We would come back any time then. It is dreamlike and we regret not this hotel selected to have! The breakfast was great and everything was clean. Can only recommend it! read more

Lovely hotel with very good location, we would again, at least in the pre-season, book, however not more half board, but only with breakfast.

I have stayed in better three star hotels, the review with three stars but OK. For dinner gave me a buffet was missing were salads a rarity. The staff in the dining room but were very hard-working. read more

stay I liked it. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Modern town. Despite of the street located rooms it was quiet. Shopping possibilities are also immediate nearby. read more

Simple hotel without pool. Our first room was an imposition: small French bed, only 1 chair, only 1 bedside lamp, shower light and in the shower broken. On the next day we could however change. A room without table, without chair and only one bedside lamp. Apart from that but reasonable. We then used the Plastikbalkonmobiliar.
Cleanliness without complaints. The chambermaid was at least very hard. Also from cockroaches no trace.
We had the half board. ( not recommendable) too many English. As from staff only English spoken. But not even an inscription of the meals. Neither in English and ... not at all in German. Also the instructions to stay or instructions the safe useage not in German. Positive: safebenutzung is free! read more

The staff was very arrogant, that mostly very bad English. For those who travel alone just better broom closet the rooms are; the closet couldn't be opened, because the place are not sufficient, shower and light were broken. The food (breakfast and dinner) was hardly re-filled and was of poor quality. Better another hotel in Praia da Rocha search! read more

We had a very nice room on the 6th floor with the partial sea view (ocean), only a side, because another hotel the free covering. The cleaniness was great, had 3 very large rooms, a vestibule, the bedroom and bathroom. As Germans were in the hotel we have a minority, overall, in Praia da Rocha, most of the guests came from England, Portugal, Holland and Russia. The staff unfortunately do not speak good English, German surely not. read more

The big drawback was the breakfast. Only minimal selection and everything tasted good. I have visited some hotels but a breakfast food I had not yet.
The room (4 floor view toward the beach) was okay. The bathroom was big enough. Tv including international channels is available. There is free Internet access if you are at the front desk a LAN cable rent (or bring your own a) Wireless is not available. Cleaning was in order and critters have not visited.
The beach is right across the street, however, there was no access. You have to walk a small detour ... than (about five minutes) but not a tragedy, because then you on the path, drinks etc. buy can. The beach itself is good. read more

Since we only booked breakfast I can't speak for the other food say but the restaurant for the rest of the meals seemed very clean.
The staff is very helpful, our bags are due to a mistake airline two days after we arrived and the hotel staff with the airline contacted took care of it. In addition you gave us beach towels on request and showed us cheap shopping. However the staff hardly any German but for the whole Algarve. Little knowledge but we could well get along. The hotel I would not hesitate to re-visit. read more

The only negative thing in the guest hotels/room is no ventilation in the bathroom and the schimmelnden walls in shower cubicle. Not very welcoming. Otherwise everything is fine: cleaned every day, towels and linen every second (?!) changed daily. And no cockroaches (at least in our room) seen!!!!! The hotel is located in a very good location, directly on the sea. In order to get to the centre of Portimao, you need no car, since very many of Praia da Rocha/frequent buses and minibuses a/N and go back to the hotel (of course for consideration read more

Based on the good hotel reviews this gebucht... But unfortunately had to different experience. The breakfast is poor and absolutely unimaginative. Bad coffee and only a cheese and cold sausage. The worst is the kakarlakenbefall in the entire hotel, which according to reception was normal for the Algarve. In three days in a row had such in the rooms. Sorry, it didn't work!!!! Furthermore, our beds were in 10 days not changed. Luckily we were tomorrow way. read more

The hotel is located very close to the beach, once over the road, and on the strip. There are shopping and restaurants. Our room faced the inner courtyard and was quiet and clean. The decor is propably somewhat older, but clean. Balcony was adequate, but not large. The breakfast was ok, and it was something for every taste (cereal, fruit, toast, scrambled eggs ) where I would have liked to see some variation meats was missing. There were different jam and only a cheese and cold sausage. The staff was very attentive, the tables were always cleared away quickly and ... featuring an efficient again with a fresh table cloth. The hotel's restaurant we didn't visit as there are plenty restaurants we ate very reasonably priced. read more

The breakfast is simple but good.
The room is simply decorated and has no easy reach shaving outlet.
The cleaning very tidy. A German channel Fernseherprogramm.
We were very pleased with this three-star hotel.
