Very good restaurant, more expensive in comparison to other. The portions are rather large.

Very friendly, speak german. Room in very good condition and clean.

The pool had unfortunately be revised, but it looked schõn and inviting. Specially i would like to highlight the jacuzzi, is really great!

Accommodating staff, familiar Hapimag-rooms, generally a schõne area

As already suggested, the apartments are rather small, especially the bathroom. A shortcoming concerns the ' breakfast on the balcony'. The balconies are against east, which means, that the breakfast either very early in the morning, before sunrise, or be taken inside must (otherwise too hot). Alternatively, can creative people umbrella-constructions on the balcony invent, the local winds face. Tv, telephone, fridge were available. Also a nespresso machine. A baking-oven is missing. Otherwise everything is great. In the bedroom there was a fan - no air conditioning, but it is enough.

The menu is relatively small held, but everything we ordered was good. The theme nights, we can only partially judge, tapas and fischabende are recommendable. The evening we did not go through. The value for money is alright. 'outside ' there is obviously cheaper local. We would more local or typical meals be. We travel amongst others also local dishes, the treats to succumb. Here we would have more confidence and risk be.

We found the whole Hapimag-team from the cleaning staff on the operations in the restaurant over the employees the front desk to the chef very welcoming and friendly. On seemed the friendliness really and always anxious, the guests a well feeling-without forced to work. Especially the assignment of the staff the front desk, which i consider to be a first-class job and in sensitive situations council know and to help. The cleaning crew speak spanish, service, front desk and the chef personally speak really good german.

During our stay was stretching and aqua aerobics by the in-house osteopaths (s. tips) offered. The stretching extremely pleasant, the aqua-gymnastics iffy-, because but with the time somewhat cool in the pool. In the reason the processes of stretching and aqua gymnastics very similar. The Hapimag residence San Agustin forms-at least optically-with the IFA Beach Hotel a complex. The complex offers about 60 apartments. There were mostly 2-room apartments with a balcony and only a few 1-room apartments. The first are equipped with approximately 35 meters² compared with other Hapimag residences rather small and in my opinion for a maximum of 3 people, rather for 2. the complex is very tidy and clean kept. There is a small outdoor swimming pool and a pool with relaxing and well-functioning jets. During our stay were the guests mostly 45 plus.

The drive from the airport the residence takes about 30 minutes. Opportunities for the purchase of food there are at least three piece in the near vicinity. The easy access to the public transport is very good. The bus stop is about 50 meters away from the residence. The bus connections are good, so that you without a car mobil can be. The sea surrounded by a fine, clean sandy beach is about 200 meters away. One reaches the beach over a small path. The beach proximity and the fantastic view of the ocean from the balconies makes the complex special.

We were as a couple -for us the apartment with 35 meters² large enough. Most of the time in the apartment we had breakfast on the beautiful large balcony with a view of the sea spend. The furnishings of the kitchen is functional. The location the bedroom is quiet to the inner courtyard located. The mattresses are new-we slept very well.

We have in the restaurant the hotel gladly eaten. The quality of the meals is very good. The dishes typical of the country have we enjoyed. I recommend but each, to questions, which the specialties-squid or caprine animals meat is not everyone's thing. Apart from that goes the kitchen also on wishes a. Just ask. Offered evenings gilthead as a whole fish - on demand would have the kitchen this as filet serves. The staff speaks German/ English/dutch/spanish (probably more languages...). The atmosphere is restaurant is pleasant and relaxed - in contrast to this are the nearby lying restaurants at the beach uncomfortable dining halls...

The staff are always friendly and helpful and willing to wishes and suggestions.

The pool area is clean and peaceful laid out - there were always loungers free. Wi-fi (1 mbit) is available and from a few mails to read/write. At the beach you can for 7,50 Euro per day loungers with sun screen rent. There are fresh water showers available. The beach has a blue label for cleanliness - it will cleaned daily and the water as already said is very clean. In the grounds you can against a small payment beach mats, sun screen and much more borrow

The complex includes 60 apartments. Each apartment features a bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and a big balcony. The complex is, although already older very well maintained and is located in good condition. 5l of water were for us in the room ready.

