Love this hotel! Infinity bar had entertainment every night after the show was over. We love to dance so there were live bands in this lovely outside bar with comfortable seats. Food was great! Some people did not like waiting in line at Bubbas steak house. We got white band from booking with air transit which made us imperial club members.We paid a little bit more to be with imperial club,but it was really worth it as you got to book 5 a la Carte,s and did not have to wait in line.we also had imperial ... club cocktail party one night, fruit plate in room and rum given to you when you check in. Every thing we asked for the staff at reception desk and maids got us,washcloths,blankets,coffee. The safe does not work for the day you are leaving which is too bad as you have to keep passports etc.with you where the palladium in the Mayan the safe does work where they keep your bags. also thought here would be better security in this area,they did not watch us go in our bags when we were in the room and should have given us a card with our room number as felt anyone could go in there although it was locked and bellboy does have to unlock it. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends! Staff are wonderful! read more

Overall our stay at the Grand Palladium was the best vacation I have ever had. The food choices were outstanding. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The pool was amazing,the entertainment was excellent. We cant began to say enough good things about our stay,but we will definitely be back this year!!! read more

We were 2 weeks in december on Jamaica, our 50. birthdays time in swimming trunks to celebrate. In advance, we have much information from the hotel directly and from the country over the internet can be obtained, were positively surprised. We felt very good, the staff (in all areas) was very concerned, its guests a nice holiday to prepare. We wanted to a quiet vacation and there was the grand palladium exactly the correct. So if you want to halli -Galli would like, which should itself a hotel in Negril or montego bay search. Excursions could be the operator, or ... but also from the hotel book. Who to Jamaica fly, the in any case the natal and shrine of Bob Marley and the dunn's river falls to visit. Jamaica is completely in american canadian hand and it is a pity, that as well as not at all they speak german, english are therefore very appropriate. All in all for us it was a unforgettable vacation. read more

The hotel itself is beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. The villas are nicely laid out across the expansive grounds. Its basically a luxury cruise ship concept but on land. The grounds are very extensive and so the walking can be far from the main buildings. However its a good daily exercise. read more

    Room was nice size. However our rooms were not ready when we checked in at 12 noon. We had to wait 4 hours then we got garden view rooms instead of ocean view.

    Number of restaurants were great but Bubbas steak house was closed Sunday night and then had a "2 hour wait" to seta 2 at 7:30 pm Saturday. The service was a bit slow in all the a la carte restaurant but all the staff were very courteous and pleasant. The Indian restaurant was the best - awesome Indian food!!! The Mexican was below average. The biggest drawback was the lack of local Jamaica food and fruits. Curry goat a Jamaica national pastime should be served everyday at the Sunset Cove beach restaurant. When Jamaican food was available there was enough to go around at the buffet. Sunday morning we were promised a Jamaican breakfast with saltfish and bakes but it did not appear on the menu.

    The resort has all amenities and shopping on site so no need to venture outside. However day tours are easily arranged via the front desk. It was very safe within the resort and all the drivers from and to the resort were very polite and professional.

The staff was extremely friendly, the layout was superb, the architecture was elegant, and the sea was literally a few steps from our hotel room.     Our room was incredible. We had an ocean view and were taken care of every day. We even tipped the maids because they would make cute towel statues everyday for us. They also lined our beds with flowers and delivered some rum and fruit on our first day. Of course, we were on honeymoon.

    We were blown away with the way Palladium took care of us. The food each day was incredible. Healthy Options and Hearty Options for every meal we had. We ate like royalty and drank rum or rum cream all day. There were 7 different dinner restaurants, a few buffets, a couple snack bars, and plenty of places to grab a drink. I loved eating and drinking here. I miss it every day.

    There was so much to do here that we never had a minute of boredom. Swimming in the ocean, relaxing by the beach, hanging out by the pool (or for that matter drinking in the pool), watching a few sports games at the bar, catching live shows, sailing, and dancing are a few of the entertainment we enjoyed. And we didn't even do everything!

    I really liked staying in Lucea. It was close enough to Montego Bay to where you didn't mind going out for a while. It was also far enough away to have a massive campus where we literally didn't need to go out for much. It was about 35 minutes from Montego Bay and fairly close to golf, local cuisine, and much more.

We were traveling with our friend- 4 couples. Had a very good time,nothing to complain except disco music needs to be adjusted, when we went to disco there was just our group no more people and we ask DJ to play some music from 80-90th and he plays only Bob Marley and some other music which is imposible to dance. We noticed that Disco was always empty, so change the music or DJ. Liked a lot the dancers, but when guests entertain guest with stupid dansing and running around to take shoes and pants from the audience is stupid ... and borring. Maybe some people like this. Rooms, food wonderful. Beaches(3) are small and have rocks(we had the water shoes), if you come early at the beach don't expect towels until 8.30-9.00 am. Overal resort is good. I would go back but bring my own music for disco) read more

My family went to Jamaica on a last minute trip. The Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort was recommended to us. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The food is great - especially Bubba's Steakhouse (ate there twice). The service was excellent. The pool bartenders were extremely pleasant and always attentive of our needs. They knew what we wanted to drink as we approached the bar. It was an excellent time had by all and I would highly recommend this resort to my family and friends. read more

    The junior suite was beautiful. The room was so spacious and the decor was awesome. Our maid was always there at the same time everyday and plenty of towels were left. We had no complaints. The room safe was a nice extra feature. The balcony was nice - we had a great view of the ocean.

