hotel and the arpartmenthaus there is a free pool and beach chairs to use.

A 3 star hotel the middle class with 7 floors directly on the promenade of figueretas location. The cleanliness from the hotel, the room, the hotel around is top notch. The furniture the room is spanish standard with tv and well-functioning air conditioner. A safe in the room for 10 €fee for one week rent. The breakfast and the dinner from the buffet is very delicious and diverse. In the house is the average age from young to old to be met. There are german, swiss, austrians, dutch, italian, french as guests in the house.

The hotel lies directly at the promenade at the beach. In the historic part on foot in good 20 minutes to reach.. To the airport about 7 kilometers away. Shopping, entertainment possibilities, eat out, are in the more immediate vicinity to find plentiful. There is also in the more immediate vicinity a Lidl market. There are plenty of excursions to go on. For example with the ship to Formentera for the return from 15 Euro. The tickets there was in the hotel. There is also a link with the ship * aqua bus * directly in front of the hotel the investors to the harbor, after en bossa and to Formentera.

Please make sure to book a room with a sea view, it is just a must and the most beautiful view I have ever seen. We had the room on the 6th floor and I believe the higher you are the beautiful is the view. The size of the room is sufficient. We had a small flat -tv in the room with about 3 German channels. The balcony was also large and there are two plastic chairs and a table. The bath was very clean and one without as a couple capacity. Otherwise we had air conditioning in the room almost without a sound worked perfectly. A safe we could for 10 Euro the week rent. Fridge there are unfortunately no, but that has us not at all bother us. Also the beds were very big and comfortable. The rooms are somewhat noisy, but since I already worse experienced. On the promenade was at night life, as party or loudly argued, so please bring earplugs at night if you wanted to sleep ;-)

We only booked with breakfast and here is largely to stress, that the coffee not enjoyable is, so everyone of its coffee in the morning needs (as I) must probably arrange. For me, this was a big downside. The selection of dishes however was very extensive, there were scrambled eggs, fried bacon, flummeries, rolls, sausage, cheese, yoghurt, muesli to fruit actually everything your heart desires. Once we the hotel bar visited and I have to say the cocktail was very good, the pizza however unfortunately a tiefkühlprodukt.

The staff were always polite and accommodating, I could without any problems on German with them converse. Everybody was super nice, starting from the reception to the restaurant and the cleaning ladies. The rooms were actually really good cleaned, I could not complain, so I have no experience like the people with complaints avoid.

On this point, I nothing great say since we needed neither the pool, still fitness room or the disco used.

The hotel has 7 floors and is general really good in shot. Everything seemed very clean and friendly. As far as I know the hotel offers breakfast and half board at. The average age probably 25 +. For the nationalities I noticed that most speak German, but also spanish, Italian and English.

The location is brilliant, you can to Playa d'en Bossa and into town easy on foot go. One must each between and minutes into account but that would have for each to be created :-) the hotel is directly at the beach, so top to go swimming. There is also lots of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. To the airport it takes no longer than 8 minutes.

We had a normal double room booked a room without sea view, had read, that is not recommended, but we thought the price it is not appropriate. Mistake! The room what we got, smelled so extremely after toilet, we hardly the first night work. Something was probably leaked... The room was to the side of the road and the noise and the view was everything but nice! There the vacation was on the first day almost ruined! But the nice desk gave us the next morning immediately a room with seaview and that was really the nicest! No comparison to the other room. It was much larger, more spacious, more shelf space in the bathroom and much better tv. The other room was really just a dump! Furniture in the new rooms were top, balcony beautiful view! Safety deposit box with extra charge, but it was ok. And we had a beautiful rooms only 10 €on the day paid. So 130 €more. On the internet we would have over 400 €more paid... But oh well. Really only with a view of the sea this hotel, everything else not worth it!

There is a dining room in the hotel, the but also adequately is. We always found a place. The selection of dishes is large and everything tasted good. Every day switch the offer and there is something for everyone there. The desserts are also very tasty! The kitchen is definitely something! Since we had half board, we paid sometimes drinks for dinner, which however very expensive were. We bought more drinks in the supermarket, which we to the room took. Shopping possibilities because everywhere. We were also always polite asked, if everything is ok. The waiter was really very funny!

The staff was very friendly, you were always welcomed if you are going to the door came in. Also when we had problems with our room had, we were just happy to help. German was understood by most. The cleaning of the room was also good, as we have no criticisms found ☺

The hotel itself has no pool, but the pool the apartments next door belongs to the same chain and can be used. Great for relaxing there, and without overpriced therefore also liegenpreise at the beach pay!

The hotel is really a bit older, but my first external impression was very positive. The hotel overtopped all other hotels in figueretas, but thus one has a magnificent view, if you a room with seaview booked. It is definitely clean and it is also much trouble, that the guest feel comfortable. Wifi is in the hotel a, but the reception can sometimes to be desired. Of guests were different ages and nationalities mixed, as we have no model can see. Everyone polite behaviour and that is the most important thing ☺

A perfect location and the beach. Only a couple of steps then one is there! The drawback, however, that one everything but alone. Completely overcrowded, at least to hochsasion. Furthermore, the sand was very hard, but for the rapid cooling enough it all time. Lots of small stalls are set up, which we appreciated a lot. Rates are ok, but if one could barter, you can try ☺ The bus service is ok. About 600 meters away from the hotel, but we had to also only ask around which line where to go, because the bus timetables are somehow not so meaningful. But expensive it is not. We have 2 €to las salinas (salt lakes) paid. There were lots of restaurants in different price ranges. But definitely delicious ☺ Positive is to say that directly in front of the hotel the ferry to Formentera leaves, what a absolute must is! Fantastic beaches there, since well worth the cost for the passage of 17 €per person.