For 4,20 Euro/ person one can access to Puerto de Mogan ( friday is market day - not recommendable - the town is very fully, better on a other day). The return we have for 15 Euro/ person with the ship in the near Maspalomas done (very nice)-bus ride to San Agustin included.

The size was for us as a couple well, living and bedroom were equipped with a fan. The furniture and the bathroom were somewhat older, but perfectly ok. Furthermore have the rooms safe, tv, internet, espresso machine and telephone

The restaurant the hotel offers different culinary topic evenings. The choice à la carte is well, more delicious and concerning the price fair. Very satisfied we were with the waiter Ramon, the very friendly, accommodating and attentive is. Very good! Unfortunately we can from his colleague ( Christina? Small, dark-haired, name is obviated) not say. Just several nights we had the feeling, as it customers not taken serious to be. Whether the our age ( middle 20) or, if you have a bad day had, we don't know. To longer waiting time, until we have a map were given, interrupted several times take our order and hurried to other tables, for zwischengeschoben further orders. Very clean pool and also the beach was well-kept. The sand was a bit dark and very nice. Very nice. A flaw there was for the praise of the excursion 'highlights': he was us as Hapimag-exclusive advertised, however were to start yet guests other hotels collected together, before it went off. The trip was perfect and the others of guests other hotels for me to not a problem, however you should not Hapimag exclusive talk ;-)

We were after the regular working hours at the front desk friendly and without any language problems received. The hotel is very well-maintained and clean. The average age during our travels was higher, mostly German, austrian and swiss guests.

The beach is with a short walk of approximately 50 meters very easy to reach. In the immediate area are smaller supermarkets, fresh rolls and a small selection of the daily demand there is also on the complex itself. It will be many excursions offered. Restaurants there are several in the immediate environment, the nightlife is here quiet.

The decor of the apartment is in an ideal, everything available very clean and tidy (as we Hapimag are used). The balcony is large and also has enough space for the clothes.

With varied gertichte and different motto evenings, in the last few years the offer very positive at reasonable prices developed.

The staff is as always polite and courteous from the caretaker to resorleiter. The staff the front desk and of the restaurant speak Perfect german and partly other languages. Complaints are if possible, immediately repaired.

Pleasantly warm swimming pool and jacuzzi with seawater from the caretaker very well maintained and cleaned. There are enough many couches around the pool. Again is the well-kept garden, as well as the expertly cut palms positive. Internet access was possible at any time.

Apartment as usual, complete clean facilities with new flatscreen tv

1. line, with a new private walk circa 2 minutes in bathing suits to fine and clean black sand beach. Good variety of shops of the daily necessities in 5 to 20 minutes walk.

With the amenities we are very satisfied as always when Hapimag. klimaanlagenwären however an improvement, in particular on the upper floors.

Sufficient offer, always fresh. By theme varied. Polite and accommodating staff. In the last 5 years always positive has been developed.

Very polite and courteous staff in all areas, from resortleiter on front desk, housekeepers until the house technician. Stayed in the past few years massages very good, so this field by the osteopaths undphysiotherapeuten Carmelo there serious appreciation experienced.

There was nothing to complain about. Great location, wonderful view, full facilities apartments.

Ideal location with short private access to beach, of all balcony

The rooms were clean and well equipped (espresso machine, flatscreen tv). A small minus but, that you not very big and you are only a side on the sea view. Especially worth mentioning is, so you in the whole complex wi-fi reception.

The food was very tasty, the prices could have been a bit cheaper.

The staff speaks continuous german, many fluent. There were all wishes, no matter how fancy, with extreme friendliness is fulfilled. Overall we have to say, that everything has been done the vacation for the guests make it as pleasant as possible. The service was also in comparison to other Hapimag-facilities excellent.

Next to a medium sized pool there is a 'whirl pool tub', in which, in addition to two jacuzzi beds and two sprudelsitzen, two massage showers are. The pool area was always clean. Dishes were quickly cleared away.

The resort of Hapimag in st. agustin comprises 60 apartments. These are not brand new, but it was still in good shape. Twice the week there are the possibility in the on the complex located restaurant for breakfast. There is a versatile breakfast buffet.