    There was always activities at the pool. The staff was extremely pleasant in trying to get people to participate. If you didn't want to participate and just relax, there was no extreme pressure to do something you didn't want. The beach and pools were well kept. Someone was always cleaning around the pool area to pick up drink cups and keep the area clean.

    The location to the resort from the airport was only about 15 minutes. Our bus driver explained all the history behind Jamaica at the different sites. It made the trip so interesting especially since it was our first time there.

We were the hotel most warmly recommended, however 3 years ago! We have former guests who us confirmed, that the hotel of the food and service forth unfortunately has slackened a lot. Room, pool, complex, beaches are very nice. The food, no matter in which the theme restaurants was not to our taste. Jamaicans can not stop so cooking, such as Italian, Mexican, Asianten. And so on the bars were daily very fully, as all Americans with their large cups already in the morning at the drink is. It seemed to me as the hotel is a party -hotel for ... Americans has become. The flies as quickly around the riotous nightlife. The excursions were very expensive. 50 Dollar Duns River meant: 2,5 hours drive, water fall a hour hochkrabbeln and then 2,5 hours back. Great day of vacation! Horse riding costs 75 Dollar for an hour and round in the water. In addition to 5 Euro for the castle. You get a like a exempted Weihnchtsgans. For relaxing a great hotel, if you don't want to make more. Apart from that there is better five star hotels. read more

We have in the hotel our honeymoon spent and it did nothing for our honeymoon vacation missing. The resort is very nice, it is well maintained and spacious. So we always found a place found, where there quiet and you itself was. The hotel lies somewhat outside, so that you on the trip offers of the tour operators as well as the options for shopping in the hotel rely on. Although offers the hotel was conceivable, but you want outside the resort food, to buy above, one must with an rental car/ taxi or tour operators in the larger towns ... such as for example Negril drive. In the hotel was enough program and entertainment offered, whereas we only little in expectation taken have. There was each evening great live music. Especially remember us a 'reggae night' at the beach remained, still Jamaican we could imagine. since during our stay no choice peak season the hotel was, were not always all restaurants open, but at any time it was possible something eating and drinking to go. In the evening were at least three restaurants open and often there was also the possibility a buffet al Fresco at the beach/ pool to enjoyment. We thought the'low season' rather than pleasant, since not everything was so crowded. There are several bays- partly however quite Rocky and many water haven possibilities (at the lady Hamilton beach). The staff are very open, communicative and heartfelt so we have the Jamaicans all in all experienced. The island made us with their green mountains, dreamlike beaches, water falls and the serenity of the residents absolutely convinced and we will definitely again spend our holiday. And certainly the grand palladium resort or lady Hamilton. read more

Despite rather negative reviews, we dared and with two adults and two boys in age of 12 and 13 years. After the absolute disasters flight over 18 hours (by delays etc.) Behind us had, we came nevertheless sometime finally at the hotel at. Absolutely competent friendly welcome. The room completely enough for four, terrace, the bathroom the absolute hit with huge tub and jacuzzi. The complex very big, however really something for everyone and the 24 hours long. At five is still the possibility food, drinks and for example pool to play. Everything in the all-inclusive, absolutely brilliant. Lots ... of different restaurants, something for everyone. However also waiting periods for a table, if you don't early enough, or reserve in advance. Whom the way is too long to certain destinations select just the speed dial in the room and around the hour dangers, free of charge! Pool absolutely great with built-in jacuzzi, bar in the pool and so on. Beach directly at the pool. The beach was constantly cleaned. However no typical long Karibik beach. Rather a bay with extremely many corals. But enough for us. The programme also great. One should speak english. For infants the hotel is nothing, but this is my position. Completely reasonable value for money. We had a great time, some desk, the in the hotel sometimes even to special tariffs are offered. The guys wanted to stay longer, were the whole day on axle and we could relax. Bad reviews to this resort i can't really understand. We would definitely come again. read more

    Check In: Because the reservation was not in Hotel system there was no real welcome, inprocessing was poor. Around 1500 guests from all over the world is an individual service almost impossible. For a hotel that may be possible; for a holiday area, where the requirements more varied are, in my opinion, not. Very good hotel will stay again. Staff very nice, food would be very delicious. Only pool was very kauppt many tiles. Entertainment cases the rum, really everything was in order? I give it 5 stars. read more
