We had a double room with a sea view and all inclusive. The cleanliness was in comparison to 2012 not so good anymore. The double room was in the main building, 5 floor, with a great sea view, as well as the whole hotel. The average age is mixed. The nationalities were first of all eastern european, followed by italians and to end on a good note german-speaking guests. The hotel is currently many renovated, which is not disturbing apparent. read more

    The rooms in the main building are generous with a view of the sea. She are equipped with safe, fridge, air-conditioning, a telephone and in the bathroom hair dryer. Missing a kettle, but probably be ordered can. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet is big enough. To the bungalows i can't say.

    There is a surf and a diving school. Also a gym and spa. Chairs and umbrellas are inclusive. Super beach service. Kids club, entertainment and disco were voerhanden, but we didn't use it. Freshwater showers at the beach.

    The hotel lies directly at the own bay with reef. Great for swimming and snorkeling! To the airport about 40 minutes. In the hotel there are smaller shops and a hotelklinik. Oriental and italian restaurant can even per week be used. At a charge, 15 € pp, there is a fish restaurant, more delicious. The hotel has activities and disco. There were various excursion possibilities and a limousine service, surf and diving school.

The hotel is run down and old, the rooms need to be completely renovated. The restuarant is dirty and the food is not good. Definately not value for money. The staff on the other hand are very helpful and friendly, the beach is in a beautiful bay that is sheilded from the strinf winds. We went there for the second time because of the beach but this is the last since the quality got from bad to worse with no sight of efforts made to improve the facilities read more

Our first stay in december 2012 liked it so much, that this 2. stay after only a month nothing in the way. And again, we were not disappointed! Staff friendly, room good, food plentiful, sun enough and air well. However particularly the unique location this extensive hotels the own swimming, diving -, snorkel- and surfbucht with reef make the stay for an unforgettable experience. And additionaly: in the price-performance -proportion unbeatable! We will be back. read more

The people are always lösungsbereit if it a problem should be. Help gladly. At the front desk were the people as Mina very friendly. For january the hotel is super, because in the case of a cold nordenwind always protection in the bay. It could be sometimes nevertheless something cold feel trootsdem the sun always lovely seems. Excellent snorkeling, with the bay to 200 meters and the coast sugar directly the hauskoral with all guys of fishes. On the coast helps the staff for the first steps into the sea next to the koral. If you wanted a good beach and extensively swim select this hotel. Stairs lead To the extensive sandy beach, the boys are everywhere accommodating. For pedestrian-impaired guests there is a drive- Stuff is required. Food in the country is different as at home for us it was sufficient. It was a beautiful active vacation, The 30 kilometer in the water were the biggest profit for my damaged back, so was i 2. times. Animators give themselves large trouble and have some in the quiver. A nice hotel with very good bath and possibilities to go snorkeling. Very nice, wind beach. I would say, the best beach in Hurghada, Makadi and environment. The state of the hotel (we were in the main building) i would as quite tidy describe. There was nothing to fault. The food is too many on the eastern european visitors (80-85%) aligned. The food in the beach restaurant you can forget. Daily half done fish and (now and then) a small ball. From 1:00 p. m. was mostly everything edible away. The beverages were in the smallest weichplastikbechern or, if ... the waiter in a good mood was (tip?), in large plastic cups Enough. The food 'a la carte 'in the' dorado -restaurant' (once per week per guest after vorreservierung) was good. But beware. The selection of food, directly with the reservation of arrival. Some of the staff of the staff must, even without giving any tip to be friendly. Here are particularly the staff at the cincinettibar intentioned. Without a corresponding tip one of the waiters kindly ignored. Great hotel for little money. In december not as windy. Room in the main building with a view of the sea - just amazing. Very quiet, large room with a balcony. In december the hotel was to 60% full-it was therefore relatively quiet-no large waiting periods with the food, chairs on the beach always free, tables were quickly cleared away. Friendly pleasant staff. And of course the bay: clear, warm water with lots of fish directly on the shore. You had to not even snorkeling, around the diversity the red sea to experience (octopus, blaupunkt rays, papagäinfische etc.). Guests-many ... from Eastern Europe (russian speaking countries)-often moms or oma with small children (but very well behaved). We always in the main restaurant, not in houdnis eaten, because we the nice view on the bay enjoy. Russian speaking guests were not so, as in lots of reviews -everything completely normal. Especially if you know, that the time-lag it in Russia or Ukraine much later-so you are hungry and 'dive in'. I would also be annoying, when it in Germany 10:00 pm and in Egypt only 7:00 a. m. and i only then my coffee can ☺ The negative reviewers should always write, what you for the hotel paid and a 5 star hotel, your needs are is, normally costs. We have for 9 days 630 Euro paid and have a great value for what you get! We have a pärchern from Munich met, they 8 days 530 Euro paid. Not at the table can be served, but it is obvious!     Very nice, friendly staff. Desk-reception Hossam, the also tried to learn german, from Ulrike. Resolving complaints-very fast- Hossam and Fathi. Fathi spoke very good german. A single schwischenfall : there was a older black in the main restaurant, the me on one day multiple angerumpelt has. I only later understood, what was going on:it has the tables on the terrace for ' his' guests reserved and we sat down. When we with the food were finished and got up, ran he immediately to the table, with his pack of cigarettes to lay down. On other days he gave us no table 'given', if something was available, we hingesezt. It didn't bother us, as it is sufficient space there was. Funny was only on the final day: he figured, that we and suddenly he was very pleasant and us good journey desired etc. And stood there and waited, we did tip. We prefer to tip, also on this vacation made daily, but we give it someone, the even without giving any tip nice. It were otherwise really all! You have also asked, whether we wanted to drink (probably, because the hotel was not fully booked, they had more 'air'). Room cleaning-great! Child services is available. The woman is very funny and speaks several languages fluently!

    The location is unique nice: right on the long beach and the bay. Every room has therefore view of the bay and the sea. You can sunrise and sunset from the balcony enjoy. There are some beaches, which are not good and there is also ebe and tide. And there is the bay-wind and without ebe and tide. You have to to the beach some stairs, but the bay is protected from the wind, which is in december was a boon. We were last year in Stella Makadi (also a great hotel), but it was so windy, that you're not snorkeling (of 14 days only 5 days product no red flag hanging from). Airport isn't far, way -30 minutes Excursions could be without limits at the beach buy (cheaper than the tour operator). We booked nothing, since we only 9 days and often in Egypt were. To Hurghada you could by taxi or bus (7 Euro) go. There were some shops in the hotel - we have beautiful jewelry bought there long traded, but at the end were all happy-the salesman and we. For us was the location therefore also good, because it's only a neighboring hotel there. We had - as always - booked all inclusive and were completely good and plentiful supplies.     The hotel is wonderfully located over a u-shaped bay right next to the sea. All rooms have a sea view. In the bungalow can one there already times have bad luck. The sandy beach is it's not far. You could reach it across steps or by shuttle bus, which continuously drives. Airport and Hurghada in a good half hour by bus or taxi to reach. In the hotel itself there is a hkleine shopping arcade. Otherwise the hotel lies really! In the middle of in the desert. You wanted commotion you want, should rather directly in Hurghada book.
